Curries are always nice and tasty from here. This time I pre ordered and I feel the food was left standing waiting for a driver, the chips weren’t the best this time. I will still order from here I’ll just make sure it’s when delivery is available. Thank you.

I’m a regular customer but I’m not happy at all tonight. You need to get a new delivery driver!!!! Received a phone call from another customer who had received my food so we both had to contact spice rooms to resolve it & what they did was send the driver back to collect my food from the other customer & then deliver it to me. When I got the food it had been opened & was cold and had items missing. No apology or explanation from the driver or no offer to have the order remade from fresh.

Supposed to arrive at 7:05. Nothing. Got told 7:35. Still late from that. Food was then lukewarm.

First time ordering from here. Food arrived warm and fresh. Most items were great. Korma had a decent depth of flavour without being totally overwhelmed with too much coconut creaminess/sweetness. Onion rice was delightful. Onion bhajis were crisp and flavoursome. Chicken tikka pieces were well seasoned and moist. The let down was the Hari Mirch Gosht. Flavours were lovely but my partner who loves a spicy curry found the heat way too intense. Other than that, it was a great meal 👍🏼

Ordered the chicken tikka balti and tikka masala, the curries are the nicest around here in my opinion. Also had the garlic rice, absolutely delicious. The cheese and garlic nann.. perfect. I love a good curry and this is the place for taste! Delicious! We’ll be back soon Ty.

Curries lovely and hot unfortunately the child size portion of rice and the stale portion of papadums ( obviously cooked and stood for some considerable time without being refreshed in an oven ) was kind of off putting. As for the rice plain not seasoned and the only curry house that I have ever in counted that doesn’t give you a huge portion ? It’s the cheapest thing on the menu and the reason your patrons buy sides so as a business you’re saving pennies on rice and loosing £4 on sides?

Really good choice of curries and both of the ones we had were really tasty. Can also recommend the onion bhajis and naans. Exceptional value especially if you go for the set offer. It is take your own alcohol but there is an off licence next door if you've forgotten to bring your own. The waiting staff were very attentive whilst also respecting your space. Definitely somewhere we will return to.

Really nice as always, our only complaint was the naan breads were a bit stale & hard like cardboard in places, but they’re normally spot on so we’ll put that down to a one off

Brought a takeaway from here butter chicken and parotta and tandoori chicken. We so disappointed and unsatisfied with the food. The butter chicken was too sweet. Partita was hard and not what they said on the menu of being traditional. Tandoori chicken had a lot of food colouring it was literally blood red. All of this was £37 and definitely not worth it. Never going back, would not recommend.

Our meal tonight arrived on time and was pipping hot and so tasty and delicious. The staff listen to our instructions that we leave in the notes and the delivery staff are so polite and friendly. We experienced an issue with our order tonight because it was Valentines evening so the restaurant was extremely busy so we contacted Just Eat who were useless as just because it stated that our order had been delivered when it hadn't Just Eat would not do anything about it which was not very good at all so we contacted Spice Room directly who rectified our issue for us straight away which was great so basically cut out the middle man meaning ( don't order through Just Eat as they are useless at sorting issues with orders out ) and if you want a good service just order from Spice Room directly in my opinion and save yourself the service fee. Thank you so much for resolving our issue with our order tonight in the end Spice Room we really appreciate it and even though we didn't have a great experience tonight because you were very busy because it was Valentines night we will have every faith in ordering with you again in the future, thanks again.

Read all the reviews that stated the food was great, ordered a chicken tikka and lamb tikka. Both came with only a few bits of meat and the worst sauce we've ever had, we couldn't even eat jalf it was that bad never again

Chicken in dishes was nice but just surrounded by sauce. No substance to it. No chunky onions or peppers etc.

The curry we odered was a korma and It came spicy as anything u could smell how hot the curry was I’ve never complained before and usually oder from you but we got the complete different curry, I’ve called the shop multiple times and I have also been in they said I would be refunded and still nothing 2 weeks later that night we ordered from somewhere els as we couldn’t eat what you had brought us
