Soho Liverpool in Liverpool

Went into soho and ordered at the bar at the front ( didn’t realise there was one in all the way in the back) ordered our drinks and handed our free shot tickets. The guy said to go collect our free shot at the back bar so we payed for our drinks and went to the bar. The rude woman behind the bar who ignored us for about 10 mins said that we wasn’t getting our shots unless we bought from her bar even though it’s the same place???. So we went back to the front and the guy said she should give you it but she never. I asked another woman and she was rude and in my face saying so sarcastically what do u want to do make a complaint over a shot. Terrible terrible customer service and organisation. Staff need to treat customers with more respect it’s not our fault they’re in a job that they hate. A smile instead of a death stare goes a long way in making someone’s night.

My name is Richard Had a good night but I have a leaning disabilities and came with my support worker came after 7 had a nice night and few drinks went with my support worker to the toilet across the road and when tried to get back in was told couldn’t as wasn’t dressed smart and my support worker said I was autistic and was let in till 9 was upset as was let in before going to the toilet not dressed smart and would not have been able to explain myself on my own to get back in but will come again dressed smart

Amazing stuff I loved Craig was very friendly great atmosphere and great energy I will be coming back, all the best, Police and Liverpool have the best time of my life. I love this place to my heart and back.

Invited in then essentially kicked out over something ridiculous. First time visiting Liverpool (25/03/23) & this was the first bar we went into. Invited inside from the strip, told us we’d get free shots. After waiting for some time for the free shots & noticing a change of people next to me I asked the bartender on the left “Are we next?” he responded “They were there before” I simply acknowledged back “Oh were they. Okay I didn’t realise” which escalated into being told “stop shouting”. Very rude & provoking. Almost as though he was causing a reason to not serve me. I tried to just clarify that “I'm talking louder because the music is so loud”. I was then told “I’m not going to serve you now”. How childish. This guy took things far too seriously & acted stuck up. I went to speak to the other bar man (on the right) who wouldn’t acknowledge my existence just shrugged then ignored me & continued serving. With not being served we had no option but to leave.

Had a drink poured over myself by a man who couldn’t speak English and very aggressive asked the bouncers to assist and he shrug his shoulders, will not recommend to any friends until they fix their staffing issue as allowing aggressive customers is the worst offence!! Great venue let down by disrespectful customers! Felt very unsafe ! ALL WOMEN AVOID

We’d had a good evening but then got told to leave because I was ‘too drunk’. I’d had a couple only and got served literally everywhere else after. My boyfriend got told he was just because they wanted to finish. Just politely ask us to move on because you’re closing, it would’ve been no problem. Terrible service, very rude.

Myself and my partner go to Liverpool very regularly, and we were very shocked with the rudeness last night in this bar.We went to soho last night and was charged twice for one shiska. I paid for the shoals with my phone and I went to the bathroom the same waitress came down to the table and re charged my partner. He thought maybe my payment didn’t go tru. When I came back from toilet I seen her leave the table and my partner said your payment must of not gone tru I was charged again. I checked and my payment did go tru. I went up to explain to the waitress and she denied coming down to our table a second time when I seen her leave. The manager was rude and not helpful and he needed proof of second payment as he said “the waitress didn’t go back down” when she clearly did. My partners phone had died so couldn’t prove the second payment. When I asked could I charge my partners phone to get the statement up they both didn’t answer me the manager rolled his eyes and was extremely rude. It’s overpriced and the staff are not friendly and there is zero atmosphere. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are plenty of way better bars and clubs with better deals and offers and that have nicer staff.

Was lovely weather so me and my boyfriend decided to head to concert square, the server Amy was really enthusiastic and quick to serve us yet it being really busy. Would recommend 👍🏼

Visited on Monday night and after spending a few hours out of the way and in a quieter area we were set to go back to our apartment disappointed. We were recommended by a this establishment by a local and it didn’t disappoint. Having autism I was slightly anxious about going in; however the staff (especially Ellen) were all so welcoming and made our night one of the best nights I’ve had out. Drinks and service great all evening!

Came out on a Monday night in the city, went to a few places and it was super quiet, wondered if it was a write off in the city on a weekday, then was recommended here; it was absolutely buzzing from the moment we got there, drinks service was swift and easy and Ellen the on the floor service agent looked after us from the moment we got there until we left, as someone of a nervous disposition this was such a welcome relief.

pretty average. One of the girls behind the bar was rude and was very blatantly slagging us off to her colleague because we was ordering drinks separately. I than said if your going to slag customers of maybe don’t do it directly infront of them.

La zona es genial!!! Es una plaza rodeada de bares, llena de ambiente de lunes a domingo! Está al aire libre pero tienen estufas para los días más fríos. La pinta de cerveza a unas 4.5 libras, pero los precios en Liverpool son así... el inconveniente los camareros, muy jóvenes y sin experiencia, la nuestra con el pelo rojo acabo sirviéndo lo que le dio la gana después de venir a preguntar 3 veces ya que no sabía muy bien lo que estaba haciendo.

Just an average bar, the drinks are alright, it’s a place my friends and i go of nowhere else is open. However the staff were rude and we waited about 20 minutes per drink even though it was a quiet monday evening with no more than 3 other tables there.

nothing really special to say about this bar, its has resonably priced drinks and a good atmosphere, but the service can be kinda slow

couldnt find anywhere for drinks and stumbled by here so decided to go in. Was a great atmosphere and although it was cold they had heaters outside which kept you warm. the drinks were super cheap- 4 for £20 which was great price for liverpool. Inside was super cool also as it was a nightclub and had a photo booth. The cocktails were very average and nothing special- kind of like wetherspoons but for the price great. Great little place to go for an hour before clubbing.

It’s a good night out but rude staff. Highly unprofessional, a girl in the toilets really drunk stumbled into one of the bar staff and she starting aggressively saying “have you just fu***ingpushed me” then I said she was just really drunk leave her alone...

Here now, ordered table service, waited 35 minutes because they "forgot" to bring it out. The people we were with had gone up to the bar and had it straight away. Had to go up the bar to ask for our drinks, no apology anything,...

Great place to go for a classic drink in town despite covid and seated drinks, you can still have a booming night in town here with table service. The staff and drinks are accommodating all the way down to the shots when we needed diabetes...

Soho is one of the best bars in Concert Square…. however, their dress code is questionable. It is summer and getting hotter… but gentlemen you are not accepted in shorts. From all the rules I have heard of in my life, this might be one...

Recently visited, lovely outside area. Staff unfortunately very disinterested. Standing chatting, smoking and generally ignoring customers. Waited a long time before order taken, great area but needs drastic improvement to service.

Sat down waiting to be served. 15 minutes pass, nothing. Staff all gathered around the bar ignoring all customers including 3 tables near us. Caught a staff members attention and asked if we could order with her - no but someone else will come over...

Had a lovely day in liverpool yesterday and it was ruined by going to this vile place last, staff rude, drinks disgusting and don’t expect to be served within 30 minutes or get a drink in a reasonable time, we asked for a refund on...

Nothing but service with a smile from waiter called Costa. Very attentive, polite and patient, made our trip very enjoyable. Will come back again!

I was in a venue across from Soho, I'm tea total so completely sober with a friend, we were absolutely disgusted to see the behaviour from a doorman (tall, blonde, acts abit like the terminator) treat so many people at your bar.He was clearly on drugs, he was gurning, wiping his nose with his fingers and over all acting strange and kicking people out for no reason, moving from table to table just intimidating people and trying to get a rise, shockingly more out of of women then men playing the big man pushing girls out of the bar by their shoulders, was an absolute disgrace and it has put me off ever coming to your bar.I see somebody else has left a review for him on the same day, I watched this event play out with my own eyes completely sober and it was horrendous.I will be extremely disappointed if I see him working there again, he is not safe, he in-fact is the one who needs kicking out. If you need a picture of said bouncer, I took a few.

James, was very helpful and accommodating. He was lovely and polite and very helpful, his customer service was amazing and he was the reason we had such a great experience at SOHO. He is a great asset to the team. Thankyou James! :)

Visited soho on Tuesday 11th May. I never go to such classy establishments as those on concert sq but it was my best friends birthday so we thought we would try an upscale joint called Soho for a change. (I usually would not be caught dead on concert sq but it was one of the limited options available on a tuesday night in lockdown). The head bouncer was so rude to me and my friend. He told us to get out because we spoke to people on another table and took a £30 round of drinks off us that we had only just paid for, said some absolutely vile things to us and made us leave.I have never been kicked out of any club/bar in my life so I was mortified to be getting kicked out of such a place. I wouldnt mind but the gurn on the head bouncer was something wicked and he made another bouncer stand at our table until we left. That bouncer was sound and we offered him to take a load off and join us for a drink but he refused as gary the chief gurner was watching him like a hawk. He was tempted though. Any whos. Dont go to soho on a tuesday, not sure if the head bouncer is the same every night, but the tuesday one was a horror. See you next Tuesday.

My friend and I where sat in this bar for no longer than 20 minutes when we got up to leave he no longer ha this wallet and I also saw no sign of my phone

Was in there for 2 and a half hours and managed to have one drink. Had to ask after where our order had gone at least and, i'm not exaggerating, 10 times. When the drinks did finally arrive, we were all in a bad mood and to top it off they brought the wrong order. Didn't even get an apology,

The magnificent success of the vaccines and the tireless work of the health service has saw the beginning of the end of this pandemic, the 12th of April saw some of the coronavirus lockdown restrictions lifted for the hard hit hospitality sector with pubs being allowed to reopen with outside service only and from the 17th of May inside and outside service allowed and by June 21st more or less back to normality so with this in mind my twin brother Stephen and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre and visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, we headed to Concert Square and managed to get a table outside SOHO were we track and traced, a very pleasant member of the staff took our order of a beer each, we just kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar. My beer was good ,a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste, on a hot afternoon it was just so good to be out and about again enjoying a delicious cold beer and to be honest socialising again albeit socially distanced and after 14 weeks of lockdown it was fantastic getting back to some semblance of normality. We loved the laid back atmosphere here ,ended up staying for another pint of beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. SOHO is easy to locate on Concert Square, a square and area teeming with pubs and bars. A wonderful bar, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Was at this bar on the 25.04.21 and 02.05.21 now on the 25.04.21 was charged £11.50 for a pint of guinness and a double pink G+T now on the 02.05.21 same drinks £11.70 which I let slide but because the server's think you have had a few, they now charge you £12.30 when I pulled the waitress up she said something under her mask which I couldn't hear. Asked the other girl who agreed I was right and said she would sort it out. Now I know it's only 60p but if this happens to 10 people it's £6.00 but I wasn't offered my money back. I will be reporting this to the correct people who will be visiting this bar.

Paid £13 for a pint and a cocktail. Both tasted heavily watered down and were disgusting. Left the drinks won't be returning

Visited during reopening after lockdown. Great service. Staff really made an effort to keep up considering how busy it was. Highly recommended

Oh my goodness!! Dorota is genuinely such an amazing woman, she must be a treasured member of staff, and honestly, I believe this girl needs a raise. Regardless of whether it's policy or not, this woman needs extra money because she had such good customer service and she just made us feel so happy and comfortable. Me and my friends would happily come back to this bar due to Dorota and therefore I hope she gets a good tip from management. I'm being genuine here, WE WANT DOROTA FOR MANAGER. Took 15 minutes to take our order and another 10 to deliver it - a full 25 minutes between taking a seat and the first sip of a drink.No wine whatsoever and the only cider was small cans of kiwi cider. Two of those and two pints of lager: £18. Presumably these robbers were wearing masks long before covid made them necessary.

Me and two friends were going out for a few drinks and my friend had called Soho asking if they had any offers on drinks. The woman rudely and bluntly told her to look them up herself online, even when my friend asked if she could just quickly let us know, she put her on hold only to tell her "look it up online." We got there and my friend asked about whether the cocktails are gluten free, she has an auto-immune disease and knows ingredients per cocktail can vary from place to place so wants to be sure. The woman who served us was so rude saying she didn't know, refusing to have a look for her like other people have done in places we went to earlier that day. She then said how my friend should have 'done her research" and looked up cocktails before coming here which was so disrespectful and made me want to leave then and there. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. We had paid in advance for a bottle of wine, only for someone to come up to us and tell us that they didn't have wine and they'll give us 3/4 of a bottle of rose (that had already been opened) and one shot of tequila as a replacement. The fact that we had paid full price for something that they didn't have in stock is ridiculous enough as it is, but was even worse being served 3/4 of a bottle of rose which had already been opened...during a pandemic! You could tell the rose had already been opened as well as it was very poor quality. We weren't offered any refund for the out of stock wine we'd paid for as if this was actually a suitable alternative?Wouldn't come again.

It's safe to say at the moment that places such as Concert Square are pretty depressing square's to visit at the moment, everywhere shut down due to the pandemic but with the great success of the vaccines and over 24 million people having had the jab the future is looking good again,Prime Minister Boris laid out the roadmap out of the pandemic with pubs being allowed to reopen on the 12th of April with outside service only and from the 17th of May inside and outside service allowed and by June 21st more or less back to normality so it will be great to visit great bars such as Soho on Concert Square. A great looking bar ,nice decor and furnishings but most importantly a huge outside seating area, I personally think this bar will reopen on the 12th of April as will every pub and bar on Concert Square, it will be so good sitting outside Soho enjoying a cold beer ,watching the world go by and getting back to a semblance of normality, a great bar,most definitely well worth checking out when the 3rd and final lockdown is lifted.

We went out saturday 1st time out in a while they have decided to open in tier 2 and serve basic food which was fine. What wasnt ok the price hike in drinks and rude staff standing around while you are waiting to be served. £24 ,for a pitcher of corrs light and 1 cocktail it used to be £12 for a pitcher total rip off ordered hop house they had run out told they had carling or corrs light so ordered carling then they had run out of carling. If your going to open and charged these high prices at least have enough stock. Will never go there again.

So this is my first experience working here there has been a pheominal customer service staff really friendly and welcoming and also attentive. I would like to mention three members of staff nikita and James and danke.thank you so much for a amazing service.

I came to soho on Friday night with my boyfriend and instantly the lad on the Door nathen was lovely he sat us to our seats inside and made sure we had a lovely night, rest of the staff where amazing.

Lad called lan on shisha was dead sound, bouncers were sound too, lad called Alex(manager) was very hands on and aggressive and didnt listen just kicked straight out. Customer service very bad and very disappointing. Rest of staff all kind and curteous bar “Alex”

Hay excusa: Aparentemente estábamos caminando con una botella de alcohol pero ni siquiera compramos una botella. También había otro hombre que era africano, nunca lo dejaron pasar porque estaba solo. No estaba borracho ni nada. También vimos muchas mesas vacías. Vinimos desde Newcastle para divertirnos en soho, ¡pero la seguridad arruinó nuestra noche!

Nancy was amazing so lovely made us feel so comfortable and deffo my favourite person to serve us. Soho outside is extremely relaxed and the atmosphere is great would definitely recommend.

Took a while to be seated bu that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was the fact we sat for over an hour waiting for a drink after asking 2/3 times if anyone was free to serve us every time said they’ll send someone over now. That never came. Only had one drink there the whole night.

STAFF ARE SO NICE AND HELPFUL. Especially Connah and Nathan who really stood out and made our stay with the friends very comfortable and enjoyable. They had time to have a chat even though I was maybe slightly drunk? good drinks and really easy to order via the app and is very easy and convenient. Strawberry woo woo was a good drink

Visited with my husband whilst on a day out and thought Soho looked like a fun space for a drink. We got a table quick enough but there were only 2 members of staff taking orders and it took us over half an hour to get served and get our drinks. Whilst waiting we managed to grab the shisha guy and order a shisha pipe to our table which was super fun and the cocktails were nice enough. There was a definite party atmosphere that felt like a weekend even though it was midweek and the music was turned up which encouraged some definite lack in social distancing between some tables of younger people. More staff did come on shift to serve after a while and it got a touch quieter so service did improve and overall we did enjoy our time at Soho. We would probably come again if visiting the area.

Had an amazing visit for a weekday and had an absolute blast, even without the dancing it was one to remember! Had great customer service by the Male waiter; (Ben (The Sunglasses)) and his lovely attitude and organisation with leading us through everything step by step whilst making us all laugh at the same time! it made us feel so much more at ease with the current situation and made us feel very welcome which is the highlight of our night! Also his care with hygiene and use of the sanitation equipment was nice to see being used As he was the one I noticed using it more often than the rest! Very professional young man! Thought I was being served by a manager, nevermind a waiter with how on top of everything he was!Would totally recommend coming to this establishment and meeting their staff! A great nightout and has an amazing atmosphere! Bonus the drinks taste amazing too!

Trip to liverpool, came to concert Sq. (Soho) and Sydney was lovely, only bad point was we couldn't tip her by card. Fab service by her (soho)

You can spend all night here enjoying a range of drinks and cocktails and the best atmosphere. The server with the blue hair (I believe her name was Caitlin) went above and beyond to ensure our gins were extra! Held a conversion when she came over and made our visit welcomed. Would definitely recommend when you’re out in concert square or even Liverpool for that matter!

I visited soho last night to celebrate my friends birthday, although it’s not normally my go to bar I had a pleasant experience. There were a lot of us (maybe 20+) and the staff did their best to keep all our tables close to one another - due to COVID guidelines no more than 6 in a group on a table. They collectively made my first night out post lock down an enjoyable experience. My only negative is you can’t tip them on card and during the current climate I’ve stopped using cash so I promised a great review as a way of showing my gratitude! I can’t imagine controlling all these drunk people on limited staff to be the best working environment at the moment, and considering that they’re still all super friendly. Thankyou to the staff for making my friends birthday a special one. Also when you visit, try the original gin in a tin- no ones buying it apparently and it’s amaZing you’re missing out.

Paid £8.50 for a crap mojito. The place is terribly understaffed so service was extremely slow. Wouldn’t recommend going.

Soho in Liverpool seems to have the same policy as soho bar in London, which I have been to both places in the past and had no issues, but then the second time I go I get refusing entry on a policy the owner has set no one on there own is allowed access. This to me is discrimination against single people, the bouncer can’t give me any details or reason why they have this policy only that the owner has set it. I will be sending an foi request to both soho in London and in Liverpool requesting clarity on this policy. Which I will then publish.

I was walking through on Saturday night first time being in Liverpool when a young lady was promoting this bar, she was so kind, pleasant and even told us the correct way back to our hotel after us being in the bar. I didn't catch her name but when we come back to Liverpool I will be coming back this bar.

Mi hermano gemelo Stephen y yo estábamos deambulando por esta parte de Liverpool y decidimos visitar Soho y lo pasamos muy bien.Este bar está en Concert Square, es un bar bastante grande, el interior está bien, una bonita decoración y mobiliario que incluye un moderno bar que domina la sala principal, una sección de DJ, pantallas grandes y bastantes opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este bar. por dentro y por fuera en el patio muy impresionante.Estuvimos aquí un lunes por la tarde, recibidos calurosamente por un miembro del personal muy agradable que nos sirvió una cerveza cada uno, simplemente nos relajamos y tomamos el gran bar en el que estábamos.Mi cerveza era realmente buena, una cerveza ligera, lupulada y sin pretensiones, llena de sabor, muy fácil de beber, servida fría y chispeante, era justo lo que necesitábamos para calmar la sed.Realmente disfrutamos nuestras cervezas aquí antes de seguir adelante y, como en cualquier otra visita aquí, lo pasamos muy bien.Soho es fácil de ubicar en Concert Square, una plaza y área repleta de pubs, bares y restaurantes.Los horarios de apertura son;De lunes a jueves, de 4 p.m. a 3 a.m.Viernes y sábado, mediodía hasta las 3 a.m.Domingo, 4 pm hasta las 3 am.Vale la pena echarle un vistazo si estás en la zona.

Great bar to people watch - right in the heart of Concenrt Square. Great mid week but does get busy at weekends with large groups. Fab outdoor seating to people watch. 10 mins stroll from centre of Liverpool One are or Cavern walks area

While the set up is quite cool and unique the staff are asssssholes. Sat there drinking and smoking shushed for a couple of hours I needed the toilet. We were refused entry to the toilets because we had trainers on. This avoilation of human rights in my mind and when I challenged the staff about where to go they just said “Don’t know, find somewhere”. They so lucky I never I never just went back to my table and pissed on the floor. Disgusting place and one to avoid.

Utter disappointment of this place. We were told to come here by sales staff and then refused by woman beside bar, saying ‘manager’ can’t serve us. Mentioning we couldn’t sit outside whilst wearing shorts. We live round the corner so I nearly went home to get changed but feel as it’s a heatwave it defies the point. Place needs to shutdown and get a properly managed bar in its place. Great bars in surrounding area, Coyote Ugly, Weatherspoon’s, McCooleys, modo. Soho bar just puts shame to Concert Square for its ulterior motives of declining customers.

Gran lugar, gran ambiente y excelente ubicación. Llevado a nuestros asientos por una amigable y servicial camarera. Habría recomendado este lugar hasta que intenté usar el inodoro donde me encontré con el personal de la puerta abusivo, grosero y fuera de lugar. Búsqueda de cuerpo completo, manos en los bolsillos, agresivo y grosero solo para ir al baño, muy decepcionante. Estaba tan conmocionado por el nivel de abuso y agresión que decidí abandonar el lugar con mi esposa y amigos e ir a un lugar donde aprecian a los clientes que pagan respetuosamente. Nunca volvería a ir bajo ninguna circunstancia, definitivamente evitaría, muchos más lugares para ir a donde lo traten como un cliente respetado, valioso y que paga. ¡Muy decepcionante!

Overly aggressive bouncers who play by their own rules. If you manage to get past these gremlins inside the place isn't much better slow service at the bar, poor atmosphere compared to other places on the square for a Friday night. No one wonder this place has so many poor reviews on here.

I visited here a few months ago with my boyfriend and had a good time. I returned to Liverpool this weekend with a small group of girls for a friends 18th birthday and recommended that we return here.

Had a terrible experience at this bar. My husband and I have travelled all over the world and I have never been spoken to as rudely as I did this evening by a young ‘barman’ who gave his name as Jack. Wouldn’t take an order as he was ‘too busy’ refused to send another member of staff over (we asked politely if there was anyone else who could help us) waited half an hour and when we reminded him we still hadn’t been served proceeded to be incredibly rude and abusive (because we had politely complained about the service) we told him that we were offended by his attitude, he swore repeatedly and told us to leave, we were happy to! Awful, such a shame as a great location!

This place needs closing down!!! Staff are terrible and very rude! I wish i could give no stars, they don’t deserve it!! Minus 5 stars would be more appropriate!! Manager and assistant manager are a disgrace!! Never seen so many one star reviews on trip advisor!!!

We choose to go there for a drink because the location. However, there are many better alternatives.We had to wait a lot before someone to take the order, then they came to collect the money and only while one very un-experimented teller was taking the payments, the drinks arrived. On top of this, the music was too loud to allow a conversation.

I’m writing this review fully well knowing it won’t do anything to stop people from going to such a central spot but I want to let everyone who goes there to know their money is going towards homophobia and the worst kind of pathetic liars, the kind that lies in your face when you both know they’re lying. The incident happened on the Saturday night Liverpool won the Champions League. I went out to celebrate with friends who were very drunk. One of them, plastered off his face, wanted to go to this place on concert square, so we queued. I didn’t even want to go. The men of the group lined up and me with a female and a male friend were behind them. The three of us only had a couple of pints between us and were perfectly sober, chatting and having a laugh. We were probably the calmest people on concert square at that point. Then, the uglier version of Sylvester Stallone they had for a bouncer, called me up from the back of the queue. I hadn’t even made eye contact with him and I had no idea why he called me up front. I tried to find my ID in my pocket thinking that’s what he wanted when he said he didn’t like the way I was dressed so I couldn’t get in. I was wearing a striped shirt, chinos, clean white shoes and a leather jacket and was probably better dressed than anybody in that dump. Everybody was wearing Liverpool shirts, jeans and trainers. At that point we left, not giving it much thought, when my male friend said to wait for all our drunk friends who had been allowed in! I started fuming, having realised why I was not let in. Being a lesbian that doesn’t look like your traditional feminine girl, this has happened to me before. While waiting for the others I started thinking whether I should go say something. Ten minutes later we decided to go and look at what sort of people they were letting in. We did and as expected they were letting in people much drunker and worse dressed than me, only they all looked straight. I started asking the doorman why he’s letting them all in and of course him and the other staff start accusing me of being drunk. I started calling them out for the homophobes they truly are when the manager, Will Richings, came. Of course, he just wanted to get rid of us and he said he would look at CCTV and email me on Monday. He didn’t offer me his email, I asked for it, strongly suspecting he wouldn’t email me first. A week and two emails later he responds, and says that the CCTV, conveniently, did not capture our original queueing but it did capture us going back to complain. And get this, apparently through the grainy CCTV, when I went back to complain, Will, or should I say Sherlock, could read my lips and I was saying to my friend “how am I too drunk”!! Obviously yes, when you’re the victim of discrimination that’s what you do. You go and queue again to get in the place that discriminated against you, so that the genius detective manager, instead of reading the accusations of homophobia on your lips can read a very convenient confession of drunkenness. I’ve already written a full essay so I won’t make this much longer. If you care even the least bit about homophobia and treating everyone with respect, and if you abhor pathetic liars, tell everyone and their auntie to never step a foot in this place. It’s everywhere in the news how homophobic incidents have gone up and this place contributes to this culture of homophobia and will lie through their teeth to blame the victims. Will Richings, you’re a pathetic liar and I hope your whole family is ashamed of you.

Great bar, good prices in the afternoon with happy hour and cheap cocktails. Yesterday was sunny and the perfect afternoon to sit outside and have a few drinks. Staff on patrol all the time checking if you have drinks or need refills.

Good drinks and good service outside in the seating area on a particularly busy day. Couldn't fault it. Will go again.

Went on a busy Saturday. Atmosphere outside was great, busy with good music.

Mi esposa y yo fuimos a Soho Liverpool el domingo 5 de mayo de 2019. En primer lugar, tanto yo como mi esposa fuimos al bar y en ambas ocasiones el tipo de personal del bar nos cambió. Nuestras 2 bebidas llegaron a 11. 90 y el personal del bar solo dicen "no tenemos 10 p's". Entonces mi cerveza era plana y sabía algo más. Luego, para rematar su publicidad como bar deportivo, vi la primera mitad de un partido de fútbol y luego cambiaron de canal a la mitad, así que tuve que irme para ver la segunda parte en otro lugar.

Cuando intentaba pedir bebidas, un barman grosero con cabello castaño y barba de jengibre me hizo esperar 25 minutos, sirviéndome a todos a la izquierda y a la derecha y evitándome a propósito. Esperaba pacientemente, sin problemas, hasta que presenté una queja y él actuó de una manera muy inmadura, desagradable y poco profesional. Él no debería estar trabajando en el servicio al cliente.

Siempre visitamos diferentes lugares cuando visitamos la plaza de conciertos y este es uno de ellos. Ofrecen servicio de mesa si te sientas afuera y usualmente hay alguien caminando alrededor que puede llamar la atención. No estoy seguro de si está disponible por la noche ya que el área se llena de gente. ¿Dejaré las tardes a los más jóvenes?

Could drink outside but was not allowed to use the bathroom due to being solo, seems to be an issue with non Liverpool residents.

Had been here a few years ago and had had a good time, so was in back of my mind to visit again. I was in Liverpool for work and staying on my own, and as the bar was near my hotel, I decided to have a nightcap here. I was told by the bouncer that I couldn't come in "because I was on my own", but could order at the outside bar, which I did. Later when I tried to use the bathroom, I was refused entry again, even when I suggested one of the bouncers came with me to make sure I didn't go in. It didn't help it was absolutely chucking it down with rain and difficult to avoid dripping water from the roof!

Me and my boyfriend tried to get in here and they said no to my boyfriend because he was wearing Hugo boss. We went someone else and swapped tops and they let me in with the Hugo boss tshirt and my boyfriend wearing my plain white tshirt. They said they wouldn’t let him in because boys who wear Hugo boss apparently sell drugs, my boyfriend definitely does not sell drugs. Security guards were very aggressive and taking pictures for there fun after asking them to stop. Very rude security guards.

Soho is a boss bar to start the night of at good music & brilliant atmosphere and even better staff.

Chloe ( blonde Irish one ) was an absolute gem be fair, polite, friendly and chatty would definitely come back again.

Came to liverpool for a day out and visited soho for some drinks. We were served with a welcoming smile and good chat from Chloe on the bar (who poors a wonderful guiness). would recommend to any visitors inside or outside the city

Cocktails are great. Reasonably priced. Staff are so poliye and welcoming. Definitely a place I'd go again.
