Atmosphere very nice and very quick service.

Ambience with great quality specially food is amazing.staff is very attentive,chef done great balance in flavour..100% recommend.

We ordered Ghafghazi, Joojeh and Koobideh and koobideh was my favourite by far👌🏻maybe I can say it was the best Koobideh I ever tried in London!!!

Positives: - Food was good, recommend the 'soltani' which are the grilled lamb skewers - Friendly and efficient waiters - Modern interior - Came on a Saturday night which was not super busy Negetives: - you may want to keep away from the tables near the oven at the front as it can get quite hot. But we were able to move to another table. Would recommend if you are in the area and want to have some Persian food.

Normally chicken shish wrap was fine but I ordered a large menu for 5 people . Whilst chicken shish and lamb shish was fine. The lamb chops were really bad… it was hard tough and tasted like old lamb. Was really disappointed.

I was quite disappointed by the service I received when I found a piece of metal in the lamb kebab. I pointed this out to the server and initially he tried to convince me that it was the foil that the meat was cooked in. After explaining to him that the metal was hard so could not be foil, he dismissively said he would give us a 10% discount on the meal and walked away. Although I appreciate the fact that they offered a price reduction, I found it concerning that they did not seem to care that a random piece of metal was found in their food. I would hope that they go on to investigate how this could have happened, as it can be a safety and hygiene issue.

Very good food, service and lovely venue

Me and my family we went to sofreh restaurant on Friday night and we ordered kobideh, jooje, baghali polo with lamb shank and sofreh special for four people. Food was delicious and we had a great time in there. Great atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

It's by far the best Iranian restaurant in terms of price, quality of the food, and the service you receive. I had my birthday party there with my friends, and we all enjoyed it a lot. All my friends were very happy with the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the excellent service they experienced during my birthday celebration.

Firstly the restaurant staff was very disrespectful and rude to my family and then after that once the starters came in there was 3 strands of hair in my humous, after that when the main course came the food was very cold and no flavour to it and it was a very bland texture. After that about 15 minutes later I saw one of the restaurant staff drinking alcohol. Not only this restaurant has terrible food they also have drunk staff on the job. Then my son was very disgusted and disturbed when they were playing loud music in the restaurant I told the manager to kindly lower the music down. He then shouted no at me and said either eat or get out. I do not recommend coming here this was a utterly inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour from staff and the restaurant.

First time trying Sofreh, the portions were generous and the food was delicious. The lamb skewers were super tender, and the vine leave rolls and KASHK B ADEMJAN with fresh garlic bread were all amazing. Can't wait to come back!

It was the first time we came to this restaurant, the food was excellent and the environment of the restaurant was very clean, it was our best experience from an Iranian restaurant and we also enjoyed the food it was really delicious.

Well situated on New Malden high street, modern interior, attentive service and interesting menu if you are unfamiliar with Persian cooking. No alcohol served. Enjoyed a very pleasant family get together, relaxing low volume music.

I had an unexpected stop after a health appointment and was really heartened to have found my new favourite Persian restaurant. Beautifully cooked and marinated joojeh kebab, with saffron rice and a flavoursome salad. Highly recommend.

The food here is excellent, fresh, delicious and full of flavour. Fluffy rice, freshly made bread in front of you, fresh salad and juicy marinated meat. Would like to try more of the menu as there are some interesting dishes to sample. The service is excellent. Highly recommend!!

We had a small house party and placed an order for 12 people, we ordered 3 mixed platters and starters. The food was packed perfectly and absolutely delicious. The Fesenjan tasted great. I absolutely recommend it. I also enjoyed the chilli King prawns. It wasn't too spicy to eat. I think it would be good with garlic bread.

This is a very nice lunchtime surprise. The lamb and chicken are excellently cooked. They are tender, succulent and well marinated. The meat's taste is well balanced with spice. Rice is wonderful. Mint tea should be the best choice. You can taste mint blending in well with tea.

Sofreh is amazing! The food is so tasty and cooked to perfection - not burnt like some other places. The staff are super friendly and really look after you. If you want great Persian food in London, this is the spot. Definitely worth checking out!

I had always seen this place on my google search but finally got the chance to experience it. The food turned out to be much better than I expected actually one of the best Iranian food I ever had, btw I am Iranian as well. The service was also good and people were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, we don't have any Persian restaurants in East London, and I really enjoy Turkish cuisine. So I gave this a try and was blown away by the food. I got the two minced kebabs with the saffron rice, and it was so flavourful and juicy that I couldn't stop eating. I highly recommend it.

Good fresh food but can of drinks cost 3.30 which is too much. Always nice to eat here but please reduce the price

Such a lovely restaurant and very clean qirt a polite host. We ordered bread hummus,calamari and a sofra special mixed grill for 4 which is a lot of meat comfortably enough for 3 adults and 2 older kids with some left over. Been to lots of persian restaurant and this is definitely one of my faves. Highly recommend

Visited this stylish restaurant in New Malden where we were served a platter of kebabs, tasty rice with fresh salad and freshly baked bread from tanoor. We took our own wine there. Simply delightful in a modern setting. You will love it.

Really thankful to the Sofreh Team for hosting a great work lunch event for my team. 13 of us attended, we were looked after well, and the food came out nicely presented and tasted great! The lamb dishes we had were cooked to perfection, and the freshly baked naan in particular is the best i’ve had in a long time! Will be sure to visit and order again soon!

New Malden has some excellent restaurants. Today we tried out this Persian restaurant. It's well worth a visit. Visually it looks fab and tastes fab too.

They even delivered food to my home, which is outside their usual delivery zone. This level of care and commitment is rare and truly appreciated. Food was really good. I was however, disappointed that they are not licensed to sell alcohol as I was looking forward to having a beer with the food but the food was good anyway.

Had food here four times of which once was a takeaway. My southeast Asian parents loved this the most out of all the restaurants they went to when they came to London. My Persian husband and his family also said it’s really good and authentic.

This one of the best Iranian restaurants I've ever eaten in. The food is always consistent and the service really good. The prices are also unbeatable for the portions they provide.

We have eaten here on many occasions. The food is exceptional and the quality of meat and the ingredients are superb. Portions are generous and the service is very good. The staff are very accommodating and responsive. Service with a smile makes all the difference. This restaurant is an asset to New Malden and it’s a great alternative to the chains / Asian restaurants.

Ordered through a third party website but these guys got the time wrong and made the food two hours earlier than they should have. Worst part? They didn't accept responsibility and blamed it on the their third party partner. In the end, we got given a re-heated dish at a hefty price and was told to order directly from then on. Not recommended at all. In fact, I already dissuaded plenty of people from buying food here.

Truly authentic Persian experience! Lovley juicy koobideh and properly marinated baby chicken on the bone. Great starters and portion sizes with fresh bread from the tanoor! Very nice attentive staff. What more can you ask for?!
