Bland, over an hour late and cold. Would rather eat dust and stale bread than order from here again! There’s plenty of others local that are actually decent. Avoid at all costs. First time I have ever not reheated the next day and binned it! Why does google not have 0 stars!!!!

The MadDogs don't normally do many take aways from Indians but baby MadDogs Texan boyfriend says that he would like a "take out". Even better he is going to pay for it. "Yee Haw"............ We noted that some complaints here were about time taken to deliver, but we jumped in with both feet and made the call . Ordered for five people including five mains, four rices, four sides, four breads and the guys here threw in a bag of poppadoms and several sauces. Got us a discount for a large order as well and came to a reasonable £50. We ordered a couple of Tikka Jalfrezis. a Biryani, a Tikka Masalla for baby MadDog and yours truly went completely mad and ordered a "Chicken Flamingo", which apart from the major trauma MadDog suffers when he finds out there is no Flamingo in it he finds that it is very nice indeed!! Top stuff!! All the rest of the food was well up to standard. Lots of nodding and grunting around the table. Portions were very generous and there was enough left over for three more meals. Great value I think that we need to see a "Spice Grill" Restaurant in Rainham. That would be a good level to be set for other Asian places to compete against, as some have let standards slip lately.. Two pointsThe MadDog's would like to make...... 1/ Chicken Tikka Masalla was not luminous pink (nor was the Flamingo) and had more richness than others locally. Not perfect but very good effort. 2/ The Sag Poneer was the star of the show for me. Good well flavoured Spinach with great chunks of Poneer cheese in. Five Stars!!! Very good "take out" that made us all happy (even The Texan). We had no waiting issues at all. Next time will try The Chicken Moonlight as It has a bit more kick to it.(MadDog can be a bit of a Girl with chillis)... MadDog says " Proper Ruby that"

We originally got told that our food would take a hour to get to us. After waiting a hour and 10 minutes, we contacted Just Eat, and the store informed them that the driver had a road accident, and updated our order to say that it would arrive within the next 25 minutes. In the end, we waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes, from start to finish. I can understand food taking a hour. 45 minutes to cook, 15 minutes to get here. A extra hour on top of that due to unforeseen circumstances would be also understandable. So maybe, I thought that they would of gone back to the restaurant, cooked a new order, and gone back out on route, as for the food not to be cold, which I wouldn't of minded. But the food was stone cold. The kema Nann had the tiniest slither of meat in it. The king prawn butterfly turned all soggy, and was no longer crunchy. And the chicken tikka was unacceptable. Didn't have that lovely redness to it, and it was all cold. So as far as I'm concerned, that food had been in the car for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I felt violently sick and dizzy after eating this. If I had known, I wouldn't of even had fed it to the fox's. Just eat gave us £5 credit, but you couldn't pay me full price to eat that again.

Very surprised with the quality of the food and accompaniments. The store from the outside looks quite tired and dull, the food on the other hand was very very impressive. Keep it up guys!.

Ordered on line and received a text to say can only take orders over the phone. When ordered over the phone price was more and they refused to match their on line price. Been a regular customer now not returning

Order from here every Sunday now, tried others in Aveley, London Road, Rainham to test and this one is the best imo. Never had a problem.

So much food and for a fraction of the cost of our last Chinese food order. Everything was piping hot and very tasty. We are both very impressed.

Food is mediocre, new owner sounds rude took a collection I wanted a specific dish and just went on about price. I don’t care what I pay for food but has to be of quality what that told me is they just care about money. I know I won’t be given them any more of mine. This is a local village not a market!

Food was nice for the main part although I spent more than 15 pound and never received a Bombay aloo as stated on the menu. Naan bread was burnt. Other than that it was nice.

Food wasn't flavour and spicy enough. Saag bhaji was bland. Tandoori chicken starter and Bindi bjahi was good. Mix veg curry was too watery

Was really impressed with my meal, even down to the friendly driver who called me when he was outside (as requested due to children being asleep)! The food was piping hot, tasty, popadoms were crispy not greasy and the meat was tender. Will definitely be ordering again! The tarka dal was delicious! X

First time ordering from this place. Everything was fine in general though I was expecting the portions to be bigger since I wouldn’t say the prices are very low.. Over £10 for a meal so I was expecting a bit more though that one’s on me for wrong expectations. All in all completely satisfied, food arrived on time, it was warm and absolutely tasty. order from here at least twice a month, just ordered from here on my partners account 21/12/17 and honestly I think we both loved it when we first started to order from here! finally had found a Indian restaurant that we both enjoyed! HOWEVER I ordered mango chutney which I personally feel is supposed to be a thick sauce but each week it’s becoming more and more like orange water! and the same with the mint sauce. it’s runnier then a baby’s nose in the middle of winter! it’s getting worse and worse! and tonight we ordered at 6:45 and didn’t receive our food until 8:30 I understand they they may be busy but a courtesy call would have been appreciated! not sure if we will be ordering from here which is a shame because we do enjoy the food when it doesn’t resemble water!

Food quality has really gone down in the last month. Have ordered loads from here but won't be ordering again. Late delivery the last 2 times and curry that can only be described as soup. Phoned last time to get a reluctant apology and offer of free dish next time but despite reminding them when ordering this time no free dish and no better quality curry.
