SSR Fried & Peri Peri in Three Rivers

Tried ordering twice. Both cancelled. A waste of time.

Used to order from this place quite often. Unfortunately , the food quality has gone down over my last few orders. Delivery time has become too long, phone calls go unanswered. The food today arrived cold, tasteless and over the expected timeframe. Won’t order from them anymore.

Staff are very friendly, atmosphere is warm and welcoming and beers are great. I ordered the beef burger and chips, and the cajun burger for my partner. The only let down was the portion size of the chips. We were in disbelief when the plates arrived. There were so few that it took us each a minute to finish them. The cost for both meals was about £30 and whilst the burgers were excellent, the chips didn't even form a slight pile, just a single, very sparse layer on the plate. Can't say I've experienced this before. We don't get to eat out much but leaving a pub still hungry is certainly an odd feeling.

Absolutely Awful – Avoid at All Costs! Ordered the HotChicken Rice Box it tasted like someone drowned it in lemon juice, and the chicken was dry as cardboard. The half chicken! Cold, flavorless, and utterly disappointing. The chips were so dry they might as well have been wood shavings—completely inedible. Total waste of money and time. To top it off, the so-called manager, Andy, was rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. No customer service, no care for the food, just an absolute disaster of a place. Save yourself the disappointment— go literally anywhere else.
