Great food with quick delivery service

The service was excellent, I was given advice in making an informed choice. The pizza as usual was delicious!

We collected a pizza last week and it’s the best we’ve had from here. 10/10 pizza and the service was very helpful and friendly

Made the order online. It arrived an hour and a half late, was stone cold and I only realised when I got inside that the quality seal was broken. I had to put it in the oven to heat up and paid almost £18. Really disappointed

Ordered two pizzas for £48 and got only one delivered in 45 min and after another hour they finally agreed to send the second one. Absolutely waste of time and money.

Arrived an hour after pre-booked time, pizza was cold and soggy. Called the store twice to find out what was going on and was only offered for new pizzas to be made but with no guarantee on when it would arrive, or for store credit - no option for a refund and no accountability taken. Do not recommend ordering from this location.

Dull place. No music. No radio playing. Cold welcome from staff Food is okay since its a chain you can't really mess it up unless you can't read the ingredients from off the screen Staff members aren't speaking English in front of you which isn't a major issue but it does make you feel unwelcome.

Late food that was inevitably cold. The driver didn’t follow the instructions and couldn’t find us when he finally got here. Poor standard of food. Went there for a change but that’s the last time

Maybe the best Papa John's franchises I've ordered from. I don't think I've ever had an order take more than half an hour, including weekends when you'd expect them to be busier. Really good.

Just got a half and half called up and they let me change toppings as I’d forgot to change online, the people working in here really care about their customers not sure why so many bad reviews, nice pizza and great customer service will be coming again soon

Great to find somewhere round here that is open after the usual dinner time trade has closed for the afternoon. I use a wheelchair so rang from outside and got a ''drive in'' service from the friendly staff. Dough is a bit sweet for me hence 4 star but still very nice and I will be going again.

It was alright could be better

The order left the store and didn’t arrive until 50 minutes later. The food was freezing and went to waste. Utterly pitiful and shameful service!

Toppings on pizza were so thin and spare I may as well just had a margarita

Just eat app said “enjoy your meal” at the time my order should have been delivered. When it arrived 20 minutes later than the window of 18:40 - 19:00 food was freezing. To add insult to injury just eat offer a credit to spend with them again for less than what was paid for an appalling meal.

Not good don't order. Stomach pains after food in the night! Cheesy garlic bread cheese smelt funky! They even managed to give us two of the same side and the other did t come! Tried a slice of the garlic bread and had to leave it! Pizza very sloppy and watery! Delivery guy asked for a review at the door too! Hmm makes me wonder if there not tok good!

Waited an hour for a cold pizza to be delivered. Delivery boy said he tried to call because he couldn't see the house number. Had he of actually called me then I would of told him that house numbers go up in twos and therefore 16 is between 14 and 18. Although being a delivery boy (and a human living in England) you'd think he should already know this.

Didn’t get one of the sides (jalepeno bites) and ordered 2 garlic and herb dips and only received one.

Pizza is not value for money. 21 quid for a thin base medium pizza. Ordered through Uber eats and it arrived late and was cold. Called to complain and exchange but no one answered the phone

Pizza was lovely and fresh however the garlic bread was dry, cold and hard.. seems more than a coincidence that the garlic bread was free as part of an offer.. the last time I've paid full price for the garlic bread it was lovely.. 😐

I will never order from here again order late and incomplete. This is the second time I have had issues with the restaurant there won't be a third.

Normally great but I went to pick up my order having processed it on the app 10 minutes earlier. Was told after 5 minutes that I would have to wait another 15. Finally got my food after standing in the shop for 40 minutes. My son was given a free drink though. Will be back because this wasn't a normal experience

First time ordering and won’t be ordering again. 1 hour 40 mins from order to delivery and having to chase to be told ‘we’ve been busy tonight’. Food arrived luke warm and lacking any taste or flavour. Hugely disappointed and a waste of money. Just been contacted by the store as under new management, if I delete my review I can receive a full credit for my order. Absolutely refused a credit and wouldn’t order from this branch again. A full refund is the option considered.

Really annoyed that our hugely anticipated evening meal that our boys wanted arrived stone cold and 40 minutes late. This meal cost £52 which is a massive treat for a Friday night. What really makes no sense whatsoever is that when I got through to the store I was told its on its way even though it had arrived. Totally fuming now as we have received our order which is cold, unedible and unacceptable. But the driver is on his way, must be reading off a spread sheet. I will require my money back for this.

I tried philidethia and mushrooms sandwich type pizza It was mainly made up with mayonnaise so I was a title disappointed it didn't taste cheesey iv made simular at home using philly it tasted as it should . No mayo needed.

First time ordering from here and the food is stunning. Delicious and delivery time was impeccable. Food is really hot and no problems with it at all! Amazing.

We enjoy a Papa John's pizza from time to time. The offers can be confusing though. We thought we were getting two large pizzas for about 8 quid each but the bill came to 20. Odd but the pizza tasted good.

I tried this place when it first opened and the service was shocking. I said I wouldn't try it again. Tonight probably 5 or more years later I decided to give it a go again. So true to form the service was terrible and they won't get a 3rd try! The guy behind the counter was arguing with me about giving me the discount that is clearly shown on the menu. Then after telling me to come back after a set amount of time, I got there and had to wait the same amount of time again! Save your self the headache and disappointment and go to dominos.

Extremely fast delivery but seen to have forgotten to put the ingredients in /on Ordered 2 large pizzas and a papadilla (which I've never had before, but the picture looked great) All had to go in the microwave as it wasn't hot! I of the pizzas looked like bread it had so little cheese and topping, and then I opened the papadilla which is £7 and thought they had forgotten to put the topping on. I called them as the website advisers 100% satisfaction guarantee, I couldn't understand what the guy was saying, b But he basically told me to look at the website to see that it was how the papadilla was meant to be, and offered me a free pizza NEXT TIME. I advised there's unlikely to be a next time. I did go and look at the website though and as you can see, what I got looking nothing like the picture! Absolute rip off!!!! We have used them in the past, and have loyalty points as a result in this order, but still ended up paying £18 for essentially cold dry bread and tomato.... NEVER AGAIN. Have they changed owners or something? Absolutely dreadful and a waste a the pizza wasnt eaten as it was so poor. Don't waste your money!

My son ordered several pizzas last night, and whether there was some breakdown between Deliveroo and Papa Johns or not, the food took over 1.5 hours to arrive. My son, had to call the local branch, who said they could see the order on Deliveroo but it hadn't come to them, so they'd process it straight away. At least when it eventually arrived, we could enjoy delicious, hot, tasty pizzas. WRONG!! They must have a spray gun to put the cheese on it was that thin. Mine was supposed to be 'All the meats'. There were 2 tiny sprinkles of spicy beef, and a few measly bits of chicken. The other pizzas faired no better. One had asked for pineapple for £1.05 extra and got just a few tiny bits. Also, by the time they arrived, they were barely warm. I'd love to give a balanced review and pick out a couple of positives, but there were none. This is the first time ordering from this place, and will be the last. Maybe these chains have strict limits on the amount of cheese and toppings, and survive because they're a big name, but we'll definitely order from a local business next time. Oh, and to cap it all, even though my son had a Deliveroo discount, it was very expensive for what it was

Just awful food, I had pizza (way too overpriced for the quality and quantity), tater tots (that welded themselves to the box) and garlic sticks that were just awful, everything just tasted bad

Good certainly when you collect. I think most of the bad reviews pertain to delivery, which wasn't the easiest of tasks even pre-COVID but certainly whose schedules aren't always easy to stick to now that more people are eating in for the foreseeable.

I will never buy anything from Pappa John's again. Placed an order at 7:15. It said 20to30mins. Gets to 8:40, nothing, ring the shop, he says he's busy and nothing he can do, no apologies, not helpful at all, asked his name, he said "John Pappa" and put the phone down. We spent over £100 and it arrived at 10pm. Cold, soggy horrible horrible disgusting pile of dough and ketchup sauce.....
