Hot delicious pizza, staff brilliant when I called to make an alteration

I am a vegetarian and ordered a meat pizza by accident. They offered to swap it out for a new vegetarian free of charge! Excellent customer service

Had a problem with a stone cold pizza order on delivery. Rang the store, explained the situation and they sent out a brand new order which arrived at the normal hot and fresh standard. Great customer service to rectify an easy mistake.

Ordered for collection, was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Arrived to collect after 15 minutes and was told it would be a few minutes which was fine. After 10 minutes I asked again and was given the order but missing one pizza which I queried. After asking a few more times (it was like trying to get blood out of a stone!) I was told they were remaking the pizza as they’d got it wrong. No apology was given. It was 25 minutes late in the end (the rest of the order was ‘kept warm’ under a heat lamp all that time so obviously wasn’t very fresh when it finally got eaten). When I was finally given the whole order I was told ‘sorry about the delay’. This isn’t the first time we’ve had poor service from domino’s but it will be the last!

They need to change a little……most special offers are done online only and my elderly mum has difficulties in using modern technologies and because of that she misses out on special deals as they always say “if you order online…..” this is not fair at all on people who cannot read and/or use online platforms for ordering. Please try to change this.

Thank you to all staff at cheadle Hulme dominos for making my sons birthday the best ever by being so friendly. pizzas were amazing and your drivers and staff are always smiling. Stay happy.

Just picked up 2 medium pizza’s tonight. 1 ok and 1 absolutely terrible with literally no cheese and the pizza was dry (see photos of the pizza) How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza when someone purchases a pizza?? I contacted the manager who said he can’t deliver to my house given its out of the catchment area for a replacement pizza, but I could pick one up. I explained that I couldn’t come back out because of my disabled son, however he was rude and unwilling to help. I further explained that I lived within the same postcode area as the shop, yet he was more concerned about enforcing a ‘job worth’ unhelpful approach, as oppose with solving the problem. I won’t be using the place again as not helpful for anyone with disability/Carer need’s. Very bad service this for the dominoes brand, that could have actually been resolved asking them driver to drop off a pizza literally a 5 min drive from the shop. I can see from other reviews customers having similar poor experience.

Standard Domino’s, polite staff.

We ordered pizza online and the pizza's was delivered 20 minutes early. This has happened 3 times before, but today we had some guests over for a party. I rang up and spoke to a girl, then got cut off by her and told her that our order was 20 minutes too early and the guests hadn't yet come, so I had to refuse the pizza and told the driver to come back at 7.05pm. I told her that I ordered it for a 7pm delivery online and when the pizza arrived the base of one of them was soggy. She said that they could send out another bit. There would be another 20 minutes wait time which I wasn't going to do, then she said she would speak to her manager about a free pizza on my next order instead of coming back to me. She passed me on to her manager, who was really rude and didn't even listen to me. He had no customer service skills. Never going to order from Domino's again.

Can't go wrong with a Domino's. Don't buy online go in-store and ask for the best deals. Collection is value for money! Friendly staff too.

Tastes wonderful, best pizza ever. With the Garlic and Herb dip on top its divine. In December 2021; this branch in Cheadle Hulme also offers the collection deal for £5.99 for a medium pizza with any two toppings (only certain branches offer this). Its next door to a co-op so you can do other shopping while they cook it. Free parking directly outside as well.

How can a takeaway get pizzas wrong when that’s all they make ? . I’ve had a lot of incorrect orders from here and recently had my last and final order wrong . Won’t be ordering from here ever again . I don’t know if he’s the manger or one of the workers but he needs to go on a customer service course . If you complain there are not bothered in the slightest they just don’t care . Pathetic branch of dominos and the worse I’ve experienced

I placed an order today, like most weeks, long standing customer. We always order 2 large garlic and herb dips, for what ever the reason no dips arrived, i checked the order and no dips were listed, so not dominos fault. However, the driver donna offered to take back to the shop, i advised that as it was our end i would jump in my car and collect the dips from the shop, when i arrived i was advised that they do not take ANY payments at all at the shop not even card payments, i was told i had to go back home and order the dips online and collect later. PATCHETIC customer service. I range vijay the manager and explaind what had happended, i asked the question" when donna rang to query the order and told the store the i was willing to go to the store and collect the dips, WHY did they not advise me of this at the time.?, i advised vijay the manager it was dissapointing customer service and i would be putting in a complaint, to which he replied ok sir, no problem.... what, does any one give a ???? today. Lost my custom for good.

Not too bad, often on the buy one get one free you seem to get half the amount of normal toppings.

On friday night 7pm I went to order for collection and was greeted by a manager who asked what I ordered. I said I haven't ordered yet to which he responded "right forget you then" and walked off. I appreciate they were busy but I also walked off as a result. I actually worked at this store years ago and couldn't believe the attitude of this member of staff. Disappointed

Good pizza. Prices stand alone not worth the money but 50% off is fine when buying 2 pizzas. Wish they did French fries along with pizza to nibble on.

Good pizza but terrible customer service I went to get to the shop and they rudely refused me said I had to place order then I rang to place order and they informed me to place order online- had to wait outside for 1 hour until finally received food.

Absolute madness. Cant order over phone . Cant order at door .discriminates older people who have difficulty understanding apps. Discriminates people with learning difficulties. Discriminates people who have no internet access. NOT GOOD Dominoes

Standards have gone dramatically down hill since the new management have taken over. Used to be a very good dominos but not any more. The only good thing now is the Fanta. Avoid.

Shockingly bad customer service. A very rude member of staff was repeatedly offhand to us and other customers, whilst chatting with his girlfriend on the other side of the counter. When customers were waiting 20 minutes for some pizzas from their order, while others sat going cold on the shelf behind him, his response was " it's not my fault" and walked away. When we asked him who the manager was, he just waved towards someone nearby, whithout speaking, whilst grinning to his girlfriend. The manager sheepishly came over but did not challenge his behaviour at all. Our order was so bad, despite being offered a free pizza on our next visit we have never gone back and never will.

totally inadequate ...often leave phone to ring away for upto half hour if busy...you mention it and your the bad guy....make your own pizza or ring a simple outfit that can pick up a phone take order correctlt and deliver it on time like in the business plan!! .... bobbins branch and rather pointless!

Usually get dominos once a week at approx £20. Never from here again. Toppings were missed off and very scant. An extra dip paid for was not delivered. When I rang through the staff were not interested. They claimed they couldn’t hear me and were more interested in the other phone going as that may me custom. You have certainly lost mine.

Consistently good all round product. Always good deals available and never more than 20 minutes waiting time.

I got horrific food poisoning from this branch of Dominos. They refused to accept responsibility even after they opened a case and I listed everything else I had eaten in the lead up to the event, non of which could have caused such symptoms other than the dominos order. The timeline was too clear and the food they provided was the only cause.

Food good but staff under great pressure to meet service levels.

This is my local Dominos Pizza but I wish it wasn’t.... I have ordered from there a handful of times and if you add or take off ingredients on your pizza they will not get it right. They have also delivered pizzas cold and mangled. I think they’ve actually only got the order completely right once. The reason I’ve not given one star is that when they get it right the food is good quality, which you’d expect from a Dominos branch. If you have an option of going elsewhere I would.

I do like Dominoes pizzas. This restaurant is always busy. Never ever buy full price though, they are an absolute rip off.

Ordered some family dominos when we were staying at alton towers. Half the order was wrong and they had items missing. Was very disappointed. Although we did eat it and it was tasty!

Had a fantastic pizza from here a week prior to this one. ordered exactly the same pizza but this had an extremely thin biscuit like crust it was awful very disappointed I won't be going back. Experience like these make me wanna boycott all fast food places.

Never ordering here again. Messed up my previous orders and had one last night on acceptation and made my partner throw up and gave me ring sting. Also on the previous orders there was terrible customer service and stinking attitude towards us. AVOID

Order from this dominos probably more that i should! Pizzas are lovely staff are very friendly never had any issues.

At our works the food is just awful and very expensive so we often order a pizza as its much more nutritional and cheaper. Dominos is a big favourite. I love the peperoni with extra cheese and the time to order it is often quicker than queuing in our staff restuarant

A standard Dominos, delivery can take much longer than stated at times.

They messed the order up and did a dominos special with the smallest amount of cheese on the pizza which was swimming in tomato purée do not waste your money 👎🏻

Just spent nearly £30 on take aways pizza and we were very disappointed. The pizza was dry, over cooked and took thin and crispy too far!

Great pizzas but an absolute rip off if you gave to pay full price. Fortunately there is always some sort of offer on. Why not just reduce the prices instead? Oh and Frank's Red Hot Wings. Yummy!

Delivery driver was fabulous so helpful also staff on phone, manager would not let me use discount voucher with a meal deal or find me the best deal on a £53 order!! Was rude and unhelpful, food was undercooked and cold and part of order was missing

Always use a voucher to get the best deal, love that they do 2 vegi options and that you can design your own on their website before going to collect/deliver. Good service always received, polite, friendly staff who seem to enjoy what they do.

Staying at the Hilton in manchester Airport. A very pleasant delivery driver phoned from reception and delivered a piping hot fantastic looking pizza. 2 pizzas, 2 sides a drink and vat receipt delivered for under £20 and just under 30 minutes. Awesome Dominos.
