Vile vile customer service, selling mouldy deserts and very rude to customers that complain see for yourself evidence below

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Probably does not have an ounce of compassion for the customer base they’ve got! Only care about good reviews never wanting to put right customers they have annoyed, or were customers don’t feel the service was satisfactory. Need to have a head wobble in that store and make sure customer satisfaction is number one! Never been spoke to in such a manner by any customer service business! Would never recommend, if you keep telling bad reviews to in your words “go else where” I hope you go out of business if that’s your motto! ☺️

Acabo de pedirles un batido de barra con leche y un pastel de terciopelo rojo a través de uber eats. GUAU sea lo que sea, no era un pastel. Era basura química gomosa. El batido sabía a puro helado de vainilla. No ordene desde aquí y desperdicie su dinero. Vil.

Nice friendly place to visit. Flat white and toast tasty and good value. Lots of nice cake on offer.. all baked on site I believe. Nice gesture of 20% discount for 999 workers👍 Well worth a visit

Little cozy dessert place, waitress came over and cleaned our tables and took our order within 5 minutes of sitting down. Desserts came out pretty quick and were great, although they all came out (only 3 of us) at separate times. Not ideal if you want to eat together with warm cookie dough. Prices are reasonable and as with the desserts drinks also came out at different times. Staff were very friendly.

A real surprise in our local area. Lovely decor , great service and lovely food, all at low prices. Lunch meal deal @ £3.50 very good , particularly like the Tikka and Cheese Panini. Today we ( hardly regular customers ) were given delightful complimentary pakoras, yum. Cakes and desserts look fab , good coffee , family run, what’s not to like. Use it , these people really deserve to succeed 👏🏾.

By far the best desert shop I have been to in Birmingham, the food is on point and the decor is out of this world, I would definatly recommend this to everyone. The staff are very friendly and it is reasonably priced.

Recently opened and looks good. Stopped by for a Flat White which was nice and cheaper than main stream shops. Lovely choice of cake and old skool puddings ie Pink custard. Very freindly staff. Well worth a visit... go try it

We thought we’d give this place a try as we noticed it had recently opened, we were not disappointed at all! Really enjoyed the tea and desert and to top it off the decor is the best I’ve seen for a desert place. I will definitely be going back soon!

Absolutely amazing food. It was delicious & tea was on point, would highly recommend, the decor makes the place a special place. Will be coming back again.
