RUDE staff! I was asked to sit on another table because ‘duty manager’ did not want to clean them. Majority of the tables were dirty. ‘Duty manager’ rolled her eyes at me. After purchasing a few drinks I was told I couldn’t eat outside food in the restaurant however, my food containers were empty as it had already been eaten. I was then told the restaurant is closed however no one else had be told apart from myself. Very poor attitude and customer service from staff. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Avoid!

I had to return 2 sandwiches - they were both very dry and very minimal filling - the staff allowed me to change these for a salad - however that was a Greek cheese salad - which I took to eat on plane - it was also very minimal -1 slice of cheese and a very uninspiring - had I not been boarding my plane I would have also returned this. My husband and I spent £30 in total - we thought it would be nice to change from our usual Pret meals/snacks I wonder if this is usual for your company and I would be reluctant to be a return customer

Good quick coffee - Emilia was great! Similar to pret, croissants, yogurt pots, sandwiches and salads

Great coffee but really irritated at being charged 50p extra for soya. That's a big profit margin on dairy intolerance.
