Bro's Barbecue in Three Rivers

Love the food here but it hasn’t been open in a while (several weeks) - presumably and sadly shut.

Unfortunately, the service seems to have dropped over the time we’ve been ordering from bros. Once a meal was cancelled, but I never received notification. Two other times, items were missed (these things happen). Now this evening, my order has been “missed” and I have had major problems ordering online despite being charged twice. We persevered as customers because we’ve previously had so many wonderful meals and experiences, but I’d be hesitant to order again until these problems are resolved.

Before ordering today I checked the estimated delivery time which was 20-35mins. Ordered two burgers, two chips and two drinks. Waited over an hour and 10mins for them to even prepare my food, while the delivery time got longer and longer. Then all of a sudden cancelled my order. Absolutely no communication from the restaurant and when you call the line just rings. Won't be ordering from you again!!

Best service I’ve ever received met the nicest two individuals ever a Bengali gentleman and a Indian gentleman treated me with so much love and care, everyone needs to come here at least once honestly they are legends, as you can read I’m very happy😁

Terrible experience — order was wrong and burgers totally burnt

Really disappointed by the way this restaurant has gone. I previously ordered fairly regularly prior to the former proprietor selling up shop. The food was genuinely decent and clearly homemade. I sense very little pride in the product under the new ownership. Food generally tastes stale and reheated, clearly pre-made frozen goods with no material transformation. Unfortunately, the new owner seems more interested in profiting from brand name ‘ghost kitchens’ than focussing on individual products, such as Bros, SoBe Burger, Patty Guy, The Burger Box, etc etc… The reality is that there seems to be very little merit to any of it - just cheap, low quality products in an attempt to grab as much cash as they can via food delivery apps. Don’t waste your money.

Food was good but pricey for what it was

We used to order from here frequently and were very happy between 2021-22, however unclear if there has been a change in management/ownership but I ordered today & the quality of the food was so poor. No more quality onion rings or coleslaw, clearly just defrosted/reheated products. No more reusable containers /recyclable containers - all styrofoam packaging. So disappointed will not be ordered again. If it has changed ownership i feel like that needs clarifying on their website.

Nearly 2 hours into a large order made online with no end in sight. Told by the restaurant that the driver has delivered the food but they would check. Neither the driver or food have made it to us. Phone number of the restaurant is not contactable, which was an unpleasant surprise.

We got take out so can’t comment on atmosphere, but the person who took our order and greeted us was friendly and warm. Food was great, well presented, and tasty - we found there were a few too many gherkins! Hey you can’t please everyone, I’d definitely go back, and I’ll ask for less next time. Nice choice and we loved the macaroni cheese!

Some of this food shouldn’t be served in a restaurant. Appalling food that is reheated . Came a few months back and was better. Their grilled chicken burgers are good (average ) but everything else is appalling! They are trying but should probably think about another trade because this one is not for them

Awful service. Took my money never delivered the food

Came up as PattyGuy on Uber eats. Took the order and our money. Uber turned up at restaurant, nothing ready. We didn’t receive anything. Phoned them, they said we can’t complete the order and put the phone down. Will report to trading standards

Suggest to not deliver. 3 out of 5 orders have arrived cold after 1hr 15 (we are 10min away) just after I’d called to ask whether the driver was lost. Was met with silence when sharing our poor experience (x3 now!). No one likes chips like cardboard…!

This is my first time experience of Bro’s Barbecue, and I have to say I love it. The chicken burger was delicious and the chicken wings and chips were just as good! The service was brilliant. The workers are so nice! Just so devastated to see them shut down!

The cheeseburgers were really good. The children's menu is very good, too. Excellent value for money.

Delicious food, tastes like your fast food favourites but no grease, all the packaging is recyclable. Burgers are amazing and the milkshake so fresh. It's a shame more takeaways don't operate like this. Ordered again today and the burger ordered without ketchup was smothered in it, totally ruined. Impossible to complain via deliveroo app.

Big fan of their home made chocolate brownie. I generally order take always, never been disappointed with their service or quality of food!

Great for a burger place. It was clean and the service was good. If you like gourmet burgers then this seems real value for money. The burgers are well cooked and very tasty. The milkshakes are so delicious aswell. Will come here again 👍

Been here on several occasions now and have always received great service and great food. The burgers have always been really juicy and cooked perfectly. The milkshakes are also great 👍

Had a takeaway, was delicious.... Everyone enjoyed the good and was very satisfied. When I collected the food the workers was fantastic opened the door for me and my son. Top marks. You must try this place

First time visiting the area while doing some other business errands. I tried out the nachos and tasted like the real deal, definitely worth having them. Also I enjoyed their burgers as well, generous portions of beef with garnish and the chips were cooked to perfection. Ideal if you want to get yourself some quality cooked food that stands out from the other burger establishments! Highly recommend! 😊

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR FOOD 1. Chicken burger and kids chicken strips meal clearly deep freeze to deep fry. Cheap and burnt. 2. Corn on the cob covered in cayenne pepper or something, not indicated hot on menu, totally inedible 3. Beef burger passable but why bother when the Stag and other local pub's burgers are so much better 4. Weekly family takeout meal ruined as we're now having to cook food ourselves anyway!

This is not a good burger joint. The burger is obviously made from low quality meat. The "Bro's sauce" has a strange combination of spices which really don't go with the cheese - that and the large number of pickles on the burger seems to be an attempt to hide the awful meat being used. Chips were limp, and soggy. Not very nice. Don't bother with this place. Any of the other take away restaurants in the village are far superior.

Amazing food, I got a cheeseburger and I was throughly impressed with the quality and texture of it, rivalling places that would make you pay triple what bros barbecue charge! The chips were well done too! Very impressed with this place, will be back soon!
