I waited for about an hour to get a beer, the waiters were not busy, they looked at someone else while I was waiting in line, unbelievable

The staff are always arrogant and rude there. Same with the management. Other pubs in the chain provide a better pub atmosphere.

A particularly ratty Spoons in horrible Wood Green. Terrible pub, occasionally acceptable service! One person serving, with 7 blokes at the bar. So I ordered a pint on the app. 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting! Avoid!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I've been coming here for years but looks like they have one new manager white women with glasses who is extremely rude and unprofessional doesn't have a clue about customer service. Security guard is also rude( the one that doesn't wear a mask). Toilets always dirty and always smells of poo saw a few MICES they could have been RATS running around so stopped eating my food and left disgusting. I'm sticking with Muswell Hill much nicer place and managers always friendly and place is always clean.

You get exactly what you’re paying for here. £2.91 a pint, you can’t go wrong. Good atmosphere, always busy and staff are good enough for the price. No drama, no nonsense, common sense public house.

Excellent place to have a beer after a hard day, great friendliness and good prices with great quality.

During my visit to London, I enjoyed the different types of draft beers and the European Championship matches every evening, then enjoyed the traditional British breakfast every morning

Large pub with large seating area. Very busy at times especially evenings and weekends. Live Sky Sports chanel. Large varieties of world and craft beer. Meals comes with choice of drink. Good service you can order from the app and they bring your food and drink to your table.

Horrible experience - i’ve worked as bartender for 3 years and was shocked at the customer service, i asked for a prosecco and received an opened cheap prosecco in WINE glass. i went back to ask for a flute glass and a better prosecco, i was denied a fresher one and given a flute glass to pour it myself!?! As a supervisor that would be an immediate verbal warning or i would advise for that staff member to be fired. completely unacceptable in hospitality. tables were disgusting, glasses n staines everywhere, will not be returning.

The service and food are wwtherspoon standards, the toilet was dirty and smelled bad. The main issue though is the area.

This is my worst experience at Spouters Corner: I had Ramen noodle soup, which was mostly water with a few noodles, hardly anything like vegetable could be found. The cost of making it was about £1.-, but I paid £10.- My friend had a so-called sirloin stake, which was chewy and hard like a Lidl basic. When my friend used the Disabled toilet, the place was dirty, although signed off on a sheet as having been cleaned. A disappointing experience all round.

Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered my meal and drink via the app. The food arrived fine but still still waiting for my drink 12 minutes after food being served. I sat across the bar noticed the drink still sitting on the bar counter and all 4 staffs just stood behind the bar chatting, one staff notice the drink but just ignored and walk past it. Finally after 15 minutes the drink being put on the couter, I walked to the bar and got the drink myself. I'm accustomed to most Wetherspoon Pub in London but Spouter's Corner has really appaling service and very lazy staffs who come to work just to past their time.

Come often and no one will ask you to leave for the whole day. Drinking tea is free. You only have to compare once and then you don’t need to compare money. Talk to your friends often.

Great for people watching in the sunshine

Always friendly staff, food is great, any problems always gets sorted quickly. They have a kids menu and activity sheet and crayons for your children to colour whilst you wait.

Had a nice lunchtime sirloin steak with the missus.It was cooked perfectly and very reasonably priced.It comes with a drink and I had the all day coffee.Go gourmet,and the Tennessee whiskey and honey sauce is lush.

I don't know about the food because I've never ordered because it's a pub with its own atmosphere! I advise!

Standard Witherspoon's pub. The down side is they invariably can't make Aperol Spritz because at least one of the ingredients has run out!

Great overall experience and a good local. Of course the one or two troublemakers but the staff handled them well, moving them on and deescalating the situation.

Food and cocktails are very good. And the place is clean and smells ok.

We didn't like the food at all, it was cold, the meat was burnt and hard, and the flavor was not good. The atmosphere is cool if you want to experience a traditional pub.

Rude white short lady. Been waiting for more than 15 minutes and she served white people who came after me. When I told her that I was before those people she was rude to me. Instead of keeping quiet, respect customers she started barking. Worst customers service staff

A standard Wetherspoons pub in London. Despite the bar being large and there being plenty of staff on a quiet day it still took almost ten minutes to get served. There is a large amount of seating and a classic menu.

Visiting regularly Service depends on the staff there as they change. It is supposed to be a free house child friendly,however,had a woman from the staff making remarks to my child like we're in a posh restaurant-sorry,but unacceptable.It is more expensive as next to the station

A good place to take a break from shopping and eat traditional English dishes. I recommend Fish and chips and mix grill.

Great wetherspoons just round corner from Ally Pally good selection of beers and wines . Breakfast early till 12 noon . Good variety of meals Tuesday steak night and Thursday curry night have more selections on these nights than other days polite friendly and knowledgeable staff always clean toilets big glass blocks in front .

Nice place to visit when you're in town. The food is very well prepared and presented. I love the fact that you can just drop in any time for foods and drinks, which is reasonably priced.

Wetherspoons outlet so the beer is decent and at ridiculous prices. But not enough staff which can mean a really long wait for service. Staff are friendly and professional. Enormous space but it lacks character and feels like a waiting room. OK for a quick pint given its very cheap.

As part of the Wetherspoon, this pub is affordable and follows company standards. Only once I ordered 3 tapas for £12 and I was very disappointed, the mini pizza was not cooked and the nachos were cold. Great chicken dishes, traditional fish and chips, avoid chicken strips (too dry). Staff quite friendly and kind, never tried to report problems on food and ask replacement, so I can't fully comment. Very busy place, however big enough for you to be able to find a table with very little waiting.

A rough and ready pub with a large spacious interior, they have a fairly good range of cask ales as you'd expect. It can get rowdy at peak times so be prepared to battle at the bar. It's certainly not a cosy pub but it's fine if you're in the area and need a quick drink and sit down.

Manager is an absolute dragon. Came over with a face like thunder because I'd had the cheek to order something out of stock even though the app let me order. Frogmarched me to the bar to make me pay extra for another meal. Humiliated. Avoid like the plague.

Typical and large Wetherspoons, if you like this chain you'll like this pub. Plenty of seating and all the usual choices at ridiculously cheap prices. Main stopping off point for those going to Ally Pally so quite often some interesting people in there.

An oasis in a world of Woodgreen wildsidedness. The decor is not upto scratch but it's far from shabby. The prices are unbelievably cheap for drinks, not so much for it's culinary menu though. There is plenty of seating, the pub is huge, and has a two tier seating arrangement, novel! Situated on the ground floor it has wheelchair access. The beer garden or as I call it the smoking area is out front in an enclosed, barriered space with tables and chairs. It's here one gets to see Woodgreen's wildside. The staff are friendly and always very busy, they do work hard here. The food is pretty decent, we had a mixed meat platter, and that was very nice, our friend had a burger and chips and that was nice too, so he said. For such a busy and large pub its urinals are always exceptionally clean, for that I salute you.

I’ve only been here once. On a Sunday. I’m not sure I’m going to rush back as it was a complete mess. It seems as though no one cleared/cleans any tables. It was difficult for me and my friends to put our drinks down. Service was great, prices are great, just a shame there aren’t any floor staff to clear all the plates and glasses.

What has happened to Wetherspoons?! Their service is impeccable, very impressive and credits to the hard working staff! Although, the chicken was cold, but the staff compensated for that disaster. Recommend, just don’t chicken.

I recently visited The Spouter's Corner, a Wetherspoon pub, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff here are incredibly slow to serve, and it takes an excruciatingly long 20 minutes for every drink to be made. This made for a frustrating experience, as I had to wait far too long just to get a simple drink. I hope the pub can improve its service efficiency in the future to make the experience more enjoyable for customers.

Food review Dish - Fish & Chips Fish - 7/10 Chips - 7/10 Peas - 6/10 Overall ok, the chips were a bit dry, fish was nice on the inside but batter overcooked. Peas were Luke warm. Also had chicken bites on the side which were nice, the sauce was very tasty!

Was here yesterday with my son after shopping. The place is clearly short of staff. No tables cleaned.. piles of glasses on the side. We ordered drinks and food on the app. 20 minutes later and no drinks..I asked one of the staff if they could check where the drinks were to which he responded...I only have one pair of hands !!! I went to the bar and the drinks were sitting there. Our food arrived and was given to another table and despite it clearly not being what they ordered they started eating it !!! Who does that !! Ours finally arrived with about 10 chips. All the tomato sauce and mayonnaise bottles were empty...I searched the whole pub and all empty. I asked for salt and was told they ran out !!!! Never been to a weatherspoons so dirty and obviously poorly run by management. If you can't do food right....don't bother and the staff clearly don't want to be there and there isn't enough of them.

Good place to have drinks and spend time with company. Drinks are reasonably priced and bar/restaurant environment is relaxing. Restroom was well kept and fairly clean.

Great prices and good food if you make the right choice - it's a Wetherspoons! I recommend the char-grilled half chicken with mash, peas and gravy. With a pint of Abbot ale. Fabulous & filling! I have always had quick and courteous service

Since long time I ve drink here Ive never ever seen Someone clean tables..just Pick uo glasess..Thats all No cleaning...NO CLEANING TABLES WITH CLOTH..BUT If you Visit Islington Branch..Thry are always cleaning tables with spray and cloth..i gave up sit down dirty tables every time here. Just pick up glasess is not a service Where is cleaning ?

There were 6 of us. Within 10 minutes of us being in there, we were all bit by something. We didn’t even finish our drinks, we got up and left.

Staff are rude and Incompton, no manners no thank you or welcome or please, staff don't smile. AVOID AT ALL COST, wish I never came but I will never again come back

Ordered a steak for my boyfriend and I and we were absolutely STARVING. When the waiter approached us, she sneezed and almost dropped the food on the floor. The presentation was ok as you can see in the photo attached however, the crowd in there was absolutely MONGY. everyone was looking at us, it’s just a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!

We popped in for a pint after a visit to the cinema. Service great and beer good but very crowded. Too many high tables & stools. Maybe I could give 5 stars at a quieter time.

Bar staff just spilled my drink whilst i was in toilet.... Told me they had refilled it... With a drink they had run out of 2hrs before.... Im totally disgusted at the level of deceit and inappropriate behaviour of this establishment tonight.... Shocking...lucy Letby moment not happy...

Downgraded from a 3 to a 1. It's fine the guest ale I opted for on the app was not available, not an issue. But when you ask what other one I want and I asked for Abbots and you say there are other guest ales, then it must be because the Abbots is a tad more expensive. But you said ok. 15 minutes late two ales turn up and they are not abbots. So back to the Rochester, and Baxter's Court. Not visiting here no more.

Worst wetherspoons I've ever eaten. The food took over 30mins to arrive, the cod was fried in very old oil and overcook, hard as a rock. The burger was missing the bacon and the right sauce. The ham and sandwich panini had barely any ham or cheese, with more than half of the sandwich being just bread. The waiting team overwhelmed with not enough waiters to attend the tables... An absolute disaster and wasn't even the busiest time.

This is the worst Wetherspoon franchise I have ever been to. Tables unclean, pub too crowded, too noisy, service is nothing like Alfred Herring in Palmers Green. The food here was small. I was really hungry and ordered the Pasta Alfredo which unknown to me was pre-packaged yet they have the audacity to charge me £10.97 including an alcoholic drink. I had asked for half-pint of Shandy and was given 1 pint. There was nothing they would do as the price was the same. Never again will I go to this pub. Never again. Waste of my money. And I'm still hungry! Also, I am still waiting for them to remove my plate despite walking pass several times during the 1hr that I had sat in there. Terrible service!

I waited far too long whilst a girl so called manager totally ignored me to serve a customer who's behind the queue for the sake of being her friend or a face she recognised.

Old school 'spoons with mixed clientele. Youngsters, old folks and even a bag toting tourist or two. I went to meet a mate who had an accident so couldn't travel. The beers were well enough kept and the staff remarkably chipper given some of the customers. Food was reasonably swiftly delivered and the care shown to some of the older folks was an exemplar to some independent pubs. As per the facilities were regularly checked and clean.
