Great food for brunch and lovely friendly staff

Very good breakfast. I wish they opened 30 minutes or an hour earlier.

Was here for breakfast today but not my first or last visit! great selection and portion sizes are very good! Lovely staff and atmosphere will definitely be back!

The food and the service were terrible. Reheated chicken strips with what I can only describe as McCain oven chips which were undercooked. No actual cooking was done in the kitchen. Hateful when you go for food and you know you can cook better at home yourself. The waiting staff were more interested in talking than actually looking after the tables. They had already my bill ready even though I had not finished ordering after my main. So after I ordered dessert I got two separate bills. Definitely won’t be back!!!!

Don't visit here often enough. It's a lovely place, food amazing. Great portion sizes. Staff are good craic too. Very reasonably priced for Lisburn road.

Stumbled upon this lovely spot, lovely warm welcome. Very few offerings seemed to be open at 9 on a Sunday AM so it was a lucky find. Warm welcome, great service, delicious hot breakfast options, we were full for hours afterwards. Definitely recommend.

I'll say it was a good burger but little dry.

The food was lovely and the waiting staff were very attentive, I feel sorry for the poor girls because the manager or supervisor with the blonde hair and glasses was down right rude to her waiting staff and as someone that’s worked for years in hospitality you don’t treat your staff this way. The girls (waiting staff) seemed nervous around her and she was constantly giving them unnecessary attitude and demeaning tones of voice towards her staff. We weren’t the only people who noticed this and felt it necessary to leave a comment as the young girls were doing great at their job and DO NOT deserve this.

These are what we've had at Judes. Chicken wings Juicy but oily and it wasn't tossed in Parmesan. Rather it was lightly sprinkled. Crispy chili chicken Nothing special with it. The sour cream, I could barely tasted any sourness from it. Just mostly mayo. Parmesan fries are just fries with a pinch of Parmesan. Chicken sizzler Mexican style grilled chicken. Asked for peppercorn but mainly pepper with barely any creaminess. Chunky chips are moist and crispy. Similar to the fries, it just had a pinch of Parmesan. However, the staff were attentive to us and would frequently come around to check on us with a smile.

Food was shocking, below average and quite expensive for what it was, very cold inside and told there was no gas left to heat the eating area which is simply not on. Girls on shift were nice and pleasant but mostly just talked around at the bar area (because the place was so dead). Place was much better under the old management and will not last in todays social and economic climate.

Great for an Ulster fry when home from England

Had breakfast in Jude’s this morning, excellent staff and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend the bacon avocado!! Will defo be back!

Judes is a fab place, lovely atmosphere. Service was so helpful and considerate, especially if you have kids. Food was amazing. 5 stars all around ✨

90% of the visit was great, my food and my wife's was lovely however my daughter wanted the American breakfast which was quite alit of food and was £12, I asked if they could could do a smaller version which they said they could, she had a small pancake about 3 maybe 4 inches, 1 sausage, 1 rashers and 1 egg with some mushrooms. Everything was good bar the pancake which went very hard very quick. This was ok as she said she'd had enough. I paid and took the receipt. I thought to myself it was quite expensive and checked the receipt when we got back up the road to notice they had charged £9.75 for the child 🙈 other than this I'd have given 5 stars

Popped in on the off-chance (no reservation, early Friday evening). Received a warm welcome, food was served quickly and tasted amazing. Good portion size too. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Great location. Very pretty inside and attractive from outside. The waitress that served us was very good at her job and very friendly. Same could not be said about the (I assume) manager whom, it felt, wanted to get your order and get you out. His whole demeanour was not friendly. We ordered a toasted bacon and avocado with poached egg. The bacon was overdone. The avocado was sour and the poached egg may as well have been hard boiled. I give the place 4 stars for the waitress service, but overall...2 stars. It may be that we just got unlucky. We will be in the area later this year and we'll try again.

Staff were lovely, restaurant lovely too. Unfortunately food was just meh. With the risk of trying to sound like Gordon Ramsay, perhaps reducing the menu size as well as cooking fresh food might be a shout. You know the score when your food comes out 3 minutes after ordering. My Chicken Sizzler was extremely oily and my wife’s “Lasagne” was clearly a ready meal.

Nice little restaurant off the Lisburn road with a vast selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. On first visit I opted for the cheeseburger which was nice although I reckon the patty could be juicer and a bit softer. It’s fairly big but quick tightly packed making it a bit of a chew, I’d be curious if the patties are made to order or not.. Tried their famous chicken strips the next time which lives up to expectations - very well made and a great portion size, although I wish it came with options for sauce accompaniment as it looks to only be sweet chilli. Would recommend Frank’s buffalo option to pair with the blue cheese dip they provide. Staff are very attentive and welcoming so service can’t be faulted. Great portion size so serves as a reliable stop for a bite to eat. Will be back to try the breakfast :)

Wouldn't go near it again. Rude staff who are lazy at their jobs. Food is decent but don't go near the drinks. They use Yazoo for their milkshakes and have received flat drinks.

We have used Jude's for early lunch 3 times in the last month. Each time the food has been superb, the service fantastic and the atmosphere very congenial .

Come over from Liverpool, and what a place. Walked in about 1245 Wednesday afternoon, and the atmosphere was busy. I was expecting to wait but had the option to go upstairs with a view. Food was mouth watering, flavours didn't disappoint. Waiter could improve but felt sorry as felt lost an confused with a drinks order to the wrong table, bless her. The owner was top notch, good crack, a friendly approach. Did mention a top recommended burger was there signature dish. So sure enough of our last day in Belfast we made sure to visit. I myself got the combo burger that came with the chicken wings and everything was do precisely, really enjoyed this, closing the chapter of our holiday on a good note.

This is now called Jude’s but still serves the freshest breakfast in Belfast (in my opinion). Service is brilliant and food is delicious. This will always be my ‘go to’ for breakfast or brunch. They have a great menu for lunches and dinner also. Would recommend it 100%

Just popped in on my way home today have not been since the name change and I am delighted to say it’s better than before great food choice I opted for the sirloin med rare cooked to perfection with triple cooked chips mushrooms n crispy onion rings all delicious so 5/5 for all round great service food and atmosphere 👍👍

An Excellent Restaurant / Diner. We Go Here Regularly And Have Got To Know The Staff Who Are Very Pleasant And Attentive. The Food Is First Class And The Measures Are Plentiful. We Always Leave Well Fed.. I Would Highly Recommend This Place For Great Food And Drink..

The food in this restaurant was delicious with big portions. I recommend going there and try their sweet chilli chicken, steak and fudge cake to make best three course meal. Good for a date night!

Cannot recommend this place more! We called in for brunch on a whim and sat outside as we had our dog with us. The staff were so so friendly and helpful and even brought our dog a water bowl and a little treat. The owner came out and spoke to us at length and gave our dog loads of attention which she loved. The American pancake stack is great, but the breakfast burrito really stole the show. Delicious! Great food, great coffee and great staff who really went the extra mile! Will definitely be calling back again soon!

Brisket - the delicious addition we didn't know we needed. Jude's rebranding seems to have added more menu options to the already rich menu - the brisket burger in particular is excellent.

Definetley NOT the same food from. It became judes.. Have dined in. Springsteins from it 1st opened. Very dissapointed and will not be dining in from now January 2024

Springsteen's is a great American style diner with a large menu, not just burgers. Their breakfasts are also wonderful.

Never disappointed in this restaurant, me and my uncle go to Springsteens for breakfast every once in a while and the food and service is always 10/10. Everyone is always efficient and friendly. Staff always have a smile on their faces and always happy to help. One of our favourite places to eat especially for breakfast recommend to anyone who loves a good fry or brunch.

Wanted brunch and the last place I thought of was here. Was pleased with everything. I had the avacado toast with poached eggs. Big portions and reasonably priced compared to other places along the Lisburn Road. I normally take pictures but I was just do hungry I forgot.

Servers were friendly and food was pretty good. Wouldn't mind coming back

Went up to a festival at the weekend with a few mates and popped into here! The service was amazing thanks everyone!! Food was very fresh and tasted amazing will definitely have to give a trip up again some time 5 stars all round oh yeah great cocktails too ;)

Myself and friend called in on our break for a light meal. We both had caesar salad and pot of tea. It was absolutely delicious. A great big helping and full of flavour. We took our time and didnt feel rushed. Will make sure to call in again.

Took the family here as the reviews were good . iI wanted to try somewhere different. Everyone in our group had a different meal and it was excellent.The service was very good and the waitress was really helpfull and pleasant. I cant wait to go back and try something else and i would definitely recommend it.

Visited for a late brunch. Had a bunch of kids with us. Seated quickly although we had booked. Friendly staff. Portions were very generous. Food really nice. Stole a bite of kids cheeseburger and soft brioche bun and good quality burger with cheese. Little hidden gem!

Fantastic spot for food and a catch up. Staff are very attentive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Scottish guy was fantastic and an absolute credit to the business. He's very warm from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. He includes the whole family when speaking to the table and the kids are still talking about him. The food is fresh and hot when it arrives with no long wait times.

excellent spot for brunch - attentive staff, fresh food well prepared and clean surroundings (inc the loos). We had 2 of the breakfast dishes, both asking for swaps or preferences: no problem for the staff. Good menu for breakfast, brunch or diner style meal. Not a place for coffee and cake/scones. As always on Lisburn road parking can be tricky but Cranmore Gardens is opposite the diner. Please note the loos are upstairs.

Brilliant food as always. When there was a minor change needed on my food, it was done immediately and was delicious. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Called in here on our way back into Belfast City Centre. Glad to see they do breakfast and brunch. I had the house fry which was lovely and my wife had the scrambled eggs on sourdough bread. The scrambled eggs were delicious. We had a tea and a cappuccino. The service was excellent and we would definitely go back.

We stumbled on this place and are so glad we did. The huevos rancheros were delicious, as was the chicken stack. Service was excellent and very friendly.

Excellent staff warm, welcoming and friendly. Got the mega fry with the added fires. Came quick but mostly importantly nice and warm. Was reasonably priced for the Lisburn road at £10.25 and £1.95 for the drink. Thanks I certainly wasn't going back to work hungry.
