Food was not good and staff they don’t how to communicate with customers

I take wings and fries wings getting small even not changing the oil and ask they it’s very bad small they are saying everybody buy it

Very low quality of food, staff is not cooperative, staff misbehave with customers, Manager also involved in this matter, if all staff will be changed it will be very beneficial for brand.

Very bad behaviour with customer, All the staff need training or change the staff is it better for brand. The manager is also involve regards the matter above discuss.

I ordered from Spice Hut Express and found the experience to be average. The food was decent, but it didn't stand out compared to other places. While the flavours were okay, I expected a bit more from the dishes. The service was efficient, and my order arrived on time, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a satisfactory option if you’re in the area, but I’d recommend exploring other places for a more memorable meal.

Rubbish place to eat at or takeaway I ordered 4 wings and chips received them within 5 minutes I took a bite in the wings and it was all pink tasted very bland and disgusting I had the chips n they were barely seasoned or good most unhealthy and unsanitary place I have ever ate at

I am very disappointed with spice hut express as I was given undercooked chicken and I don’t like to complain but I would definitely avoid this place as it’s a potentially one of the worst places to eat in ilford due to raw chicken and possible food poisoning, I appreciate the staff member for the excellent service but they must improve the quality of the food

CHICKEN DONER with SHREDDED CHICKEN SKIN! Yes, you read that correctly, they bulked up my CHICKEN DONER with SHREDDED CHICKEN SKIN! It was utterly disgusting and abhorrently dishonest. I did not pay for Chicken Doner with shredded Chicken Skin, rather, I paid for the advertised Chicken Doner in the menu! I have never experienced such underhandedness and skullduggery at an eatery in this country before! My previous meals at this fast food eatery have been fine, except for the fried chicken, which is poor. However, yesterday when consuming my Chicken Doner, I suddenly tasted a grotesque chunk of fat in my mouth. On investigation, it became apparent that there were copious amounts of shredded chicken skin added to my chicken kebab to bulk it up and give the appearance of there been more chicken meat in my meal than there was! As the eatery, cooks the shedded chicken on a hot plate, it is easy to add any bulking agents to the food and disguise it with food colouring, onions or sauces. It was utterly revolting and totally ruined my meal, whilst leaving me feeling cheated and sick. I do not know whether the eatery only does this when it is running low on chicken meat or if they now do this all the time, but it should never happen! Maybe they do not do this to regular customers, however, it makes me wonder what other underhanded practices the owner uses to cheat customers and make an extra few pennies here and there. The proprietor is a disgrace to his country and religion! Shame on you.

If you like chicken wings specially Tandoori, Freshly made Fries with Peri-Peri salt there on or Hot red chilli sauce served with food then must try. Pls. Don't forget to specify, how hot would you like to eat. There, 'Asian Veg. Briyani' is one of my favourite, dish. Very quick service. No doubt a bit crowded place being popular in the area..

The customer service was very good.

Quick service, place felt clean and fresh. Perfect portion and price was excellent. Service was delivered with care. Fresh tasting meal. Chilli sauce doesn't have a kick but passable. Card payment below £10 - Only negative. I will return.

Some people don't like this place I guess because of a few bad reviews but I really recommend this place for the fact that it is accessible by the whole community, namely those on a low income. They have maintained a £2 and £3.50 menu that is really good value whilst costs are going up and up at every other fast food outlet which is really good for people who can no longer afford to eat out. Canned drinks are only 80p. Other menu prices are normal.

Nice & most affordable fast-food outlet in Ilford

Been in others but this one is the best. The staffs are nice and friendly and just ask and they serve your food just the way you want while the others don't do separate items and just bung everything in to one container. Will always go there. They are the best around Ilford Essex

If anyone wants to waste money for naga wings , this is the right place as they don’t have no idea how to cook it. Of course this is not original spice hut. The best and original naga wings of anyone wants to eat than go 3 places : Spice hut: Romford , Upton Park and Stepney Green . This shop is not for that even wings are not that much tasty. This review I gave after 5 times buying food from this shop .

Order a chicken biryani, meat was not cooked properly too chewy to eat, they don't they charge you £5 on your credit card, if your order is under ten pounds, it does say on the till, but can't see it when people are quiting in front of you, they could of offered me food and drink to cover the five pounds cost, the man was rude and patronizing when I ask him the cost of the credit fee, by putting his hands down at me. Feel like be robbed. Rather spent the money on my animal. These people are making good revenue profits, always busy which I'm surprised coz the quality and standards of food and service is poor.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered lamb Donna and it was spongy and few was bits of lamb was cold. The nan was OK ish but chips wear dry. The reviews here are fake as it's been bought from a company called local guide. I called to complain and all the guy had to say was "sorry about that" literally paid £9.50 to uber eats for 3 bits of Donna

Absolute garbage customer service. I've seen too much indiscretions in the kitchen to feel safe eating in here. Go at your own risk.

Been going to them quite a bit recently and what I’ll say is their burger and chips are nice but kebab isn’t great. First time I went there I had the kebab and it didn’t taste fresh but the chips were nice and portions were massive. I’ve had their burger meals and it tastes soo much better. The gourmet burger meal was delicious and five star. In conclusion, I’d avoid the kebab but the burgers are yummy! Meals are Also very well priced and you get your money’s worth.

Well kept and clean, With friendly, respectful and helpful team of staff, That are well organised too, Your not waiting age's after ordering your food, Even when its really busy, Which they tend to be around the clock... The food is fresh and flavoursome, 🔥 👌🏼👌🏽👌🏿 Hot wing's, Chips, Kebabs, Curries, Nan breads, Biranis, You can also get meal deals on wing's, chips, kebabs, curries and Biranis, The prices for individual item's to meal deals are really good, I was pleasantly surprised how much I got for my money, They have a pretty decent selections of soft drinks to choose from, Not limited like most PFC's and not forgetting, They also do slush puppies... You can't fault this place💯

The value for money you get for the donner or Peri Peri chicken is AMAZING!!! The spicy chicken wings are also so so good! It's our go to place to grab a quick meal and surprisingly we love their pizzas too!!!!

This place is awesome! I dont understand why the ratings are on the lower side for this place. We live close by to this restaurant and order regularly. I actually find this place to be better than german doner! its that good! they actually cook the doner in a special sauce here wheich makes their doner even more amazing. Apart from the doner, we also love their chicken wings, which are lightly spiced and are amazing. Their peri peri chicken is also awesome and perfectly cooked. The prices are also very reasonable. Do not underestimate this amazing place. Try it!

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the place was indeed the reason for that fruitful event. The waiters helped in a lovely manner, the cooking was extremely good and my guests were very glad. We shall surely come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much. After Tennessee chicken closed up in Gants Hill and got replaced by Pepe's which had the worst customer service and gave me the wrong order on 2 occasions I had to look for the next best thing. I can gladly say I've found it! Spice hut got affordable peri peri chicken and it tastes amazing along with peri peri chips. This is my go to place now.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, very nice and clean. Best food and good prices.

I've been eating this for the last two years and it doesn't disappoint us any single time. The facilities are great, however, the restaurant can get really crowded at lunch time and it is impossible to get a seat if you are eating in. The food range is fantastic, from chicken and chips to pizza, also they have biryani, peri peri chicken, etc. I personally recommend the chicken tikka roll. Good prices and qualities. Only cons are the lack of space between tables, understandable, considering how small the place is. Also, sometimes you get quite a few local characters coming in, but the staff seem aware of them. Recommendable if you are in Ilford.

I come to eat here quite a lot and I enjoy the food and cheap prices but when I went on Wednesday I noticed my chicken was cold so I didn't eat much of it then yesterday I got very ill from it anyone else reading this dont order any meat based meals from this restaurant unless u want food poisoning

It's a popular opinion that spice hut is the go-to for pfc. Not for me any longer. Ordered a donner meal a few weeks ago and we all know how delicious the meal is right? Well how about some extra seasoning with 2 peices of long hair twirled into your kabab? Yum 🤢

I like to eat at that restaurant especially because the food is good and they have toilet. However that toilet need to be cleaned more often. It is obvious that they spent days before cleaning the toilet bowl itself​. It needs to be bleached more often. If not staff are Good welcoming and good environment. I went to that restaurant last week. The food was delicious but please Clean your toilet. That toilet brush is DISGUSTING!! You can tell it has not been used for months. Please clean the entire toilet at least every hour. The other reason I eat at that restaurant except the food is that they have toilet. This is because I have children in case they want to use the toilet. But I was left with a HORRIBLE taste in my throat at sight of that toilet brush. My concern is: if this is how customer toilet is maintained, I wonder how is the staff toilet. This has completely turned me off of eating out.
