The Kid's Box & the Great Value Box were the same size. No drink with the Kid's Box.

Just tried their food it's outstanding with great customer service by Kathan 😀 I am very happy with oodles I will come back next week with my family.

i had ordered a large box and a small portion of spicy chips so i could have my dinner , i was hungry and tired and when my food had arrived i received 2 portions of dry spicy chips instead of my large box. super disappointed

Quality of the food was not good, it arrived cold and it’s definitely not worth the money

The dumplings did not come with sweet chilli dip, as advertised. The jumbo chicken rolls no longer come with sweet chilli dip as they used to. They don't taste as I remember. They were bland.

It was late over an hour absolutely unacceptable

Paid extra for prawns and didn’t receive them. Chicken was soggy and not crispy like it normally is. Overall badly cooked, which is a surprise as it’s normally really nice so seems like it is pot luck to which chef is cooking

the food was really really bad the chicken does not tastes like chicken the sweet and sour does not tastes sweet or sour the orange chicken did not taste of orange and the noodles tastes stall like old stall pasta also it looked like a big gloomy goopey mess would not recommend or get ever again

The boxes now and much smaller. Portion size reduction has caused a large quality issue with rice, as you won't get enough veg or other things. You are paying for what used to be a large box, but now is a regular size one. Won't be ordering again

The salt & pepper chicken wings & chips are burning hot despite having only one chilli pepper rating. Couldn't eat them. The food was delivered quickly once it was prepared but it took the restaurant a very long time to prepare the food.

I’ve ordered from this Oodles location for what feels like an eternity via ubereats. I always get the create your own box meals as I can’t get enough. Happened to actually walk past the physical restaurant and had to go in and get my usual order in person for once. Went in and the guy behind the counter took my order. In the midst of placing my order, another guy who I thought was a customer initially told me about the new bento box they just released. He very kindly introduced himself as the owner. I told him I was craving the create your own box meal but I’m actually a regular online customer and would order the bento box next time. He then proceeded to ask me what my fav wings are and then told the worker to add a box of wings to my order free on the house. A really kind gesture and a great display of customer service. Thank you brother shakeel. Was already a regular customer but a loyal one now. A++++, will recommend to everyone.

Wrap could be or bigger or unless had some more vegetables (like cabbage salad or something like that) for that price. but all other is great 👍 👌 😊

Been there today... Had the worst Chinese ever .. sweet n sour chicken full of artificial colour... Felt so guilty why i paid for such a food. Genuinely the worst Chinese ever .

I ordered kung po chicken and Malaysian chicken, it was not spicy at all and there was no kung po chicken that I could see when I asked for compensation I was asked for pictures have can pictures make any difference to the food where it all looks the same I did not send any and got no compensation back, the food has gone down hill and was not spicy or as hot as it used to be very very poor

The portions for a large box was really less although I didn't add chips I wanted double noodles but I reckon I got a single portion

When we entered there was a blushing aroma that beckoned me in. As we looked on the menu the prices were reasonable and the service was extraordinary. Two minutes after we ordered our three boxes were ready. We indulged into our food as it was packed with flavour. Overall it was a divine experience
