Poorly made it was x3 thin baked cookies squashed together with a drizzle of chocolate sauce the ice cream was in a small cup not enough for 1 person. Not value you for money a waste of my £7.25 Do not recommend avoid at all cost save your money and go else where to get your value for money

Dont wanna give even 1 star pathetic customer service. Such a rude boy with a cap and constantly on a phone. Took hours to take my orders . Standing near the fridge using the phone though he can see me that i want to place my order.

Poor service from the team no cutleries given for the waffles also the straw they did provide for the milkshake is poor quality keeps bending and it’s also plastic which could cut your lips. Because of this won’t be ordering anymore

Cold coffee and hot chocolate and arrived late

Pathetic customer service. Went there in the evening (on 24) two guys were there one with glasses and cap and second one with just a cap. The guy with a glasses was I guess a real worker Doing multiple orders as I can see him running here and there but the second one was just on his mobile continuously even though he knows I'm at the till waiting to place my order but he didn't moved from his place and continued to use mobile phone with ear buds in . Are they allowed to use ear buds at work ? absolutely stunned the behaviour of that guy plus he sees the other guy running here and there but didn't bother to help him. At last the guy with the glasses took my order and done my shake with in 2 mins. my 2 Take away order took 12-14 mins . Management should look on these kind of freeloaders. idk I would be back again or not

I visited Creme and tried their white chocolate ice cream—it was absolutely delicious! The texture was smooth and creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness. The flavor was rich and indulgent without being overpowering. The ambiance of the store was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re craving high-quality ice cream. I’ll be back to try more flavour!

Food was cold, milkshakes spilt, the crepes were hard, ice creams were missing and everything was all over the place. It was all a mess. I expect a refund please.

I placed the order at 6pm, it was accepted straight away but it wasn't prepared until 7pm!

Ordered lovely chocolate cake and lovely milkshake, only to have them delivered in a bag where the warmed up cake sat under the milkshare, which means I had an ice cream soup and a lukewarm cake... please send separate bags maybe next time.

What a lovely dessert place. A lovely touch to give us a free box of cookie dough. Always my go to place for dessert.

I went in this sweet shop an hour ago, horrible. Just for one bubble tea which is sweet as hell.. and a waffle which was half done (a bit raw inside) I waited half an hour!!!!!! The shop was calm, not busy... there wasn't clients waiting, was only me. You have 5 members of staff working in there for no point. The shop wasn't clean, for 5 staff people to wait that long and to get this horrible food.... is a joke. Only 2 of them working for real, the rest was just looking. I used to eat here 2-3 yrs ago and was amazing.... now is not the same. £10 a waffle raw inside and bubble tea with the tapioca like a rock.... disappointed

Best dessert in all of London! A most kind & personable staff who go to great lengths to satisfy their customers. Great atmosphere & an unrivalled quality to their great selection that they often add new choices to.

We ordered mango ice-cream for my kids, which was not good and when we complaint at the counter they said we can’t do anything. Zero customer service.

Terrible desserts, rarely have had a good experience here. Thought I would give it a try again as I was in the area, I ordered desserts via Uber eats and unfortunately all items were cold upon delivery. The strawberry’s were also soggy and expired by the looks of it and ruined the taste of the waffle. The cookie dough was cold and the taste was not great, it was supposed to be a Nutella cookie dough but didn’t taste like Nutella at all. Very disappointed with my desserts, they also declined my refund request via Uber eats.

Usually the thick shakes are great but this time it tasted more like milk and ice cream and didn't seem to have much of a ferero rocher taste.

There is NO Oreos in the Oreo milkshakes that I ordered today. They are both plain like vanilla

The owner of this place is very cynical I was having my dessert with family and there was a group of young boys who say together on another table he called one of them out to hurry up and order and the table has been reserved by people and that this is not a "chilling place"

Fabulous desserts and great service. I was served by Shankar today, who was friendly and bought our deserts fast. Normally, I find desert parlours take a long time to bring out orders. But this place was quick. It appears everyone working here take pride in their job. The prices are not too high as in some other desert places. Parking can be found if you drive round a bit. Pay & display is right outside, but it can get busy as Gantshill has a lot of good restaurants.

Stopped by Creams last week for a hot drink as I had not been for over a year or two. On entering I noticed a difference in the interior, it was new and clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a white hot chocolate, when it was put on the counter I spilt it all over the counter top, the store manager and visiting supervisor Imran cleaned the counter quickly and gave me a refill at no extra cost and reassured me not to worry about it, these things happen. The store staff and visiting site supervisor were very friendly and welcoming. I asked if the Creams Gants Hill was under new management as I had noticed positive changes here and they confirmed the store has been under new management over the last few months. Creams Gants Hill was very clean, kitchen and preparation area was clean and they even offer NHS discount. The white hot chocolate was gorgeous, I would compare it to Knoops hot chocolate. I will be back again.

spent £20 on an order for them to only deliver a milkshake. called the restaurant to get the rest of my order delivered in which they said they was closed and blamed the missing items on “new staff”. Terrible service and waste of money #daylightrobbery

All I wanted was a bubble tea 🧋 not a warm drink with a little ice and miniscule about of popping balls. I paid for extra! Don't recommend. Service was great and staff were lovely. Not sure about the levels of the one making the drink.

The cookie dough was 3 cookie sized discs that were lukewarm. It felt more like we were eating 3 warm cookies than dough :/
