Ordered through Uber Eats……Never received order! Seen a Delivery woman go to next door but never thought anything of it. Rang Bira Spice to chase up order only to be told it had been delivered. Explained to them that it hadn’t and that a delivery woman went down our neighbours path! Rang back several time to chase up what they are doing with our order just to be fobbed off every single time to finally be told we will have to take it up with Uber Eats. So they washed their hands of it once they had taken our money!! All they needed to do was send the delivery driver back to our end for her to actually look at the door number she delivered to and she would have seen it wasn’t ours!! After ordering many times from Bira Spice, we shall never ever order another thing from them!! Absolutely no effort from them to rectify their error!! Just fobbed off!!!! My advice……Stay well clear!!!

We’ve been customer for a long long time. Previous customers of spice hut (same place) tonight was awful. Bits missing from the order and a phone call from someone to say the pickle tray only includes yoghurt dip nothing else. What a load of rubbish popadoms resemble something that someone has played frisby with smashed to bits!. You’ll lose customers left right and center as you’ve lost us. Go somewhere else. Avoid. We will not be using you again

A starter was given instead of a main, the bhuna sauce was watery and bland, the cheesy garlic naan was neither cheesy, nor garlicy in the amount you would expect, it looked and tasted like plastic cheese had been left over it. poppadoms came with no mango chutney, which i was under the impression was standard poppadom dip in this country. Overall the meals (if you could them that) were edible, just completely uninteresting and some items were incorrect

bombay potatoes excellent, bhajis really nice. chicken madras very spicy which i like! really tasty, large portion of chicken, 90% of it was really nice and soft but a couple of bits were tough. will definitely order again.

Always tasty amazing food piping hot and with a complementary dish as we order once a week. I love indian food and I am really fussy about where I order from but Bira’s really is good tasty food.

the food came freezing cold and had leaked through the back as it had been tipped over and not securely packaged. not the mention half the order was missing and it was barely satisfying

Food was excellent, portion sizes are great and incredibly tasty. Customer service is excellent, delivery lady apologised food was late (I believe it was around 10mins after the predicted time, which I wouldn’t consider late). Another really great order :)

Lamb very gristly, small pilau rice,one spiced poppadom 95p, expensive,it was burnt too... Food was hot though and tasted nice.

Since the change in management, I eat from here quite regularly. The food is always enjoyable and prepared with care. I definitely recommend the following: 1 × Tandoori Chicken, 1 × Onion Fried Rice, 1 × Lamb & Spinach curry (hot), 1× Chips & 1 × Pesawri Naan. Enjoy! P.S. I am working through the menu that isn't on the menu.

Food was delivered over thirty minutes late. Drinks order was wrong. Burgers were unexpectedly spicy but nice. Was hot on delivery so that was good. Over all disappointing

We had ordered a chicken tikka biryani via the feedmeonline app which was not received at their end (due to a mistake with the app). Thankfully, we were able to resolve the matter, and were given a complimentary biryani as a result. Excited to try the new Bira Spice!

Great value food, tastes like you've been invited around to an Indian families house for dinner, food was fresh, tasty and high quality for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, was a really refreshing experience.

Do not order ! Food overcooked no taste other than a large quantity of salt , very greasy rice which is odd ! Sloppy complentary dish which was more a Insult , completely inedible , Avoid !!

Really nice takeaway place. Good price and tastes great! Free soup for over £12 spend which is a nice touch. The owners are lovely people too

Unfortunately it's either hit or miss. Was great food last time, this time such a let down. Old chewy naan bread, weirdly oily rice, flat dry onion bahjis...just not appetising at all so money wasted. We really wanna support them as they're one road away, but we don't have the money to throw in the bin. Will use usual takeaway in town now.

Most of the dishes from this place taste the same; I’m pretty sure they use the same couple of sauces for whatever dish you order. My garlic chicken, which was supposed to medium’ was far from medium, it was extremely hot and apart from the (burnt) pieces of garlic, it tasted the same as their jalfrezi which tastes the same as their naga. Also, the extra side dish is disgusting, they should give the ingredients to a food bank instead.

Absolutely amazing food fancied a curry the other night and found this place they stayed open an extra 15 minutes to wait for us to collect cooked to perfection and had another one tonight amazing food guys I'm am going to recommend to everyone

These guys are really going under the radar as a cracking little Indian. Food always of good quality, delicious and great value for money. Free delivery over £12 and after ordering 5-6 times now I’ve never had a bad meal. 5 star

We have used Spice Hut multiple times. Wonderful customer service, the chef always takes into consideration our requests. Food arrives on time and good value for money.

Korma was very sugary and oily but when we called up they said that there was no oil in the curry the raza karahi was very salty to a point it was Inedible the garlic naan had no garlic, the mushroom rice stank of curry powder and to top it all off they gave us this disgusting chickpea complimentary dish which was just repulsive and leaked all over the bag. The rice was all sodden and sugary but also discoloured. Gonna go and throw it all back up but it’s okay because it’ll probably look better than the way it came in

The food delivered from here is really bad quality. No tomatoes in the Rogan Josh. Both balti and Rogan Josh not like any other we have ever tried weird grey colour and the Rogan Josh was grey with a bright red layered on top. No fresh vegetables from what we could see just tasted of curry powder. We both couldn't eat any of it. The rice was dry the chips were ok. We were left very hungry.

Arried only 5 mins late, nice lady delivered it. Definitely not the best indian at all. Food sloppy, didn't taste like other indian food we have had from several other restaurants and all of it was bright red.The samosas were very greasy and the pickles we ordered weren't nice either. Needless to say we wont be ordering again from here again.

First time I’ve used, I’ve been disheartened recently with Indian takeaways, my faith is restored AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL MEAL, will definitely be using again and will recommend to my family and friends

Tandoori grilled chicken and lamb chops is always good . Restaurant always gives a complimentary side dish when ordering takeaway.

If anyone wanna have proper Indian food never ever go here. They taste very bad and not even close to Indian food. They dont even deserve this one star. I can cook better Indian food than this.
