Solo Bar & Restaurant in Liverpool

We popped into the Solo Bar after a trip to the theatre on Saturday 10th December. We hadn’t booked a table but staff were so accommodating considering there was 16 of us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. We ended up ordering fries and snacks and they even put Christmas music on for us. Iman requires a special mention as he was so helpful. Definitely planning on going back as soon as we can and highly recommend it.

Bought £21 wowcher For 2 Unlimited pizza plus a cocktail Just valid for October so rang up to ask if we could carry it over till November. ‘No’ Had to use on last Friday in October. They had a do on at 4 so we turned up at 2.30 1. Only 1 lager on. Rest off. 2. No vermouth so no vodka cocktail 3 scaffolding round place 4 freezing cold 5 garlic bread a ‘ biscuit ‘ with no hint of garlic. Snapped when force exerted Guy said ‘garlic paste has been put on it’ 6. Pizza undercooked. Sloppy in centre 7 setting up disco at 3.30. Shoved out chaos Couple next had right idea. Deal for 3 cocktails each Although many cocktails not on offer Avoided the pizza Ok for 21 quid ? Bgk and ajk

Had a deal from wowcher for here £21 for two of us.wife had a prawn salad starter I had a meatball in aromatic sauce starter,then we both had a 12 inch pizza each and a glass of prosecco all included in the price.service was very good food beautiful.will deffo be back.

I am a self proclaimed cocktail snob and I was very impressed with the drinks. Service was great and I would visit again.

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub hopping around this part of town when we decided to drop into Solo Bar & Restaurant and what a great time we had. I loved the look of this place ,light and airy ,eclectic decor and furnishings ,an eye catching serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar,a great bar to unwind in. We were here on a Saturday afternoon ,we ordered drinks while we checked out the menu ,in the end we both opted to have a loaded pepperoni pizza each,after a short wait our pizza arrived and what a treat. My pizza was great ,a thin crust ,a very generous topping ,beautifully seasoned and most importantly served steaming hot ,it was just what we needed to set us up for the day ahead pub hopping. We really enjoyed our pizza in here before we moved on and for a first time visit we were totally impressed. Solo Bar & Restaurant is easy to locate along Bold Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday,open from 4pm. Saturday & Sunday ,open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
