Moose Coffee in Liverpool

The food was great, there is so much to indulge in and your eyes become bigger than your belly. The service was on another level. Abt and Ellie were great waiters. Were definitely coming back.

Unfortunately has to be one of my worst experiences. Came with a friend and we were unsure as to how it works in this restaurant/cafe to begin with so we waited at the door upon arrival and were not greeted so we sat ourselves down while the waiter was having conversations with other customers to which he practically shouted across to us that we could not sit there. We were then seated more than once. After that we sadly couldn’t find anything appetising to us as we were referred by the tiktok page ( couldn’t find what was being advertised) so we opted for tea and a latte and clearly the waiter wasn’t quite happy with that as he almost ragged the menus off us. We overlooked all of that and waited patiently for drinks to arrive however to my shock i find an insect inside my tea. I let them know and was offered another one with no sort of compensation to which i accept and what do I find in the second that arrived ? a fly. I was again not offered any sort of compensation just if i wanted another one to which i obviously declined. Overall felt so unwelcome and unfortunately don't think i’ll be back.

Had a lovely New Jersey Moose, cooked to perfection by Johnny and really tasty. Staff were all very friendly. T Jay my server was really nice, friendly and attentive. Everyone was great and the place has a really nice vibe. 100 % recommend.

Really friendly, great service. We had no booking but they were very accommodating. Chloe was really nice and Jake cooked amazing food our daughter loved her porridge and they have a kids menu which was great. Loved it, would come again.

Second time at Moose Coffee, but would have been much more if I lived in Liverpool! Excellent quality in all respects - delicious and well crafted food, attention to detail, friendly and attentive staff, tasteful decor and lovely view of the water at this particular branch. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Moose! It was a very busy Sunday morning but our reservation meant we were sat without waiting. Ant was very friendly and enthusiastic and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was well looked after, all food and drinks were amazing and we would definitely go back!

Food was beautiful! Delicious and presentation was amazing (Jonny was the chef) and Hannah was really warm and accommodating. Can't wait to come back! Not sure if I posted this from our previous visit. However I came back today (Fri 16th May). Once again the food was everything you want it to be, couldn't fault a single thing. We were politely greeted by Ant and shown to a table. Drinks were taken an delivered quickly and our food order the same. Was not a quiet afternoon either and Jonny and the rest of the kitchen team were on top form as the food was perfect. Thanks again and can't wait to come back.

Amazing food, delicious and huge portions cooked my chef Jake. Service was amazing from our host Ant, friendly and could not have been more attentive. Great location by the docks too.

Has gone downhill. Booked for our anniversary breakfast (which we put on the booking) as we have been plenty of times and would always share a plate of the moose pancakes as it's a big portion and hard to finish on your own. When ordering, no issues with this but 5 mins later, Ant came over and made a big fuss that we HAD to order something each or we would need to leave as it's busy and there are lots of people that want tables. This made us feel very awkward and did not feel special. Food not as good as it used to be. Our server Hannah was lovely.
