Waited over 30 mins, called and employee was helpful however still waited another 30 mins after the call

Received a non- requested code for a free pizza when delivery delayed by about 45 mins. Impressed! Food always good quality

Great pizzas and great service from the man who served us in-store (Louis I think). Ordered for collection, the food was ready when we arrived, freshly made and piping hot. Great service!

Would give zero stars if it was an option! Shocking customer service. Ordered online and they didn’t deliver - we were sat in the garden and never saw a delivery driver yet apparently they attempted to deliver. No phone call when they were outside or anything. When I spoke to the shop I got given attitude and was told to go and collect my order from the shop. Now £20 out of pocket for food I didn’t get! According to them they redelivered our food somewhere, just not to us! Avoid!

Last week, we went to this restaurant, it was very quiet, however, our food took a long time, about 50 minutes, after all, when our food came to our table, we were really shocked, the appearance and taste of the food was awful 😳. In the worst countries, go to a roadside restaurant, the food was much, much better than this. £35 for two pressed bread with pita bread They took money from us, this was the worst restaurant I went to in my whole life, please don't choose this place because it will waste your time and money. I'm really sorry for Rettoi's management..
