Sign on door says closed and assets removed. Real shame as the only wage beef burger joint around. Understand the York one has closed too. Sign of the times.

Food was okay but expensive for what you get. I got the 'cheesy dog' which was about £12/13 but it is literally just the hotdog in the bun. Have to order chips separate unlike everything else on the menu that came with chips as standard. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food but said it wasn't anything to shout about. We got there at 7pm on a Friday and there was only 1 other table in, and only 1 more table arrived before we left. No atmosphere at all. Probably wont be going again.

Great food, large portions and Peroni on tap… what’s not to love! The prawns and steak frites excellent

Me and my fiancé came here last night for a pre wedding meal just the two of us,it had a nice relaxed ambience with chilled music in the background there was a few other diners who looked like they where enjoying their meals. Waitresses where on Q with the service very professional and with a smile,we ordered drinks and then our food which was starters and mains I ordered the garlic prawn starter with chimichuri sauce which was just lovely my partner ordered the nachos this was a huge portion and went down great! For mains we both ordered the sirloin steak it was cooked exactly how we liked it and I have to say it was the best steak I've had in a long while it literally melted in your mouth no fat or gristle which I hate! We will most certainly be coming back here again and will be recommending to family and friends also!!

Cannot praise the staff here enough! My husband was running late to meet me for a bottomless brunch and they kindly they held the table for us, sorted me out with a drink while I waited and made me feel so welcome especially when it was starting to look like I’d been stood up, bless them! When he finally arrived ( nearly 40 mins late!!!) we started the 90 min clock, the cocktails were first class and the food was really tasty! We tried the Solita and the Porn Star Martini and both had the breakfast burger - would definitely recommend! The tater tots portion was so massive it lasted us the whole session! Thanks so much for a lovely afternoon and for going above and beyond to look after a lone customer in such a busy bustling bar! You guys are amazing!

Visited recently and went for the Solita Burger and Chips…delicious. Service was excellent and a good atmosphere for a bite to eat and a drink. Well priced and will be visiting again soon!

Really good bottomless brunch, food really good and they bring out the drinks when you're actually ready for another other than waiting ages!! Special shout out Bruna, Mike and Craig for really good service!!

We had all studied the menu prior to our visit, but when we arrived and tried to order, we found the menu had changed a few days previously, but not changed online, or indeed, outside the restaurant door. Despite that disappointment, the food we ordered was very tasty and hot. It is in a stunning location, but we were the only table occupied that evening. I really hope it picks up. Our waitress was lovely and attentive

Well, I loved it. Had the spring rolls to start. Fab. We had the sliders as a main. 3 sliders and picked 3 from the list of burgers. Came with fries. I had cheeseburger fries. All very tasty. Was too full for desert. Great shakes and good value. Our server was new but struggled with basic questions such as milkshake flavours and telling about the food on the menu. Would have thought this would be lesson 1 for new starters. That said he was friendly and tried hard. Will be coming back.

The burgers are too pricey for what you get, and they’re not very big. The meat was nice but not flavoured enough. The staff were friendly though and the atmosphere was nice, even for somewhere that was quiet.

The service was so slow that we were told our table was needed for another booking before we even had time to order anything else after our main course (hadn’t had a starter). Good luck to anyone attempting to eat here!

We ate here today after it was recommended to us by a friend. We did enjoy our meal and if you haven’t been before then I would it give it a go . However just a few observations that need further attention. Service was a bit slow and we had to ask for sauces and napkins. The latter twice … For how much you’re paying I would expect to have a premium ketchup…it tasted like a cheap one and was very vinegary and my chips where borderline warm/cold but tasted nice

Went here to solita in Hull in July for the bottomless brunch with my husband and had a fabulous time went back a few weeks later as a group of 5 family members as we’d recommend this place and was excited to return…well it was awful from start to finish!!very very rude young girls serving no manners only had 3 drinks in the full 90 minutes very very slow to serve us didn’t ask us if we wanted another drink we had to call over every time the staff stood chatting and totally ignored us the girl serving us even said why would you drink porn star Martinis there disgusting!! I mean shocking customer service these girls need training in how to speak to customers will never return to the place such a shame!! was told 15 minutes before the end it was our last drink we’d only had 2 ?? Was told this was the policy waited another 40 mins for the bill had to even ask for that honesty Sort it out don’t offer bottomless brunch if you don’t intend to do it correctly avoid this place!! £150 it cost us not worth it one bit

I’m not one to leave ‘bad’ reviews; however, after a trip to Solita for the Bottomless Brunch I’ve left thoroughly disappointed. Drinks service was slow, there is a limited choice of cocktails - our waiter told us that pornstar Martinis we’re disgusting, baring in mind that cocktail is exactly what we had just ordered! Later into our booking the bar then ran out of Passoa and we were told we could no longer have the pornstar martinis we had ordered 15 minutes prior and to choose something else which was difficult considering the menu had limited options as it was. We had a mixture of waiters which wouldn’t usually be a problem however they weren’t communicating with one another and we kept being asked if we wanted things we had already ordered ten minutes before. We managed to have 3 drinks each in a 90 minute period which for a bottomless brunch we were thoroughly disappointed with. Unfortunately the service was not attentive and we were then told after ordering our 3rd drink that that would be our last as we only had 15 minutes remaining when we had longer than this and also could have easily finished our drinks and reordered another! After reading other reviews it doesn’t seem like the first time this has happened… The food was nice but not worth a visit for bottomless brunch - if in the Hull area Bar 82 and Cascara in Hessle are a much better shout!

Should have realized when we walked in how quiet it was, one off food orders was wrong had to ask for cutlery and napkins my daughter ordered a chicken buttermilk chicken burger, which when she cut into it the meat was so grey in colour, when we complained about this the young chef said it was due to it been cooked in flour, I don’t think so we promptly paid the bill and left and will not be returning.Avoid.
