Unfortunately they keep running out of bacon by midday 😕

Went here early monday morning before work, young girl with blonde hair was very accommodating. I think I have seen her at the other stores in cheltenham is is always lovely too me. Great coffee and great conversation thankyou again :)

My husband & I visited this place last week. I was using my tastecard & found this place but didn't realize it was inside a shopping centre so found it very hot. The place was fine not the most comfy seats but drinks were good but didn't stay long as we got too hot. We later found there was another SOHO coffee just round the corner with outdoor seating.

Popped in on a busy Saturday afternoon because Stu who works here is always so friendly and welcoming, with exceptional customer service skills. Tried the new hot Pink Drink, Stu served it with a smile and friendly chat. Will definitely visit here again.

We were here for only an hour or so, but I distinctly remember this place as the staff was so helpful. One of the guys went out of his way to come to our table to check what type of milk we wanted for the drink we ordered (we didn’t really think we could choose). He proceeded to list a list of different milks! Extremely professional and polite - hope to visit again! Thank you!

Went in at 4:25 bought a £4 sandwich and I asked for a napkin because I had spilled a drink on myself I asked if I could have one more and he gave me a second single napkin and he did and said no more ok? Like what? IV just purchased something to eat and I cant have more than two napkins ? Is their a napkin shortage here? Rude

Came in with my Nan and all the staff were super lovely and got our drinks and food to us very fast, would definitely come again! The cakes were lovely!

Called in today with granddaughter coffee and hot chocolate and toasted sandwiche, finished drinks and still waiting for toasted sandwiche, male assistant passed the table and apologies for the wait, but didn't say how long, sandwiched big lump of cheese and barely warm granddaughter did not eat it hot chocolate lumps of cocoa at the bottom of the cup, very poor service with 3 members of staff behind the counter doing nothing but chatting

Service normally good here, but lady was slightly more concerned about getting off for her lunch than giving good service. No sooner had our order been taken, than her coat was on and she was off. The second lady making the coffees was much better.

Went in today to buy a sandwich for lunch . Only to open it and found it stale and out of date! Obviously didn't take of the out of date stock the night before... I have tried phoning but engaged tone all the time. Not good

Lovely drink shame about the assistant leaning on the counter while serving me. Rubbing her nose all the time then eating while bringing our drinks to the table and talking to us with a mouthful of food. Then while she had her break the assistant who took over was also rubbing her nose and picking her nails.

Unassuming cafe with some of the best service I've experienced. Intelligent, attentive and sympathetic to individual needs. I honestly can't remember what the products, prices or environment were like because I was so distracted by such exceptional service.....

Lovely friendly, thoughtful staff, breakfast menu served at lunchtime with a delicious butty. Nice seating and atmosphere, thanks. Comfortable seating and a nice selection of prepacked sandwiches and drinks.

Small little cafe with limited seating. Very good prices on drinks and food. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Good social distancing measures are in place here. Very clean and tidy.

In what is an optimised space in the first place did not appreciate management holding a meeting in the best of the public use areas at the expense of the customer. Well done for putting your customer first.

Bashed the fruit bag on the floor to open it, didnt see staff wash hands after. Communication wasnt brilliant, neither was drink. Took a long time make a strawberry and vanilla milkshake. £3.45, you would expect a lot more.

Friendly service, tasty but overpriced lunch snacks. Nowhere to recycle plastics/paper. Shocking!!

Soho es una visita ocasional para mí, pero después de hoy me resisto a volver. Con solo 1 persona frente a mí en la fila, me tomó más de 10 minutos recibir mi bebida (plátano, leche y hielo ... ¿qué tan difícil puede ser?). 1 niña, que obviamente estaba luchando / nueva. Con una dama se sentó la espalda no ayudando. ¿Con un niño limpiando el inodoro, entrando y saliendo de la zona de asientos con un émbolo en la mano? Incluso cuando le pregunté a otro miembro del personal si podían echar una mano, nada sucedió. Entonces no hay tazas para los batidos disponibles, informados al final, de modo que se vierten en una taza de café, que es más pequeña y, por lo tanto, habiendo esperado las edades, recibí menos de lo que pagué. Experiencia realmente realmente horrible en general.

Service was good but had better Panini previously I think they forgot the BBQ sauce

I have decided to visit SOHO to try their milkshakes. It was worth it especially in such sunny day as it was😁 The milkshake was really tasty and enjoyable.

Dreadful girl was so rude..never been spoken to like that before. She had overcharged me and I asked for my money back. .she should be sacked..Regent Archade cheltenham.one of the women in charge was going to meet me about this dreadfull service. .she cancelled saying she would see me another time weeks now not heard a thing..never go to soho again..a woman called wendy was going to meet me to sort this mess out how this girl was with me..but yea as I expected never came back to me..

Ayer disfruté de un merecido café americano. Se servía a la temperatura perfecta, no demasiado caliente o demasiado tibia. Además era una fuerza audaz y sabrosa y muy sabrosa. El personal era atento y amable.

Nice coffee, poor girl accidentally threw coffee over my husband, was so apologetic and mortified but quickly got things cleaned up and offered a free cake as an apology. We will go back

Service could have been more cheerful and coffee tasted odd...usually a good service and good coffee...must have been an off day for soho?

Sit down coffee place using disposable cups. Not so good for the planet.

Estábamos visitando Cheltenham y solo queríamos una bebida para calentarse. Tomamos café y nos pareció que estaba bien caliente y de buena calidad, sabía muy bien.

A handy place to stop in Regent Arcade if you want to pick up some lunch and a drink and it is good to support the independents, all be it an independent with quite a few branches. Thank you!

Coffee was like warm. Food prices for takeaway is in big writing and the eat in is so small you can’t read it. No compromise. What should have been £3.95 was £4.70. Swizz. Never again.

Nicely located near the shopping area of cheltenham. Fresh coffee and you can get hot jacket potatoes with beans. I liked the sandwiches selection as well was suitable for all the family.

Staff were polite. Cake display set out really nice. I had a Almond milk Green tea latte which had bits at the bottom but this is because matcha powder is so fine that it is prone to clumping together. Would suggest maybe spending a minute or so mixing it into a paste then steam it in the milk. The presentation though was spot on. Milk texture was great, nice rosetta on top and apart from the bits at the bottom of the cup it tasted amazing. The shop was clean and the staff were proactive at cleaning tables. I liked the table service idea as well instead of shouting out someone's drink like other chains do. I went on the 30th Dec 2017 at 2pm and there were 2 ladies working. Definitely think management should give them a pat on the back for a high standard of drinks especially during such a busy period.

Soho coffee is still the best in town! Perfect latte!!! Congrats Jasmine (she is a star), Vicky and Emma!!! My love lasts forever!
