Spreads Cafe in City of London, Westminster

Visited Wrights Cafe Pall Mall last weekend. The food was absolutely delicious! I also had a coffee and it was the best one i have had in the area….The prices are definitely on the cheaper side, especially for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend to all!!!

Wrights cafe is absolutely amazing! It is always very busy and has such welcoming staff, the service is also brilliant. Me and my family’s food was delicious. I would recommend highly to everyone. Please give it a try!

Amazing. I could not recommend this enough. Right in Pall Mall. Bottle of white wine, two pasta main courses (delicious). Garlic bread, cup of tea and 2 carrot cakes. £50! Service excellent . Atmosphere lovely. They could not have done enough to make us feel welcome.

Normally free of tourists. Very quick service and a wide variety of snacks available. Toilets down stairs.

Generous servings and a menu to suit all tastes, this cafe is worth seeking out if you are in the area. Service is friendly and the food is well-presented.

A great independent cafe with a large varied breakfast and lunch menu. In a great location, usually you have to settle for one of the boring chains in this area so it really is great to find a good independent cafe in the area. Now called Wrights.

I was there Saturday lunch and we had a Club Sandwich and Pasta was delicious and quick service Great Staff.

Whether from a change of ownership or change of name, this super cafe is now called “Wright’s”. It seems much the same as before in terms of decor, layout and menu.

This cafe is Italian run and extremely busy. We went in on the day of the march for 'The People's Vote' and there was a queue right down the street. There is seating inside and a massive deli counter for takeouts as well. Staff were working under extreme pressure due to the relentless stream of customers and coped superbly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Un petit restaurant très sympathique avec du personnel accueillant, serviable et patient. Des sandwichs variés, garnis et appétissants. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Wandering towards Whitehall looking for somewhere to grab an all day English breakfast, we chanced upon this unassuming restaurant on Pall Mall. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it served a great breakfast at an amazingly good price. It was buzzing with business people and tourists, and other than having to remove a copy of The Sun from our table, we were impressed with every aspect of the experience. We ordered the large all day English breakfast, which came with two quality sausages, two rashers of quality bacon, two fried eggs, beans, tomatoes and plenty of toast. The service was friendly and fast, the food was great quality, the portion size was large and the price - £6.50 for a large English breakfast - was fantastic value. This cafe is thoroughly recommended.

These guys n girls can make a great cup of coffee! Nice chocolate croissant sat up the back of this little cafe first thing in the morning. Perfect start to a day!

Maten er utrolig god uansett hva du velger å spise og de serverer både ferskpresset juice, smoothies, milkshakes osv osv. Et funn av en frokostplass:-) At det er så og si bare lokale forretningsfolk/arbeidere som spiser der er vel kvalitetsstempel godt nok! Anbefales

Great little coffee shop. Serves food too and is comfy and a great environment. I tend to go here for lunch or to have meetings when our office is overflowing. Service is good and the food fresh and tasty.

This is a small, unassuming sandwich bar/cafe. A wide range of sandwich fillings plus some hot options such as jacket potatoes and pasta is available. There are some seats in the back for eat in options although service can be a touch slow as they are busy with take away orders over lunch. However, easily will fit into a lunch break. Portion sizes and amount of filling are very generous. I recommend the jacket potato with chicken and bacon. Bring cash as minimum spend for card use and prices are very reasonable!

If you are looking for somewhere in the Westend of London for a high-quality, authentic Italian style cafe in which to escape the city and grab something to eat (that is not another franchise) look no further. All the food is freshly made with daily specials, great pricing for London and excellent waitress service (if you do not wish to grab & go). Excellent coffee, wine by the glass and free wifi. You will not be disappointed (although seating is limited so try and avoid the really busy times if you wish to guarantee a table).

This place is fantastic! The staff are busy all the time - fussing, cleaning, cooking, preparing - and the place has that lovely Italian family feel. The food is excellent quality and inexpensive, bearing in mind this is the heart of fashionable London just off Piccadilly! I really can't recommend this place enough. To my mind, this is the BEST all round cafe in London since the demise of The Chalet in Grosvenor Street, Mayfair a couple of years ago. Don't miss it!

The food is fine, the place is clean and the people are lovely. What more could you want from a cafe?

This was a real foodie find, I ordered the falafel and hummus salad with flatbread and very nice it was too. My colleague had a tuna salad. The coffees were perfect thank you.

A really rare find. A real sandwich shop that isn't a chain, serves really good food and doesn't cost the earth. Clearly it is more aligned to London prices but our lunches were very pleasant and well presented. I really like the soup.

The food was excellent. Fresh. With reasonable prices. The service is good. The food came fast even though the place was busy. The portion is really good. I strongly recommend if you are around the area.

Looking for somewhere close and suspect of bad coffee,we came across this little cafe.The food is fresh and sandwiches we had were delicious.The staff were very helpful and even after I dropped the coffee cup & it smashed all over the floor.Nothing was a problem.We used this little cafe as a bolt hole.Very reasonable prices and we liked it.

ピカデリーあたりでランチをするならゆるい坂を降りて5分ほど、St.James公園に向かったPall Mall通りにのこのサンドイッチハウスがオススメです。町中にはプレタマンジェのようなファストフードのサンドイッチ全盛で、こうした昔ながらのサンドイッチハウスがなくなりつつありますが、ロンドン子たちや付近のビジネスマンで大人気でいつも混み合っています。具だくさんなので、日本人の場合一人分を二人でシェアしてもいいでしょう。あるはデリも豊富ですから、サンドイッチとサラダみたいなものをシェアするのもおすすめ。チリコンカルネ・ライスもなかなかいけます。ミートボールスパゲティは、イギリス人のソウルフード（？）ですが、いわゆるイタリアのパスタとは異なります。茹で過ぎのスパゲティーの懐かしい味を試したい人向けです。テイクアウェイもできますから公園でランチにも適しています。

Very good coffee, friendly staff gave a good start to the day. They open early so that's a treat for us early birds. Will be returning.

This is a terrific little cafe for breakfast. Great value, choice and fresh ingredients. Sandwiches looked superb.
