Spice Hut in Bradford

The Naan breads are a bit small.... hang on, who am I kidding? they are HUGE! and will easily feed 2-3 people. We've had a variety of stuff from this place and use them regularly - the food is always tasty. Yeah sometimes they are a bit slow, but that's because they are a busy place, so don't believe some of the reviews you read on these food delivery apps. (I don't have any personal interest in this business, I just hate keyboard warriors when criticism isn't warranted)

Best chicken pakoras in all the lands

Food was up to usual standard, very good, however on this occasion the order was incorrect. Ordered Large Donner Meat & Chips, instead a tray of Donner Meat turned up no chips. They were delivered seperately 25 mins later.

Chicken tikka was incredibly dry. Collection alert was pointless as I had to wait 25mins after I arrived

Walked in and ordered doner meat with chips, took them about 20 min to make it, when I got home and opened it, it was horrible, hard chevy meat that was made a day before or even few days, not going again 👎 p.s. place looks awful on inside, every possible food safety law is broken in this place, I would not recommend anyone to get anything from there

Advertised as 35 to 50 min delivery and waited almost an hour and a half. One curry was inedible and one of the pizzas also due to being burnt on top

They arrived with the pizza so had assumed it was 9 oclock then I found out it wasn't even 8 yet! Yes bringing ones order much too early can be inconvenient too.. and never known this one happen in all my time..

These are apparently korma curries when challenged was told has been the same for 10 years even though I had a beautiful chicken tikka korma the week before that was correct

The curry that I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender and moist. I loved it. Couldn’t eat it all so I’ve saved the rest for my tea tomorrow evening. Delicious

the worst kebab I've ever had from you guys,what's gone wrong kebab meat so dry my dog wouldn't even eat it

The delivery was half hour late even after ringing twice they changed stays to enjoy your food before It was even delivered. Then part of the order was missing and had to ring again. The food was cold and bland. Will not be ordering again

The curry was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and the meal deal is an absolute again, even though it was missing our drinks and sauces. Still great and it wouldn’t put me off ordering again.

The food is absolutely amazing we order all the time, however, it is quite disappointing that this is the 2nd time in the last 3 orders that something was missing. So next time I will sadly have to check my order before leaving.

Got a order of food Christmas eve the large cheese pizza was flat cold looked like they had dropped it on the floor totally un eatable no body has got in touch do not give a toss used them every week but never again

Note to self, don't order takeout on a whim after a glass of wine. It was a waste of money and gave me and my partner gut rot for 2 days (I'm still in bed) Unfortunately, the staff at Spice Hut in Low Moor know me and greet me warmly on each visit, but maybe they greet everyone this way glad to have the custom, seriously what do they do to their food. Hygiene rating aside, what kind of food leaves you running to the loo for two days??? Fair enough, it's cheaper than eating out, but costly if detrimental to one's health. Chicken tikka Karachi, roti King Prawns and spinach with naan Both came with chapatti and there was no way of ordering without them. Pilau rice and mixed grill starter £26 Should have saved my cash and had beans on toast

Went in ordered a chicken tikka curry mild and its come spicy as hell not the first time ive asked for non spicy food and its been mouth burning

(CLECHEATON CURRY CLUB)... I was recommended to the spice hut by family and friends who enjoyed the food from here. Recently just moved to oakenshaw of course on 3 occasions I tried....1st occasion Tikka chicken medium and pillau rice.. shammy and sheikh....,Blown out of the water. The wife got mixed starter enough for me and my lad to finish the day after. Nice quality and not tough... Second occasion. Chicken curry medium and prawns.........Shammy and sheikh....Beautiful but leaked the packaging looked like a oil spill.. .But still food amazing... 3rd. Chicken and prawns curry....shammy... There is no 5 star purely because spillage that was obvious to delivery driver.... THE SPICE HUT I feel is a quality establishment delivering good quality food and have recommended to my curry club members to try between ourselfs we have 160 yrs in appreciation of a good curry. That good half way through eating I just had to put my cutlery down and leave a review.( Not usually me) ..chicken so tender, bursting with flavour...a PROPER curry...salad so fresh and crispy plenty of it ... the food was HOT stayed hot whilst eating...I am very impressed...will definitely be my new go to now..!!! If you haven't tried it or thinking of trying believe me you won't be disappointed!!!

Used spice hut twice recently after giving them a wide berth for a few years. Delivery was fast which did make me doubt the food quality and freshness but both times food was fresh, hot and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family

Never again will I order from here twice now I've been ill with stomach ache sickness and dihorrea the morning after ordering.

Always my go to take away in Bradford, Why ..... consistency that's why . The chef or chefs are always singing the same song ,and what a song it is . Keep doing what your doing spice hut cause its Beautiful as owt . 🕺💃

Our local take away for pizza's burgers, and curry. Weekly/ fortnightly. Always been regularly customers but recently noticed its not the same standard... pizza bases are burnt/black, and also chips seem to have old and new batch mixed together some look really scabby like they from week before 🤦‍♀️ and often forget to not add green chillies which we specifically ask shame there's no option to post pictures.

Prices have gone up yet the quality of food seems to have got cheaper had chicken bhuna other day the curry was full of grease and the chicken was nasty and tasted off the chapatis were not cooked properly absolutely worst food I have ever had Avoid this takeaway unless u want to be sat on toilet all night 🤢🤮🤮💩💩

We had the 'biggest and best naan kebabs'. They were absolutely humongous! Was enough for two if not 3 and I've got a massive appetite. Would definitely recommend for a big eater!

Ordered from here for the first time today, the order came within 15 minutes. Portions are very large, 1 portion to share between 2 if not 3 people. Customer service was very good, food was delicious, would definitely order from here again and would certainly recommend to others.

Ordered two curry's and extras, food arrived and both curries had been packed sideways and crushed together, they had leaked from the containers entirely and had pooled in the bottom of the carrier bag. Everything was soaked, and mixed together in a clumpy mess. Threw it in the bin. Terrible for a first time customer.

Use spice hut regularly for kebabs usually which are always good. Recently started getting the curry meal deal which has been excellent. Portions really good plenty for 2 people to share(if not 3) The staff always cater well for my dairy allergy which is great

Used this place for quite a while now and ordered regularly but this will be the last time cold food, well over an hour for delivery which we are only 5 minutes down the road. Wrong burger send. Not even worth the phonecall

Literally just ordered from here tonight for the first time and it sure as hell will be the last time! Arrived with chilli sauce leaking from the bag, minus the chips 🙄 then to top it off the food was cold, donner meat has never seen donner meat, it was literally covered in chilli sauce. My partner got the supersize kebab, there was more naan that meat 😂 must have had all of 5 pieces of chicken tikka and a pathetic little sheekh kebab. Let’s just say I’d give it a zero rating if I could 🤮

I never had a problem ordering from here before until earlier today I ordered my food at 7:30 and it never came so we had to order it another 2 times until it came and my sister had food poisoning and found something strange in her food!!

Used this place so many time and they've messed up so many times if it's not the length of wait for the delivery there are items missing but my biggest issue is I hate chilli I have stomach problems so can't eat it and I always say no chilli please 2 or 3 times to make sure they've understood me and tonight again it's really fiery and laced with masses of chilli so will not ever use them again ..i think their biggest problem is that they don't understand English properly

Oh my god!! Had food from here many times and just keep going back. Always delivered red hot and fresh, always absolutely lush. I even order a random bhuna which isn't on the menu and nothing is a problem for these guys to make. Sat having a foodgasm as we speak! Very highly recommended.

Un amigo y yo pedimos llevar a Hut de especias, he comido desde allí anteriormente y la comida estaba bien, sin embargo en esta ocasión pedí pollo Balti de resistencia media, pero sabía como al vindaloo. Dios sabe por qué, pero no me echó pidiendo desde allí. Probablemente a intentarlo, en el futuro, y espero que no es una pérdida de dinero, todo el mundo merece una segunda oportunidad.

Este lugar ha sido una trampa en sí dieron perdido. Nuestro lugar favorito no tenía habituales problemas pero como cambio en el personal y la gerencia, ha sido horrible. De esta noche donna kebab era de goma con bordes duros de la textura. Pan de Ajo y patatas fritas parecían anémicos. Pan de Ajo, le faltaba el ingrediente vital de ajo y me ido... para una nueva salsa de menta, muy raro combo chili. Tal vez donde el picante pero efecto de refrigeración. Se requiere, para llevar nuevas Taxiiiii...

Esta noche pedimos de comida a las 8.30 pm. Nos dio a mi dirección dijeron que esperar de 30-45 minutos. 40 minutos más tarde recibimos una llamada a decir conductor estaba a punto de salir y confirmar dirección. 5 minutos más tarde recibe otra llamada a decir que no entregar a mi dirección aunque mi vecino había recomendado a mí. En el sitio web, incluso los estados que proveen a donde yo vivo. Me quedé con ganas de mi cena como la última vez comimos 12 horas y ahora se hace pasar hambre ya que tengo un comienzo temprano mañana. EVITAR si no quieres ser decepcionado.

I have been a couple of times in the last week and have not been dissappointed with anything I have ordered, several indian starters, main courses and the pizzas. Glad to have found this and will be using again.
