Service great - very attentive even though it was busy. Food came quickly and very fresh.

Always a great experience at Moose. The food is always spot on, and the portions are hefty, it really sets you up for the day. Drinks can be a little on the slow side, but it's not a deal breaker. The food more than makes up for it

Definitely the best of liverpools 3 branches, quieter than Dale street and better parking than both of the others. We were running late so called them and were told to take our time our table was reserved. Service was excellent and food as usual was top class ! Definitely revisiting.

Genuinely the best eggs benedict I've ever had in my life

Busy breakfast venue, cheery atmosphere, huge menu, decent coffee, friendly server. We ordered eggs Benedict on a stack of pancakes with bacon, maple syrup, butter, and a Mighty Moose which was potato hash, bacon, fried eggs and granary toast. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Wandering around the outskirts of Liverpool and needed a break, so we walked in to Moose Coffee without any booking and the staff were so accommodating! We ordered plenty of food, which was prepared super speedily and very tasty! The food was delicious and very filling, which is what we needed for travelling, and the customer service was just perfect! Thank you MC and we will be back!

Great pancakes and hash - with unlimited maple syrup which is dangerous! Can get busy at the weekend so would recommend getting a booking (and wearing stretchy trousers)

Good decent brunch. Very filling food. The flavours weren't really to my liking of the main brunch and the hash was a bit cold. The french toast is great.

Been to Moose many times and it's always delicious! Dog friendly too as a bonus. Friendly staff and well worth the money- couldn't ask for better

The experience was quite disappointing, and I felt the treatment was very resistant. Despite there being plenty of empty tables when we walked into the cafe without a reservation, we were told it was fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. However, we quickly booked a table online for the next available slot within 5 minutes.

Decent enough food and coffee but pretty expensive. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but we had pretty poor service from our waitress. We were jumped on to order almost immediately, then waited a long time for the food, empty coffee cups weren't cleared, we weren't checked on until practically about to leave or asked if we wanted anything else. This was convenient for our hotel but there are better places to have breakfast in Liverpool.

Very friendly staff and great service. The place had a moose theme and the food was very good. Was very bussy when we got there so we were glad we had booked a table for 12:00 😁 recommend going there if you like value for your money as well as tasty food.

Food to die for, with a lovely atmosphere but you absolutely need to book in advance as very popular! Service needs work though, too few staff available to serve the needs of a busy restaurant.

Beautiful decor, classy music, great food and the service is typical of Liverpool - friendly and warm. Even gave me a beautiful chinchilla on my flat white (though can’t help feeling his ennui!)

Great staff. We didn’t book, but a woman named Chiela who was front of house was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She found a way to fit 5 of us in comfortably and we only waited 5-10 mins without impacting on anyone else’s booking. Great leadership. The member of staff came over to our table, once they could see we were leaving, to take our order. Too late. Too rude. We love the cafe on Dale Street. Much busier but far superior service. Staff always friendly and service always excellent. I won’t be back to this Moose Coffee.

Went with my friend not long ago, the place is just lovely, great location, the staff are so nice, especially Csilla who was supper friendly and came over to check up on us to make sure we had everything. Food was great, they also allow dogs, totally recommend.

We have had brunch several times at the Dale Street cafe and loved it. Great service in a far busier environment. We won’t be back to y to his branch.

We only went in for a couple of cups of tea, but the place/staff were very friendly. The prices seemed very reasonable, especially for such a tourist spot. Everything in the menu was moose themed. We didn't like the idea of "moose flavoured tea", so went for "breakfast tea" instead, and it came without fuss, and was really nice.

Visited many times, always treated the best by the most amazing staff, especially Holly. Food is the best breakfast we’ve ever tried. Can’t visit Liverpool without coming here. Can’t rate this place enough. This is by the far the best moose coffee restaurant in the city

Dog friendly as well , very important

Visited on 14th January was served by a very polite and helpful young lady called Holly. Nothing was to much trouble I asked for my bacon to be well done and it was perfect she made sure are visit was enjoyable. Very happy with the food and service.

Nice little coffee house with option to sit in. Always semi busy or very busy, staff nice and welcoming. Haven't tried any food, so can't comment. Nice vibe :-)

It's a bit out of the way but once you get here the service is excellent and the food is great. Seems to be a popular haunt for the "higher class" of locals given that it is so close to the upmarket dock apartments.

I’ve been going to moose coffee for breakfast since 2015. I’m normally a massive fan but my last two visits have been terrible and it’s clear you have a chef in the kitchen who clearly does not care. We spent £75 on a breakfast for 3 people which I would say is pretty expensive. I usually don’t mind as the standard of food is VERY high. However my most recent visit was awful. I ordered eggs Benedict and both of my eggs were hard boiled… If you’re charging £13 for poached eggs, I cannot stress how critical it is you get them right. I will not be using this branch ever again as the previous visit was just as bad. It’s a shame because it’s close to where I live and I love the menu. You really need to find a chef who can do runny eggs.

Been going to Moose Coffee on and off for a few years. The portions this time were beyond disappointing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming but the portions this time might just be enough to send us elsewhere next time. The tortillas used for the chorizo and refried beans dish used to be massive. Now they aren’t. The side of Salt Beef ordered arrived and was literally 7 STRANDS of beef about the same size as a standard matchstick. At a cost of £3.50. Might head to a different one next time. But will more than likely swerve it for something else.

Would definitely recommend booking if you want to go here - walks ins were being turned away (Saturday morning). The food was great, large portions. My only niggle was that I found a few fibres in my food, potentially belonging to the cleaning/drying material rather than actual hair. I pulled these out and carried on eating as I didn't want to waste my meal but also not ideal that I then had to look out for them whilst eating.

Absolutely brilliant and sensible money when we asked for the bill. Will be back.

Always love coming to moose, it's a great atmosphere! With calming jazz music playing in the background as I drink my hazelnut mocha cappuccino and devour a reuben. Food here is abit different to the usual cafe you would imagine. It has an american/Canadian twist to it. Nice to see something different around. Chloe was a gem, sat me down took my order and served my food and drink all within 10- 15 minutes. Excellent service! I can not thank her enough for help with the menu as it can be hard to choose from an unfamiliar cuisine.

Fun place, friendly staff, good service and cosy atmosphere. I leaned back just a bit with my 4-stars for food. It was good and solid and I suppose most people aren’t going to an American/Canadian breakfast place for ‘fine’ food. Eggs, hash browns and bacon was good, but pancakes were a heavy as though not quite cooked.. Overall, still relatively happy with the experience.

We've been to Moose a few times and always enjoyed. Holly at William Jessop Way was lovely and very attentive to all of the customers in the restaurant.

We visited Moose on a Sunday Morning, it was just perfect. The food, the friendly staff and the service. We loved every minute of the visit. Mollie was our server and she was simply brilliant. Moose is now my nieces favourite place for breakfast. Steph j

Went in there at 9am for breakfast, the place was empty, just another table of 2 inside, ordered our food and 45 minutes later still didn’t get it, the order was simple, just 2 eggs Benedict. After a 45 min wait we noticed that the table who was there before was just getting their food , God knows how long they’ve been waiting. We had to leave by 10am for a work meeting so we asked for our breakfast to be packed in take away boxes but obviously we left hungry and so disappointed, not the best start of the day. The kitchen is open and we could hear the chef’s arguing and waisting more time on this that on actually preparing the orders. The girls that were serving us were very nice though and the coffee tasted lovely. Before anyone would say that we should have come in earlier, I can only say that I’m a chef myself and trust me , one hour is more than enough to come in for breakfast, eat and leave, especially when there’s only 4 guests in. Never again coming here and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great place for breakfast w many choices and great coffee. We are here twice while in Liverpool. Both locations were really good.

Been to other locations before and never experienced any bad dishes up till now. Went for the chicken and cheddar waffle and opted for a scrambled egg on the side. The kitchen didn't send out the scrambled egg which can happen, but the scrambled eggs were desperately needed to make the dish kinda enjoyable. The waffle was quite overdone and already kinda dark/burnt on the bottom. Therefore it ended up really dry! Limited serving when it came to the chicken and cheddar combination. The juices we ordered all tasted watered down based on the amount of ice in it. We took a seat outside and the tables were not wiped in prior of being served. For the next time I might stick with the locations and dishes I am familiar with. Definitely left unsatisfied this time.

It was a disappointing visit to Moose this time around. I like this place and have been here multiple times before. Today, we were served dirty cutlery, both our orders came out wrong. We are vegetarian and they served us a non vegetarian food. Usual wait times in itself is high, but it was way too long today. Food was very good tho. Thing I expect from top rated restaurants is consistency. If this is the way Moose is moving then I'm afraid it is in it's decline.

Happened upon this charming café while looking for breakfast during a day trip to Liverpool. Comfortable, high ceilings, bright and beautifully decorated cafe looking out to the river, delicious and plentiful food, and really lovely staff, including Millie who was so helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌🏾

Ingredients not quite as nice as previous dish I had in Manchester. Fatty bacon and sausage which seemed more like a hotdog than a proper sausage. Avo/eggs/toast was missing chilli jam.

i have not been to this location before. Am quite familiar with this wonderful local brand. Portions are gigantic. One never walks away unfilled. I was dying for the bacon pancakes with a side of sausage. Delicious... With the sausage patty was a stronger flavour... But I'm an expat and really miss spicy American sausage. This is the only real place to get it other than McDonald's.

We had the most fantastic service and experience at this wonderful establishment. It's not often I write a review, but everyone working at Moose Coffee (William Jessop Way) looked after us from the moment we arrived. We had our baby daughter with us, and we were immediately offered a high chair and offered a suitable place to sit in the venue. We ordered porridge for our daughter, and the fantastic woman serving us (friendly with red vibrant hair), went out of her way to ensure our daughter was happy, well fed, and comfortable. Could not recommend this place enough. We all left with a huge smile.....especially our daughter who was full of porridge :-)

I normally eat and drink at moose on William Jessops way but was shocked by the service I went on bank holiday so except it was busy and sat outside the service was so slow I had to remind them I was outside On arrival we where told no food at all was been served so we got a drinks menu to see the same waitress then offer people food next to us and they ordered food so sadly I walked out and won’t be returning

Lovely food, so unique and so many options. The staff were so warm and friendly, especially our server Millie.

Due to allergy I asked if the chef could make a simple dish of smoked salmon and salad. The presentation of the dish was amazing, the salad out if this world. Put on the spot the Chef and waiters went above and beyond. A fabulous lunch and maybe a new addition to the all day menu. Highly recommend to everyone thinking of going, you'll not be disappointed.

Went for breakfast at this branch of Moose Coffee as I was staying at a hotel nearby and so glad I did!! I had the Green line which was a potato hash with veg, eggs and toast and was absolutely delicious! They'd added this spicy sauce in there which was packed with flavour and gave everything a kick. The portion was massive and well worth the cost. Also had a creamy caramel cappuccino which was their special of the day. The staff are amazing. Friendly and keen to make sure you're happy. My waitress Millie was lovely. And I noticed when they weren't serving they were constantly making sure tables were clean for next customer. I went at 9am on Sunday and by 9.50 they were almost full so I recommend booking.

The food and drinks are great. I mistakenly asked for a few more mins extra to order which resulted in a long wait and me having to find a waitress as she thought someone else got our order. Then we had asked to change a drink on our order but had been charged for both. With both incidents they were very apologetic, and the amount paid extra was promptly refunded. The only issue is we had limited time, so significant decreased our time to explore Liverpool.
