Waited for our order for 2 hours. Called the restaurant three times and every time they lied about saying the delivery was on the way .

Buena comida a buen precio. Poppadom y encurtidos fueron un comienzo encantador para nuestra comida. Los currys y el arroz también eran sabrosos. Toma tu propio alcohol y planifica tu estacionamiento ya que es limitado.

Fuiste a Spice Rack un par de veces un jueves cuando tenemos una noche familiar. Ha sido una comida absolutamente encantadora y disfrutada por todos. Mohammed es un camarero brillante, tan amable y educado.

Siempre garanticé un plato sabroso completamente cargado, no decepcionó. Tan acogedor y bonito por dentro con personal sonriente que no puede hacer lo suficiente para acomodar y aconsejar sobre la comida. No veo la hora de volver. A un precio muy razonable y tomar su propio alcohol mantiene el precio bajo. Me encanta. Volveremos más pronto que tarde.

We’ve ordered from here many times (delivery & collection) this time was unfortunately really disappointing. The driver went to the wrong address & was incredibly rude when calling to sort it out. He called our daughter’s number (who wasn’t aware we’d ordered food), which added to the confusion, however we resolved this quickly. Even without the delivery issue, the food was late—and was absolutely stone cold. Sadly, the £40 order was inedible, which has put us off ordering again. It’s a shame :(

It was ok I guess but far too expensive for what it is AVRAGE, £7.50 for a chicken tikka in a small carton with no sauce is ridiculous. CITY SPICE is better quality and value

Had a great night. They accommodated over 25 of us. Served us very well. It's one of those restaurants where you can bring your own alcoholic drinks so you save money too. Decent priced overall.

Lovely food. Service was very slow however we were a table of 20 and there were two other large table bookings including a children's party. Good car park. Clean facilities well stocked. No alcohol served but you could take your own. I had the onion Bharji and lamb methi, both delicious.

The tarka dal was with a horrible layer of oil. It was more like a greasy soup than a flavoursome lentil dal

Food tasted amazing, delivery turned up early and when arrived food was piping hot, would definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again

Flavour was excellent but the Chicken Danshak had no chicken. There was plenty of pineapple but the chicken had clearly been forgotten.

I have been coming here for years! Always a great service and happy staff. The food is always tasty.

Tasted good, but chicken was a bit tough. Also the naan was a little on the small side when compared with other restaurants. It arrived early but was very greasy inside the bag, which made it difficult to serve without getting the grease/oil everywhere.

Fantastic! Recently moved to the area and after trying a few different Indian takeaways, Spice Rack has definitely won! Really flavourful curry’s and not swimming in grease! Well spiced samosas and bhajis too. Our go-to Indian takeaway now. Thanks again

The Spice Rack is a little Indian restaurant in the Handsworth area of Sheffield. The restaurant isn't licensed for alcoholic drinks, but diners who attend always bring their own, which is not an issue. The food is of excellent quality and is well presented and always hot. The restaurant menu is well balanced with plenty of choice and there's chef specials which never disappoint. The staff are polite and friendly and always attentive. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the tables' cutlery glasses and plates are kept in good order 👌.. The only thing that let's the restaurant down is the building's dated outside appearance, but please don't let this put you off eating here it's my local go-to when it comes to eating Indian food and that's the only reason why I wouldn't give it a 5 out of 5 in the review. The restaurant also provides a takeaway menu and a delivery service. Lovely food, and fantastic staff give it a try 👍

Slowly getting worse from here. King prawn main course with only 3 prawns in it and a chicken and king prawn dish with 1 prawn. Sauce was ridiculously oily. Will be giving it a miss for a while after a few average curries of late and this one was poor. Shame really.

Gutted. Ordered King Prawn Korma and got 3 tiny slivers of crab stick type meat. Used to have best kormas around. Really disappointing.

Curry lovely but didn’t get my onion bhaji

We use this restaurant for home delivery, but visited for a birthday celebration. The food is excellent and the hospitality even more so.

There was Plenty of choice on the menu and tasty food. Order came out promptly and bring your own drinks policy keeps costs down

We've only ordered a take away so can't comment on atmosphere but the food is wonderful. Always arrives on time. The bhaji are fantastic. Everything tastes amazing. I always reccomend them to everyone. I am hoping to one day experience the restaurant as it looks lovely from the outside and if the food is anything to go on, I'm definitely visiting them soon.
