I have had to change my review from 5* down to 1*. If I could rate it 0 I would!! Paid £15.10 for a pizza, side and drink. We specifically have the same toppings every time, and we are regulars. 4 toppings we said to put on the pizza were sweetcorn, chicken tikka, spicy chicken and peppers. I ended up having swollen burning lips, face lit up on fire and the back of my throat felt like a hole burnt through. I had to go to work without any food, worked my hardcore shift on an empty stomach. They added chilli’s in the pizza and we only realised when taking a bite from it at home!! Not only that, the pizza tasted sour. I called back and the staff were utterly disgusting, rude, unprofessional, and were trying to blame the customer as if we were the ones who gave the wrong order! When explained he had put the wrong toppings on he put chilli’s instead of peppers, and did not want to admit on his fault. Will never go there again, staff just kept arguing over the phone and no thought about reputation or consumer rights. I ended up putting the phone down on them. A change of staff has had a massive turndown on their food. The female worker there is also grumpy and rude too! No sympathy or empathy towards customers / humans. Also referring to his nasty comment below, I never had a refund from there or took any food back ever.. And why are you commenting so aggressively, so rude. Look how unprofessional you are responding to this as well. This isn’t the right way to settle issues. It’s called consumer rights, I have rights to let the community now how poor you are in customer service and food. You are the ones playing tricks, giving customers wrong food on purpose and telling them there’s nothing you can do about it. You refused a refund and asked me to come back. Now you’re blaming me again accusing I’m taking refunds. Blaming customers!! You look like a fool. I don’t have time to return pizzas when I have to go to work!!! You need to be sacked whoever has responded to this in CAPITAL LETTERS lol. A customer shouldn’t have to be running around after your mess ups if they don’t have time!

My go to place to get pizza. Cozy, vibrant and very welcoming. You could see your pizza being prepared, then slowly sent in the pizza oven in behind the counter. They have fantastic deals, tasty pizzas. You could go for half and half, you get best of both worlds. They have sides as well from garlic bread to chicken wings. They also have a selection of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream plus they also have Banofee cake as well.

As always had a lovely pizza from Square pizza this evening . Went for the 10" Meat Feast with Cheese and Jalapeño Crust and a side of spicy tenders . Tenders seem to be just store bought frozen tenders chucked in the fryer but pizzas are always bang on and very competitive price and tasty. Will definitely be returning again.

i visited my favourite pizza place recently which is Square Pizza of course their Pepperoni Passion is to die for so yummy but brother boss asked me why i haven’t come to eat for so long well it’s bcos my father passed away 2 months ago and i left the house for the first time in months because i was so depressed and then mr brother boss didn’t give me my free homemade garlic dip which is my favourite and it’s sad because the 14 inch pizza is charged an additional £10 on delivery apps!! £20 pizza vs £10.99 in person… £9 extra charges for autistic people who have depression, anxiety and OCD which is why i always stand outside if you are wondering and one time you forgot to tell me that my pizza was already made 40 mins ago and then collected my pizza at around 11:30pm!! even though i was directly outside the glass store window and constantly looked through for a person to call for me or something but no one and i had to eat a super cold dry pizza bcos it was winter and i was walking home at pretty much midnight

Still waiting on delivery arrival was suppose to 8.35 its now 9.30!! Called up to get update and said they are supposedly on the way asked eta!. Delivery driver and lady that answered in the shop said different etas! . Pizza arrived was nice but they really need to improve delivery service its awful.

This place does some great food. Unfortunately they are let down on the customer service side of things. Delivery times are long and always incorrrect. Staff who answer the phones are not helpful at all. The plus side is the food tastes really good. If they could work on the service side of things they would be a 5*.

Very bad experience. The delivery guy was very rude and literally started shooting as soon as I opened the door. There is no tracking option for this restaurant and the delivery guy expects that by telepathy you will know when he is arriving and will be waiting for him on the door. I will never order food from them and will not recommend anyone.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times. The pizza is decent but 2X the order hasn’t shown up and this evening it is an hour late. I called them and it took 5X to get through to them. I gave 5 mins or so between each call thinking they may be busy. When I got through I was told my order 1hr ago wasn’t gonna be long. I asked if they had a time frame and was told it’d be with me soon. Then the lady on the phone proceeded to hurry me off the phone before I could even question it. The estimated wait time was 15 mins to 25. I thought I’d be patient as the city is busy today but this was shocking not gonna lie. I am still waiting for my order now and don’t expect it to arrive soon.

Ordered as it was late, and not many options in terms of places I could choose. So that's why I chose them. But damnit.... what a pizza. Easily now my favourite pizza takeaway locally. And literally a square pizza (mathematically that's like and extra third of pizza in the box....) - totally worth it in taste and price. I don't order takeout often these days unless I really want a treat. This is where I'll be going again.

I've visited Square Pizza multiple times and never an issue. Service is always friendly. Food is ready quick and always clean. I'm not the biggest fan of the cheese they use on the pizza, usually, but sometimes I have a taste for it. I'm sure I'll be back.

Ordered pizza, waited an hour and 20 minutes. Wrong pizza turned up, I phoned up to enquire to be told "you live 6 miles away". I felt bad, said dont worry. I don't eat pork so my dinner was pretty sad hahaha. Great food otherwise! Sides were great

Very poor service used to be a good restaurant people doesn’t care now, we used to go there regularly shifted recently and I came 20 miles down for the pizza and the service was very rude. Reading some of the bad reviews makes me wonder becaymy experience here was simply awesome (and I'm not just saying that). It was a while ago however, the staff were not rude and very patient whilst dealing with the sea of drunk yobbos. They sorted us with delicious pizzas and even gave us one free for the journey home. Pizzas were tasty I have to admit and the owner looked after us; what's not to like?

Appalled. Placed an order via Uber Eats. Delivery window of 18:25 to 18.45. Now 19:10 and no delivery. Rand restaurant and complained. Dreadful attitude. Said I'd be cancelling the order if it didn't arrive by 19:15 - a half hour after the delivery window, the member of staff said 'upto you' and hung up. I don't mind it being late, but the service was dreadful. Would never order from here again, and would urge you to think twice. I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant, should have gone and collected it!!!!! UPDATE 19:30 AND STILL NO DELIVERY......

Took an 1 hour and 40 minutes to be delivered, finally got here and it is stone cold. Tried to call multiple but no answer as there phone line isn't even connected.
