Food is average. Service is good and staff are friendly however the food is a massive let down!! Won't be back

Hi, first I would say your restaurant has got best srilanka food in the city. But very sad to tell that the service of your staff does not apposite with it. Reason why i’m telling is I truly am disappointed with the situation which I had to face. Around 7.30 p.m I phoned your restaurant and ordered 3 rice and curry potions. For two, I wanted hog plums (amberella) curry. I said I will be there around 9.30 p.m and confirmed again their closing time as well just to make sure i will come to pick my order before the closing time. I went there around 9.40p.m and I noticed there were only 2 packs. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get a respond from your staff. One girl came and said since there were no amberella curry left, she put amberella only for one pack and she wanted me to choose another curry which was remaining while serving to all other customers. If I wanted to get curries which were remaining, I don’t have to call around 7.30 and make an order. I said the same to that girl while i’m giving her the order over the phone. Before giving her the order i clearly asked her if I order, would I be able to get it since last time when I was coming to your restaurant it was all over. When I come home, it was only 2 curries for my choice and the rest,for the choice of your staff. We pay you and we deserve something in return which value for the amount we pay and I think it should be our choice and not your choice. If you don’t have enough, why would you get orders? That’s cheating right? This was not the 1st time that girl who were in the front, made a mistake. Once I went to your restaurant and made an order. When the order is ready my husband collected it since only he got his valet with him. While on our way to home, I just asked him about the bill and the price. Then only we noticed none of us has paid since he has though I paid, I thought he paid. We turned the vehicle and came all the way to your restaurant just to pay that $38. We could have just leave without paying. But we know if we get your service, we will have to pay. I think it would be so nice, if you act the same. I really love to see the success of your business. But then again I doubt it if these kind of things happen again and again. I came and paid you that day, but if it is not, then it isn’t it a loss? Your staff need to be more responsible. Truly I don’t feel coming back to your restaurant and even to recommend it to someone else.

Recientemente un pedido y, aunque voy a probar el pollo con arroz para rezala para llevar. Fue genial, fue un medio plato caliente. Además, la pasta de chocolate fue un gran postre poco.

La ventaja de la comida llegó muy rápidamente lo negativo - pedí dos de pollo con curry basado mi comida que no estaban bien cocinadas. Me comuniqué y fueron muy amables pero en lugar de enviar una comida de reemplazo como había esperado una media hora para la sustitución que extraño decidió sólo enviar 1 curry arroz completamente distintas y una tarta de chocolate como lo siento. Aunque fue un buen gesto todo lo que realmente quería era una comida caliente y cocinado, que ya había pagado, no media una comida fría sin cocer y a media comida caliente. Es en este punto que el restaurante mostrar su verdadera y ser muy agresivos. Por razones obvias nunca se ben comer aquí.

Después de leer los otros 2 comentarios tenía grandes esperanzas. Por desgracia, esta es posiblemente la peor comida para llevar que he tenido en mucho tiempo. La comida estaba fría y cuando llamé estaba molesto con la respuesta grosera. No estarás pidiendo desde aquí.

Food arrived quick, hot and fast! Which surprised me! Delivery driver was very nice and polite so service was excellent! As for the food, amazing!! Absolutely delicious!! I had a King Prawn madras curry which was really tasty and wasn't bland! They even included a carrot/beetroot mint salsa which was to die for, so yummy!! I recommend this place 100%! And I will be ordering from this place again!
