Food arrived within time but was really cold

Ordered at 6:30pm food didn’t arrive until 8:50pm. Over 2 hours waiting. Food was cold by the time it arrived. The restaurant is only 15 minutes away and food was supposedly out for delivery for 30+ minutes.

never been here before and now I have would definitely recommend. Food was spot on and very tasty, even my husband who is fussy said how excellent the food was definitely my new favourite place.

Food was really nice again. A little bit late but was kept informed. I ordered the “hottest curry in Tamworth” as an extra just to try. It was hot but I’ve definitely had hotter. Still, will be my new curry house from now on as the food is delicious

First time trying this place as there was an offer on. By far the best decision I have made this year to date. Food was fantastic and had a lot of flavour. Wasn’t watery like a lot of places. Lots of fresh herbs and spices used and it really makes for a delicious meal. Delivery was close to the end of the delivery window but worth every second. Delicious and arrived hot!

honestly everything I have had from here is exactly as described, great quality and quantity for the price. side note the nuclear explosion curry is genuinely the hottest curry I have ever had in my life and I love a hot curry, this however I couldn't manage half seriously destructive heat, flavour was really nice but at the same time I will never buy that again as I choose life haha seriously nuclear death.

Food was cold. Chicken was over cooked & spicy. Rice was cold. Salad was ridiculous, basically lettuce. Not worth the money i paid as i COULDNT eat it. I want a refund

Worst lobster I’ve ever ordered completely green meat which was dry as rubber also smelt completely off really disappointed after spending 60 POUNDS!!!! on this and not being able to eat anything.

An hour and 10 minutes late. Called the restaurant and although 45 minutes prior it said it was dispatched they confirmed it wasn’t. I said that I hope it wouldn’t arrive cold, which it did!! Plus the meals were crushed and spilt in the bag which itself was broken. I have images of the delivery. Told I could have another order but would have to wait over an hour! Said I would get a full refund, this did not happen. Shocking service. Will no longer use them. Avoid!

Apart from the order being late, the food was so tasty, hot & well packaged 1st time using but as long as they sort their delivery times it won't be the last. Honey peshawar naans are awesome.

With 40% off I was expecting the food to be a little late and it was. The food was nice but some of items of food where missing. A promise of a little extra next time we order a meal. We will order again.

Lovely tasty food, notes were followed in my request, super friendly delivery driver. Just forgot my onion salad (which is my favourite) - and the salad with the starter. Maybe the salad chef was off tonight….

I got accused because your service displays wrong info and you have tech issues. My order came incorrect and forced to may £10 more than I should as it wouldn't let me cancel the order as what I wanted suddenly became unavailable. Other food issues.

They forgot my salad for my Bhajis for the second time in a row, almost zero meat in my keema naan, it looked like they had wiped red colouring over the inside of the bread and forgot to put any meat in. Very disappointing, wont be ordering from there again

Amazing, first time order from Baburchi, found when searching for Tamworth's hottest curry, ordered the Volcanic Eruption, was hoping not a usual artificial meal. It wasn't, absolutely delicious, great sauce, fresh chicken and very hot! Brilliant

Ordered from here due to good feedback. Awful experience, ordered royal naan received plain one for £3.95, no tandoori king prawns or chicken in deluxe then to be spoken to so rudely on the phone. Will stick to my usual for £12 cheaper too!Not happy!
