Besides terrible customer service food was ok coffee not terrible too. Atleast short barista was completely unprofessional and rude.

The coffee at this place is first rate. Never going back to Costa. Elizabeth is a cheery soul and made us feel very welcome. Great atmosphere too and the staff clearly get on well.

- Very disinterested unprofessional service - very poor flat white if that is what it was supposed to be. Scalding hot and tasteless. - Avoid if you want anything to do with coffee.

Grabbed myself a bacon roll and tea, at Bristol Airport, this morning. Tea was fine, my bacon roll was inedible, clearly reheated in plastic bag, hot soggy roll and barely warm bacon. It was disgusting, thrown away after one bite. I wouldn't bother, it's expensive and fails to meet any sort of exceptable standard.

This used to be a lovely independent little cafe, now Soho Coffee , which is fine , what is not is the small Female Asian member of staff who is quite honestly the rudest and most miserable ever ! I live local & popped in early for a coffee with my Dog who I left outside, I ordered my Coffee she didn’t acknowledge me or even look at me whilst ordering, once I got my coffee I asked if she could wipe the seat over outside as it had been raining, I went outside and began untying my dog after putting my coffee down , she began waving and gesturing at me through the window with some blue paper towel i.e wipe it yourself ! , she then noticed the dog and came out and wiped it in a very angry and rough attitude! Incredibly rude ! I’m all for change but not change that goes backwards and forgets the fundamentals of hospitality especially in these lean times I.e smile and be pleasant! which costs nothing.

I’m sure this is a great place. It certainly serves great coffee. But why, since it’s a legal requirement, do they not have toilets for their customers? I’m surprised they’re allowed to trade.

As an activist with Extinction Rebellion even the most ardent of protestors have to break for a coffee now and again! Met up with my daughter and enjoyed great coffee and a brownie!!! Service was good too!!

I go at least twice a week to the Holborn branch for lunch as I work nearby, the young woman who makes the food is so rude it's unbelievable, she makes mistakes with the orders then she blames the customers for not knowing what they want. She was so annoyed that she almost put nothing on my plate (see picture) - I normally have bigger portions, I was still starving when I left. I took one of my colleagues there last week and he was shocked by her rude manners, it's always the person that makes the food. The rest of the staff is quite nice and polite though they should make an effort on tidying up the place, plates stay far too long on tables. I have decided not to go there anymore, so many other choices in Holborn.

Very nice lunch we both had Pulled Pork Brioche and sticky toffee latte Had several breakfast here when in the city on business today was pleasure with the wife Friendly staff quick service Good access for disabled as well One down side only one toilet so may need to be patient

I work at Selfridges and this cafe has been my favourite place to get my food for my quick breaks. Sadly, the staff attitude ruins it pretty much every time. As someone with 6 years of experience in waitressing, I sympathise and understand that is not an easy job, but the fact that the two girls behind the counter started rolling their eyes at each other (by the look of one of them to the sandwich machine, I’m guessing they were pissed about the time I got in but it was 5.30 and place closes at 7) when they thought I wasn’t looking just doesn’t look any good, no matter how tired or miserable you are at your workplace. The result is that they didn’t use the grill they always make sandwiches with but the faster one so my sandwich was completely cold on the inside. I won’t be back after today.

Came here after walking for hours for a well deserved rest and refuelling. Friend had macha tea and I a chai latte. Both were great (although mine better, according to my friend). Immediatly got a card from this chain and whenever we passed one, we had our drinks. Great and fast.

Heb hier een cappucino gedronken en die was prima qua smaak, de rest van mijn gezelschap was ook tevreden met wat ze hadden besteld.

For a quick affordable bite, choose SOHO! We had breakfast a couple of times at SOHO. A wide variety of sandwiches to choose from.

I have to agree with Adam O...an abject and cynical disregard for the environment. We went in and ordered 2 full English breakfasts. We sat and waited and I was horrified to see the breakfast arrive in polystyrene trays with plastic knife and fork! Un-effing believable! By the way, the food was very average and filled out with 2 ordinary sausages and lots of beans, a pathetic attempt to disguise the lack of bacon and egg. I will not return to this cost cutting, eco-unfriendly place. SHAME ON YOU, SHAME!

I visited today the Wingmore Street shop for a latte, and frankly it was less than avrrage - for a place putting 'coffee' in its name!! The staff is friendly though. I have not tried the food, so cannot comment on same. I don't think I will come again for a coffee....

There's no much you need from a decent cafe.But sadly Soho coffee fails on most fronts. The staff at the counter seemed rather unsure about what they were doing, while the Flat White was a bit on the tasteless side. My cheese and ham toastie was great, but that was as good as it got. I couldn't get on to the wifi, and then there were no loos. I won't be coming here again.
