Moose Coffee in Liverpool

Excellent food, great ambience, and service from Danae was perfect - thank you for making such a lovely lunch for Mother’s Day!

I used to go to Moose Coffee often growing up on College Road in Crosby. So I was chuffed to discover a site nearby the new Everton Stadium when looking for a pre-match scran before the second test event. Food was great, fast and affordable and service was top notch as well. Great to see the business doing so well after all these years. Might be our new pre match ritual going forward! 🔵⚪️

Amusingly, I came here thinking it was a coffee shop only to be told in no uncertain terms by the hostess that it wasn't, and we had to agree to leave within 30 minutes if we ordered coffee without simultaneously ordering food. The coffee itself was a medium roast blend of multiple origins (neither of which were on the American continent), roasted in Liverpool. Staff were unfamiliar with the coffee although it was prepared with care. I understand now that Moose Coffee is actually a reference to North American style breakfast food, and not North American coffee. Would have loved to try the food which looked great but felt quite rushed to leave despite the place being relatively quiet. The design and atmosphere feels like a hotel restaurant, cool and efficient.

Lovely restaurant, friendly staff, food is amazing! We have never been here before so tested it out one morning and loved it so much we came again the next day! Service is quick, food comes fresh and hot. A lot of variety on the menu, and prices are reasonable for the food that you receive. The restaurant was nearly booked out for both days so it shows how great it is! We will definitely return to a Moose Coffee!

Great food, great service by all staff (especially Chloe), great for families and kids too. We recommend the waffles and eggs Benedict. The kids recommend everything!

Service was absolutely amazing, not sure what the man's name was who served us but he was so friendly and really made our experience better! He recommended my meal for me and it was so nice!

Just dropped in with our dog and couldn’t have been made more welcome. Ant offered us a great choice of tables and talked us through the menu, as this was our first visit. Food was delicious, I had original Manolito and my partner the Five Boroughs Toasted Cheese Sandwich. Great service and excellent atmosphere. Many thanks to Ant and the rest of the staff, we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely experience at Moose Coffee! We had accidentally booked a table at a different Moose Coffee in Liverpool so we hugely appreciated the change in bookings! Chloe was very professional, helpful and all around lovely person and the food was absolutely gorgeous especially (the salt beef!) thanks to our very talented chef, Jonny! We will definitely return here in the future.

Great place for breakfasts. They were very busy but still managed to fit me in without a reservation and I was served promptly by Chloe who was very friendly. The eggs Benedict was perfect, nice runny yolk the way I like it. Thanks to the chef, Johnny. My only complaint is I used to live just around the corner but this place wasn’t here then haha!

Great wee place down near the docks. French toast (Grande Bouche) was tasty - the portions are massive - and the staff were really friendly, especially Ant who gave us some lovely recommendations around Liverpool

Ant was very welcoming. Explained the menu to us and gave great recommendations. Such a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Glad we walked to the docks to this branch of moose coffee.

I love coming to this Moose! I think it has the best location out of all the other ones in Liverpool. The food and the service is always great. Best place for brunch! I highly recommend it. Update: We got the pancake day special "Millionaire Pancake Stack" and it was great and plentiful as always

Served by Danae who was lovely and jonny the chef made the pancakes so fresh and tasty. All in another great moose coffee venue and great staff, atmosphere and the food is always amazing. We ate the pancakes specials but always find whatever you order, disappointment is not on this menu!!!

Haven't been to Moose for quite some time and have never been to this waterfront based one. From memory I think I felt a little let down last time but that's been completely rectified today. From the moment I walked in it was friendly and relaxed, nobody was pushy or rushing me and I was left to enjoy my breakfast without the fear of being shuftied out the door. My server was Hannah B, very attentive when needed but so we're all the other members of staff who are a credit to the place. Food was fresh and hot, tasty and reasonably priced. 👌🏻 Very happy pancake day!

La segunda vez aquí y me encantó tanto como la primera. Un almuerzo muy sabroso. Tuve el New Brunswick Eggs Benedict y fue realmente bueno. Otros platos que la gente tenía eran igualmente encantadores. Buena selección de almuerzo y brunch - pero pregúntese si necesita el desayuno antes de venir aquí - es probable que no! El ambiente es genial - me encanta el famoso alce en las paredes. La única crítica era que el servicio era realmente bastante lento, especialmente después de que habían dicho que teníamos un límite de tiempo en nuestra mesa! El límite de tiempo no se cumplió, así que no fue un problema, pero tuvimos a alguien tratando de tomar un tren. Gripe menor - felizmente volverá de nuevo.

What a lovely place! Lovey polite staff and great customer service thanks to Ant for delivering the best experience for us. The coffee and pancakes were a 100 not just a ten! The ambience was just so calming and cozy. I would definitely make this one of my fav places to have a decent cup of coffee in Liverpool.
