Absolutely wonderful first time at Moose within Plaza 1821 - brilliant service, excellent food and great atmosphere. Special thank you to Chloe and Jake for making our day!

Definitely worth the walk out towards the dock for this gem of a place. Food absolutely delicious, had scrambled eggs and there were tons of it, with two slices of toast. The only change I’d make is to not have the butter packet on the plate with the food as it was melted and runny when opened. But this is the only negative. My partner had a full breakfast which was divine and I sneaked in a side order of sausages (definitely farm shop standard) and a side of hash, which in retrospect I didn’t need as there was enough food without it, but it was still delicious. Lovely staff and the atmosphere was fab overlooking the water.

Unreal place for a breakfast. Right on the front . The pancakes were massive and thick and the breakfasts were amazing. Coffee was a massive cup and strong non of this watery rubbish and the staff were all friendly *****

Came at mid day for brunch. Chose the might moose breakfast; husband had pancakes with bacon. Asked for extra maple syrup for the pancakes, no problem at all Orange juice nice and fresh, we had coffees for after. Highly recommended. Thanks to Erin our server and the chef whose name we can't read

Great friendly service from Hannah M, we were seated immediately even after turning up early for our reservation, and were served very quickly. Jake and Jonny were our chefs today and the food was gorgeous, with generous portions, and reasonably priced.

Fantastic Lunch and coffee with my 2 sons. They even have a children’s menu. The food was fantastic, you can tell they use the best ingredients for every dish.

Great food, and lots of it! Hearty breakfast set us up for the day. Can highly recommend the manolito picante and the eggs benedict pancakes (with a side of salt beef, because Sunday 😉) all cooked by chef Jake. Hannah M provided fab, efficient table service. Thank you Moose-folks!

Me and my partner, both thought that the food was excellent and delicious. There was an excellent choice of meals and drinks on the menu, and options for vegetarians & vegans as well.

Erin's service was so good that it was a happy and enjoyable breakfast time. Thanks to you, I think moose coffee will come to mind when I remember Liverpool.

Visiting Liverpool, this place looked great online and did not disappoint when we arrived. The warm, friendly welcome and great staff truly make it a special place. I would definitely recommend booking in advance. A few small suggestions: The minute steak was quite small in size. I’d be happy to pay a little extra for a larger portion. The poached eggs were served cold. The potato hash took up almost half the plate; to avoid waste, I’d suggest reducing the portion size. The bacon lacked flavor. That said, the small touches, like warming the teacup, were really cute and appreciated. Overall, a lovely experience! I hope this is useful and will see you soon.

Our server Hannah was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She explained the menu and helped us to make substitutions around a food intolerance.

Lovely! Our server was Erin who was great and the chef was Jake who made some lovely meals. We got pancakes and the trio of egg Benedict’s. All was lush!

Really nice place in a great location, lovely to walk around Princes Dock. Parking 3 mins walk away in multi-storey car park. Enjoyed our food, plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff lovely, approachable and polite. Great decor and atmosphere. However, was disappointed, as found out when paying bill that celebration pancakes are usually given on birthdays. We didn't receive these, and i had requested when booking our table online, if there was any special 'little touches' for birthdays, as we were celebrating my Mum's 94th birthday.

Amazing experience. Incredible food (shout out to Jake in the kitchen) and lovely service. Chloe was so friendly and super nice. Very speedy getting our order and food to the table despite how busy they were.

Food came out stone cold! Pancakes were stodgy and dry and cheap sausage meat. Menu seemed promising but no way near decent.

Had a wonderful brunch here on Sunday 27th October, the server was so friendly and welcoming and the service in general was excellent. Our table was clean, comfortable and welcoming and the decor was all fun Moose themed. We were a table of 7 including 3 children and celebrating 3 birthdays and we were made to feel special. The food was delicious and so filling. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Its wheelchair accessible and dog friendly though no parking as its right on the dock.

Popped in for a brekki, but it was pretty poor in all honesty. They fill the breakfast out with these fried cubed potatoes which are pretty naff. Service was good, just the menu which wasn't good at all.

An impromptu breakfast visit with wife and friend though no where to park once adjusted that the food was great service was quick and easy to order erin was very nice checked on us and served us swiftly i even asked an odd question and was answered with a smile very happy jake made the food to perfection with everything delicious fresh and warm With a visit if you have an hour or so free and looking for some delicious food

My dish is called "Cortes" I love it a lot, it was my 2nd time of this dish.

We were looked after by Chloe who was brilliant. Coffees were lovely, just needed to be warmer. 2 x Lula bacon for breakfast, we both agreed it's up there with best breakfast we'd ever had. Just wish we lived closer.

We had an amazing time at Moose today! The food and staff were absolutely amazing. We visit every time our family are up in Liverpool and always have the most wonderful experience. Hannah M was our server and she was so lovely! Really made it easy and chill for us. Thank you all!

Beautiful place on the docks, great atmosphere and great food, very generous portions. The seasonal drinks are so good. We had Millie who served us, and Jake and Jonny were the chefs, we didn't want eggs, they substitute the eggs with other vegetarian options. Great service. We loved it.

We went to Moose Coffee for breakfast twice while we were in town. Both times the food (green line and pancakes) was delicious, and our server Hannah was very friendly and helpful. The second visit was on my birthday, and the stack of pancakes was a perfect birthday breakfast. A larger and very happy-sounding birthday party was going on at the same time at the other end of the restaurant too--it's a nice space to be in!

This is our first time here having found it online we walked in on a busy Sunday and the staff managed to find us a table. Chloe our waitress made was lovely and made us feel like we were regulars there. The portions are more than enough (so don't over order as you'll not be able to move afterwards haha!). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our only negatives are - The chef had to ring the bell several times for waiting staff to bring our food over (although this is down to the layout of the restaurant as the bell is probably hard to hear). When you have cream on your coffee, the coffee cup is only 3/4 full of coffee.

We booked a table for 3 as a treat after my brother in laws neurosurgery appointment at The Walton Centre. It was our first outing to a public place in 6 months as he has had major surgery and intense treatment. Chloe was our waitress and was amazing nothing was too much trouble! The food and coffees were delicious everything was lovely and hot! Chloe really looked after us and we had a brief chat with her and why our visit was a big thing for us after a hard year it was just so nice to be out and do something normal. We will definitely go back!

Came for brunch, could do with some seasoning in the smashed avocado, but otherwise it was great. Also they catered to my request for adding smoked salmon

We haven’t had a bad experience at moose coffee so far! This particular one looks out over the water and is a beautiful restaurant. The food is always really good and you can choose from lots of different options that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Our server Gemma was great and I love that they now tell you who your chef was so thank you Jake the food was delicious. If you are veggie, vegan or have allergies they are incredibly inclusive of these so it’s a good option for you.

We were served by Hannah at first and then Chloe closed it out. Both were fantastic and very hospitable. Jake was our Chef and the food really hit the spot. Have eaten here before a few times and will be back again.

The food was really delicious. Among other things, fluffy pancakes, bacon and eggs. It was a dream. Especially for pancake skeptics like me. I can only recommend it!

Moose always has excellent food. First time at this branch, which is great as it’s not as cramped as the other venues.
