First visit and it won’t be the last. Had the medium breakfast, which was enough for me, plenty to eat and very nice. Very busy.

On aria al Saturday morning the 22/6/24 on arrival we stood to order but it appeared that nobody had cleaned the tables. I mean every table had plates on that had not been collected. So we opted for the takeaway service. The food used to be fantastic here. But since a few of the half decent workers have gone, This place has fallen apart the baps are too small for a breakfast bap. They are not the best quality of bread roll and fall apart. We opted for a baguette and chips. Careful to ask that we have plenty of salt and vinegar on our food. Got home the baguette was under toasted the bacon was rock solid and the mayo we asked for was none existent along with salt and vinegar. Has gone from brilliant to mediocre to just slap happy and unkept.

Have visited a few times over the past few months on a Thursday morning, food always tasty, reasonably priced, easy parking and I must say what a great addition the new girl with glasses is that served us. So friendly and chatty, made such a difference from the usual people we have been served by, nice to be greeted with a Smile and feel welcomed rather than to feel you are putting on them, or interrupting something. Will definitely be back :)

Fancied a good fry up! Great traditional ‘greasy spoon cafe’. Food is great value. Quick and friendly down to earth service. Prices ridiculously low. It gets busy, no wonder.

Well, this place has certainly "gone back uphill" then, since its new Manager took over a few years ago =) It’s 5 STAR in it's sector: food, price, cleanliness (a top hygiene rating!) and customer service, are all superb. Obviously, it's not fine dining but it IS a fab little caff set back off the main road between Kinmel Bay + the Abergele straight, where the staff will cook you dinner at breakfast time if that's your supper time, or you can have a Full English for lunch! They also take pains to ensure that how you like it is how they do it, so if you want your beans on the side or poured over your eggs and bacon, a sandwich made with toast or a 'toastie', it's your choice =) The coffee machine is great, there are newspapers to read while you eat, kids whose adults feel they’ve behaved well get a treat, and while on the outskirts of a small business estate (so plenty of parking!) you’re surrounded by fields with the Clwydian mountain range in the distance. Consequently, it's very popular but they don't overstaff so they can keep prices fair, if they're busy you might have to wait a bit longer but it's worth it, and you can even ring in and collect your order for takeout! The staff they have are all lovely and chatty and so there’s a really nice friendly atmosphere where you feel part of the family even if you’re not a frequent visitor! Highly recommend!!

A handy cafe, on an industrial estate, small, friendly, good parking. Full English big super sizzler breakfast for £6.50 - three bacon, 3 sausage, 2 eggs, black pudding, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, hash brown, three doorstep rounds of buttered toast and choice of tea, coffee or a can of pop. Huge plate, hot, fresh, tasty, what not to like? Extremely good value, all freshly cooked, pleasant staff, chatty, typical workmens cafe. Not the Ritz, but certainly worth a visit if you are in need of a hearty breakfast. Other meals available of course. Highly recommended.

After revisiting this cafe in was a let down. This cafe has gone and changed owners and I had the English breakfast and there was something strange about the sausage. I then revisited this cafe for some dinner and I had the chicken curry and I got small square bits of chicken in curry. All I can say is i will not be revisiting again as it's gone down the pan

This is local to me and use it all the time, the local competition are far more expensive and don't offer the same quality of food. In this cafe you can sit and read a paper, join in conversations and feel at home with strangers. It offers takeaway but you can have a good conversation inside and just chill with a nice brew whilst eating nice food.

First time we've been in here, we'd heard about it so we thought we'll give it a go, first impressions were yes its clean and bright, we ordered our breakfasts which came quickly, the portions are a good size and sausages very nice, all in all we enjoyed the food and thought it was good value, one small point Tony the light covers in the ceiling could do with a clean to get rid of the dead flies. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

This was by far the best breakfast in Wales. Typical change of ownership and now it has the cheapest nastiest sausages and poorest quality ingredients. Shame on you Tony Doyle You have successfully ruined an amazing cafe......

we came across the spot on café just by chance. when we first went in we were made very welcome by the owners we ordered there med breakfast and we asked for our bacon to be cooked well which was no problem for them to do .while we waited for our breakfast every one there was very chatty and made sure that we joined in made us feel welcome when our breakfast the owner told us about his lovely sausage that he gives you and no other café gave that sort so could not wait to try them he was right they were great one of nicest we have had he owner noticed I had my arm in a sling and he also offered to cut my food up if I needed help. we had lovely thick toast which we both love. we do not like tomato on our breakfast so instead they offered us black pudding or hash brown instead. the food was lovely and hot which was fantastic well worth every penny that we paid. if were passing that way again we will definatly go back there. MANY THANKS Jan & Steve

Cosy cafe. Not many tables and can get quite busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice bit of music in the background. Breakfast was nice but would have been good to have the option of a poached egg. Only option was fried. Enjoyed my milkshake and my partner enjoyed his coffee. Fair value for money given the tourist area. No parking directly outside but carparks closeby and road parking a way up the road.

Tried to charge for a squeeze of Costco ketchup on my son’s chips after I spent £15 on drinks and chips. It’s easy to spend my hard earned money ANYWHERE else. Usually really like going out of my way to support local independent business that go the extra mile to attract more tourists to the area…. Won’t be coming back here unfortunately. Shame as the location is great. Perhaps this is a little petty, but I thought it just plain mean.

This is just the most wonderful place..! Afternoon tea today - their own-blend leaf tea was to die for. Best "cuppa" we've had in a long time. The fixed-price afternoon tea came with our choice of sandwich from the main menu, a choice of home-made cake, and an extremely generous portion of bara brith. scones & Welsh cakes. Do this at least once in your life. The quality is exceptional as is the customer-service - real nice people working here. Vert traditional tea-room setting - about 20 covers inside? Seating also available outside and their are quite extensive trails up & behind the property to walk off some of the carbs ;) If you're visiting the Conwy Valley this needs to be on your list.
