Customer service at this joint is always 10/10 however more recently I have found that the wings are very oily and can sometimes be very salty. The Filet Burger in general is very tasty and you won’t be disappointed however there is always room for improvement.

Bad customer service this the 3rd time the short guy been rude to me, my colleague can testify to this bad behavior and I will make sure I pass this message across

Saw this being advertised on TikTok, so we thought we'd give it a go. Hands down the best fast food we've had in a long time. The food was fresh, the Staff were friendly. Will definitely be returning custom.

The food is tasty but too oily. Not many variations in the menu and most of the menu is a meal combo. Basically if I don want drinks then I have less options to pick from. Waiting time is variable but can be quite high as staff is less.

Always stop here when in the area there chilli sauce is nice and different

It was an amazing find of a fried chicken shop for me and my colleague. I was very pleasantly surprised about the wings. They tasted amazing and we both ended up ordering another portion. Overall food was great and would love for them to bring a branch towards Tower Hamlets.

Stopped here at 1:30am on a chilly March morning shop was quiet so ordered and served straight away. Ordered box meal chicken burger chips 4 wings and drink £5.99 food was unreal chickwn wings best about and burger was banging. Chilli sauce was top notch also!! Will defo pop in again if around area well done guys

Kid's hungry stop to get some chicken wings for Kid's we wait 5 mins then guy telling me they only accept cash no card payment,i told guy they don't want to pay tax then he said yes we don't want to pay tax that's why we want cash I'm up set beacuse Kid's are hungry and we can't get food so we walk out I don't recommend this place and I hope tax men after your income

Once upon a time this place had the best chicken burgers in town, especially the Supreme Sizzler Burgers. However, this is the first time I went since after a couple of years. The burger has since downsized, Sizzler source is different, the bun was soggy with oil, and taste just wasn't the same anymore. I'm not saying the burger was bad, it's just that the taste was nothing special. Considering I can get similar tasting burgers in other nearby places at around 35% cheaper, I probably won't be going out of my way to get SSS anytime soon.

Very bad, I am one of most loyal customers, either forget to send chilli sauce or chilli sauce is open in bag when arrives. Today ordered meals and the chips have come so soggy and undercooked its disgusting. Called up and guy said ‘cooked with my own hands, sorry wont happen again’. I’m not happy about wasting money on food which isnt cooked properly!

I've been going here all this year, and it's one of the best chicken and chips shops. Service is always quick, and always nice food is also impeccable. The only downside is that it can become quite cramped in the shop with so many people at once

I came here in the weekend and I was impressed with the politeness of the service which was offered by the young man on Saturday night. Even though I had to wait a long time for my order, the service was still superb. I would like to apologise for the unsavory view which I left seven months ago. It was very unfair and out of order about his weight and about him eating chicken and chips. For this reason, I am prepared to work for one week at the shop unpaid as an apology.

I ordered wings and chips the other day the food was made under 2 min and there was excellent customer service. It was very nice highly recommend this place 👌

Charged me £3 for 6 wings which is fine, but gave me 3 normal size wings and 3 absolutely tiny wings, only realised when i had brought it home for the kids!!! Rip off.

Been a regular here for years first time back since I moved to South London I popped over to get my usual spot on. Beats every chicken shop in SW11 hands down.

21.7.22 @ 3.30pm Will never know , there was a man laying face down on the pavement outside this shop, blood everywhere. When I asked the man behind the counter if he had called an ambulance he shouted " I don't know nothing" Their chicken looks cheap but it's worth more than someone's life??? Luckily the ambulance I called arrived and the person was revived.

I am a regular customer. Food and service was spot on but recently there has been a downfall. Always missing orders on Uber....wondering if the staff don't know how to read or there's lack of concentration. Giving one star becuase of continuous poor service.

Standard food and its not worth the money loool, the older guy is unreasonable.... wanted few wings instead of chicken as the bucket meal had too many chicken pieces the guy smerking and shacking head saying no no no no ..... i wasn't asking for free food! Late night wings and Chicken don't taste nice taste good when made fresh , Only reason 3 star is the younger big guy actually can talk nicely or I'd give this shop zero star.

Just made an order for 3 persons, pick up the bag and went home. When opened the boxes at least 4 wings less then it supposed to be and half portion of chips missing. Not good!

I usually don't go for fast food stuff, but honestly this place and food was amazing. Customer service was excellent MashAllah and all the staff was really friendly and with the smiling faces. Specially the sister Nida who was on the till and took the order. It's been a long time since I had a really nice chocolate milk shake here in Burger Base which was at a next level and reminded me a Belgium chocolate shake from Brussels. MashAllah excellent place and Allah SWT put more barkat in their business.

Nov 2020I wanted to give 0 stars but I have to give 1 star to leave a review.16.02.21Even after giving this place a 1 star (Nov 2020) I thought I'd give it a benefit of doubt hoping there would be an improvement. Judging from my bbq chicken wings (see pic) never again will I step in this shop. Halal meat should be clean of blood. The top chicken wing is clean and white however the three below are bloody-was this BLOODY batch bought from a ghora butcher? Totally of putting!!!
