I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The service was exceptional, especially from our waitress Liz, who was attentive and friendly. The location is also perfect, adding to the overall charm of the dining experience. Highly recommended!

Well appointed brunch restaurant. Our server, Katie, was great. I ordered the extra spicy bloody mary which was a bit on the sweet side for my palate. I ordered the angus Benedict which was good, though the steak was well done and not the medium rare as described on the menu. Overall a good spot to get a quick and tasty brunch.

Lovely brunch at Society. We were walking ins at about 11am on a Sunday, only had to wait 5 mins to get seated. We had the shakshukka and granola bowl, both excellent. Sanaz was our server and she was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond

It's not the fault of their brews and coffee, but the service is a little slow because they were crowded with people, even though there was no waiting line at the time and it was almost 1:30 pm and they were still serving breakfast.

Very tasty food in a great, albeit cozy, atmosphere! We came here on a Saturday and got a table straight away without waiting. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

I visited this place just last week. We had eggs benedict and a French toast. They were both delicious, the portions were big and staff was welcoming and kind. I definitely recommend it!

Wow! Completely blown away with this restaurant! Bit of a queue to get in but they got us in quickly. We were treated so well and the food was incredible. Liz was so helpful and made fantastic recommendations. Delicious! Thank you 🤩

It's really expensive, but also good. The girls and boys who work there are nice and helpful, as well as quick and attentive to everything. Despite the price, perhaps it is there for a special occasion

I had an amazing experience at this bistro. I ordered Eggs Benedict and coffee, and the food came out quickly. The Eggs Benedict was incredibly rich in flavor, and the coffee was delicious too. The staff were very friendly, and my table server, Liz, consistently looked after me and the other guests. While I wouldn’t call it the best meal I’ve ever had, it was a very welcoming and friendly bistro.

The service at this place was fantastic, and so was the Shakshouka. Thanks Liz!

I loved the food and our server Sanaz was really nice and the service was fast. I loved the orange juice and the hot chocolate with whipped cream!🥰 my Bavette steak baguette was really nice and loved the ambiance in the restaurant! My friend had a Mediterranean morning and the halloumi was great and the only thing she didn’t like was the sausage, but that is a matter of taste. It was quit expensive, but the service, the food and the ambiance really pulled that straight! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is going to Edinburgh

Such a handy spot to meet up! Just had second time of delicious food - Green Goddess right up my street as a vegan - steak sandwich and eggs florentine for the others - and the place is buzzing! (Slightly too noisy for me - must be showing my age!). Sensible to book as this time they only just squeezed us in when we rocked up on spec. Recommended

A struggle to find anywhere open in the early morning, and what a find this was. Great service from Sanaz when we arrived at the door, with great suggestions on what to order. The food came quick and was amazing! A must stop on your travels for a vibey breakfast.

Very nice place for breakfast or brunch. Thea attended to us, in a very attentive and friendly manner. The food was delicious and well presented, with very distinguished flavors and the coffee was very delicious, with amazing art. As an observation, to my taste the music was a little loud and not very in keeping with the atmosphere of the place.

Great breakfast spot that I return to every time I’m staying in the city. Friendly service, excellent food, and great location (especially a window seat looking over Princess street). Sanaz found us a perfect table and squeezed us in between a busy service period! Strong recommend!

Excellent brunch spot near the Royal mile. Ordered the Scottish Fry, with haggis and black pudding, a cortado and Bloody Mary. The service was outstanding, Dumitrita took care of us. Would visit again on my next trip to Edinburgh.

Nice busy place with very nice staff. We were helped by Thea who helped us very kindly. The South African/Dutch speaking chef was also very friendly. The price is slightly higher than average.

Great spot! Lovely menu, fantastic food. It was a busy Jan morning, queue out the front. But staff were incredible from the start. Hot teas were brought out to those that were waiting in the cold (killer move!). Then from the big bearded man behind the counter, to the servers that brought us to our table, to Thea that served us… everything was done with a smile and a genuine warmth that made this a place I will come back to again and again when in town. Food was spot on! Great coffee, and a generous freshly squeezed orange juice! Unreal job!

It's very delicious, the portions could be a little bigger, the location is nice and the place is very cozy! Dumitrita was very kind and the staff in general was super friendly despite the workload.
