Spicegate used to be a great restaurant under 2 previous managers, the food was always very good. It's been closed for some time but has now opened up as a take away only. You can order on line and collect or get it delivered. Myself and my wife tried it out for the first time tonight and ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala and a Chicken passanda both with boiled rice with a Keema Nan and Peshwari nan. I collected the food which was lovely and hot when we got it home and the meal itself was excellent. The food was tasty, well cooked and plenty of it, neither of us could finish our meal. We will definately use Spicegate again and wish the new owner every success on his venture and hope the food stays just as it is as it was excellent.

97 Colney Hatch LaneCame here for dinner with my husband on Valentine's Day. This restaurant had been on our list of places to visit for years and finally made it here. The place was beautifully decked out for Valentine's Day and every girl was given a red rose upon departure. The staff were very friendly and attentive and prices were really different. The mixed grill was lovely and the breads were soft. A lovely dinner.
