Truly awful customer service. They lie to you about the status of your order and never deliver your food, and don’t even apologise. Unreliable, stay away.

Full fat Pepsi delivered instead of Pepsi max which as a diabetic I can’t drink. Delivery was 25 minutes late when I ordered it for a specific time and paid £2.49 for it. The food was nice as ever but I expect atleast the delivery fee to be refunded.

Not open late enough. Why else would I be ordering from this lot?

Last week, we went to this restaurant, it was very quiet, however, our food took a long time, about 50 minutes, after all, when our food came to our table, we were really shocked, the appearance and taste of the food was awful 😳. In the worst countries, go to a roadside restaurant, the food was much, much better than this. £35 for two pressed bread with pita bread They took money from us, this was the worst restaurant I went to in my whole life, please don't choose this place because it will waste your time and money. I'm really sorry for Rettoi's management..

found big plastic chunks in my milkshake, could have choked, called restaurant and they were no help.
