Everything was amazing. The food and service was absolutely impeccable. Haven't enjoyed a dining experience so much in a long long time.

So much food. Some cuts better than others but overall an amazing experience.

What a place wonderful atmosphere great food and experience we opted for the Churasco experience and tbh I had my doubts if would be enough to fill me and my wife up how wrong was I the meat just kept coming and everything was delicious to the point I couldn't eat anymore we had to turn food away we will definitely return here the drinks were superb and I thought the whole evening was excellent value for money if your in Edinburgh you have to try this place.

More about the experience than the food, which was average. Around 60 quid for the experience, which food wise is not worth it. The quality was average. The market bar is your average fair, at 30 quid a head is pricey. They also have the audacity to put 12.5% service charge on the tab. I think, if you want good food - go to a quality restaurant, if you want the experience then here is ok. Overall, decidedly average.

Both the food and the service was fantastic! We had a vegetarian guest with us and they had a great time with the salad bar and hot sides. 10/10 would come again, the only thing I would say is that it’s a bit dark inside but I understand that they’re going for a certain look!

Salad bar was excellent and sides were great. Tuna was overcooked and dry. Service was just plain rude. Overall a massively overpriced restaurant that is surrounded by far better options.

Visited Fazenda for Sunday lunch. Food and staff were good. Unfortunately experience was ruined by the number of unruly children running around and shrieking in the restaurant. We were situated by a walkway and the children were continually darting past. When you’re paying £60pp you don’t expect to feel like you’re in a children’s play centre.

Great food and service, couldn't fault a single thing!

We used to love Fazenda, but after tonight, I’m not sure if I’d go back. The atmosphere was great and the service brilliant, but the food was just okay—it used to be much better. Some of the meat was very chewy, some wasn’t hot enough, and some felt pretty dry. Maybe it was just a one-off bad night, but for the price, I’d expect much higher standards. Unfortunately, it’s not that special anymore.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Fazenda, celebrating our anniversary in the best way possible. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The highlight of the meal was the Wagyu steak—perfectly cooked, rich in flavour, and easily one of the best cuts of meat we’ve ever had. The service was equally outstanding. Our waitress, Chase, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while adding a warm and welcoming touch to the evening. The whole experience felt special, from the beautifully presented food to the elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Fazenda is definitely a must-visit for steak lovers and anyone looking for a unique dining experience.

Tasty, beautiful and expensive It so happened that this is the first meat restaurant-rodizio we visited (March 14, 2025). Very pleasant atmosphere and careful service. Unfortunately, it is simply unrealistic to try everything that is offered on the Churasso menu! I would like to separately highlight - lamb fillet in mint sauce, roast beef and steak with garlic (ribeye, but I could be wrong) Several dishes were slightly oversalted, but the beer saved our day)) The snack table is also top notch! I recommend visiting if you have +/- 100 pounds for two (it can be cheaper if you do not take Churasso)

Not a cheap night out, but definitely worth splashing out on for special occasions. The food is top notch and they've got really clear allergen filtering on their online menu, plus the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back. They don't fry anything containing gluten in the same fryer as their chips, although the market table is a buffet set up, they're really good with their separation so it is generally easy to avoid cross contamination. They have good gluten free options on their bottomless sides that go with the full experience and most of the meat dishes are gluten free.

Went here on a friend’s recommendation, and we were blown away by the incredible grilled meats! Still thinking about how delicious everything was. ❤️ We ordered a bottle of Malbec and went with the full Churrasco Experience had a fantastic time. The marketplace had a great selection of cold foods, including salads, cheese, and beans. We especially loved the steak, duck, and ham. I’m only sad I didn’t try the grilled pineapple—next time for sure! It was a little loud, but the service was excellent, and the ambiance, with its dimmed lighting, made for a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I had another incredible meal here, and it didn't disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious - the gammon and pineapple were tasty, even if I wish they'd arrived together. The service was spot on, and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxed afternoon I'm back next week in the evening. looking forward to another great meal.

Great grilled meats and great service. I came for meat and meat only, but now my favorite is their grilled pineapple 🍍!! The best and sweetest pineapple l’ve ever had is grilled pineapple! The environment and service mode is nice, grilled meat is served in the dining area. Unlike other BBQ buffet restaurants, the dining area can be very smoky.

Best steak restaurant in Scotland, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a special occasion these days.

An update from my last visit. Still a top notch 5 star experience. The food was outstanding. On top of that, I'd like to give a personal call out to a couple of people who waited on us. Bryan, who kept us appraised of the best meat selections and was wonderfully pleasant to talk to. Helped make us feel very comfortable. Also, Rob who continually ensured out wine glasses we sufficiently topped up throughout the evening. These two, in addition to the outstanding food selection, made the evening for us. We will most certainly be back and cannot recommend Fazenda enough.

Great food, attentive staff and a wonderful environment to be in, no notes

The server who took our order was really condescending. For a restaurant that has a sign stating they can deny entry based on your attire, we expected much better service. We left feeling unwelcome. On a positive note, the passador, Carlos, was very friendly.

If I could rate it 6 stars, I would . Unbelievably good customer service . The waiters and waitresses were extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed . The food was cooked and prepared to perfection . The salad bar offered a wide range of fresh and tasty , delicious food . My children ate for free too. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had . Certainly in Edinburgh , maybe in the world ??!?

This is grandpa , I went with two other generations including three and four year old. The food was amazing at all levels but what really made it was the service which was friendly, efficient and really made the day. Kids ate free !!! We will be back pronto !!!!

I went with my wife on a Friday night without a reservation. The food was excellent and the customer service was out of this world. I will definitely return and I would recommend it to everyone.

This was a fantastic experience and made our anniversary really special. We felt so looked after the staff were so lovely and the food was gorgeous, definitely coming back!

A place that is worth it. In my case I ordered the unlimited picanha, and the quality it has is a spectacle. We also tried the "rump", a type of roast beef and very good too. Note that you have a buffet of salads, sausages or any accompaniment you fancy. Very good service that is very careful that you don't miss anything and a lively atmosphere.

I would have loved to have been able to give Fazenda a 5 star review given that the food and service once seated were fabulous! Unfortunately our first impressions were made with the lady at the desk at the front of the restaurant. We booked online following the instructions to include children in the final number on our booking which we did, upon arrival one of the first things the lady at the desk did was offer us a highchair for our 3 year old, we deliberated about needing one at this point as our 3 year old is happy to sit both on a normal chair or on a highchair but decided to take up the offer of highchair as it was offered to us. When I accepted, the lady behind the desk scolded us for not requesting a highchair when booking (this is not in the instructions when booking online). She then told us to wait whilst she made sure the table was ready for us, in this time 2 other servers came up to us asking if we were okay and if they could seat us and seemed confused when we said we had been seen to and were just waiting for the table as by this point we had been waiting a few minutes, eventually one of the other servers decided to take us through to our table anyway and seated us. The food and service from that point was fantastic and we had a great experience in the end it just a shame we had such a negative welcome when we first arrived. I hope the lady at the desk welcoming guests realises that she is making the first impression for customers arriving at the restaurant and this can make or break a guest’s experience. Again I cannot fault the other staff and the quality of food at Fazenda but I had to share our full experience.

Great atmosphere, great service. Food is exceptional, a real meat feast. The only gripe is not enough veggies. Second, visit same great food and seems a better variety on the self serve salad bar. Definitely return and highly recommended, especially for all the meat eaters.

Absolutely shocking service and the food was poor. They tried to charge us an extra adult and would not admit that they were wrong until we stood and proved that they were wrong after 30 minutes. The meat server had nothing but a terrible attitude with us and almost didn't give us the all you can eat meat serving that we were paying for. The meat server then skipped our table a few times after is asked for a little bit more meat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Churrasco experience is an all you can eat premium concept. Excellent beef, good pork and chicken. Great concept, pity that the ladies that welcome you are not as competent and professional as the waiters that serve the meat.

The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Selected service:- Churrasco for 2 The first steak on our plates was tough and leathery. Things improved as fresher cuts arrived but neither the various steaks nor the selection from the salad bar blew me away. At £55 per head I have had a better experience in other similar establishments in george Street! The wine, Valdivieso Merlot at £30 was the equivalent of a retail £10 plonk and didn't enhance the meal, at all. The final insult was a service charge of £17.58 added to the £140 bill and apparently I planted a Tree at a further additional cost of £1.23. All in £159.41 I detest establishments who automatically assume you want to pay an additional 12.5% regardless of your experience with them. Sadly, we're unlikely to return. Recommendations, Ensure the quality of meat before serving Stop selling cheap inferior wine at 3 times the retail value Do not automatically add a service charge ASK if people would like to donate to tree planting - do not assume that they do.

Someone had recommended Fazenda last year to us. So when we had booked an overnight to come to Edinburgh to see Chicago we also booked here pre-theatre. There is a nice feel about the place as you enter and the decor is nice too. Was greeted by staff immediately and taken to our table. Was a little disappointed at the table we were sat at as we had to sit next to each other as there was a pillar in the way. After being bumped several times in a few minutes by people going to the toilet or the buffet table i got clipped on the head with someone carrying a tray. We asked to move tables and they sorted us out with a better table thankfully. Service is constant and the servers were very nice. Enjoyed the whole experience and the food was cooked perfectly. Would defo come back again with the family on our next Edinburgh trip!

We had a fantastic experience at Fazenda! The food was simply great—perfectly cooked meats, fresh sides, and everything bursting with flavour. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection of cocktails and wines to pair with the meal. A special shoutout to Ally, our server, who was absolutely awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They really added to the whole experience and made our visit even more enjoyable. We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend Fazenda for anyone who loves great steak, great drinks, and top-notch service.

A welcoming vibe with Cosy lighting. This is a very busy popular resteraunt. Pricey than your average place but well worth it. It was a special meal for the mens birthdays 3 days apart one was a 50th. We all enjoyed the full churasco experience which was insane. The waiters kept the different cuts of meat coming continuosly till we said no more. It looked to die for & tasted so divine. We all went for medium rare 😋 it was heavenly my favourite was the picanha a flavourful piece of beef, the pork- crackling was delish & the wee chorizo,s cinnamon pineapple 🍍 😋 The salad bar was fab so much to choice from olives, sundried tomatoes to samphire salad, it was interesting some things i've never tried before. We ordered unlimited sides with the full experience the broccoli & sugar snap peas & the truffle oil parmesan fries were out of this world. As it was an occasion for 2 birthdays both men were given a lovely wee chocolate cake each with a candle we sang happy birthday of course & most of the diners joined in what an atmosphere. The men ordered puddings which looked delish. We had a great evening at Fazenda one to be remembered 😀 Annie was our lovely waitress for the evening who made sure we had what we needed. All the meat servers were friendly too. We highly reccommend 🫶

In my opinion this is the best Rodizio in Edinburgh. The quality of the meat and the selection at the market table is definitely high quality. The servers are always attentive and friendly and will ask if you want anything specific brought out. The drinks selection is also good and the staff are also great at pairing what goes best with your food.

Just got back from another meal, and I can't help but rave about the food and vibe! Everything from the drinks to the atmosphere was spot on, and the service really made us feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the pork collar and the lamb rump, though I found the bone marrow a bit too soft for my taste. Overall, it's always a great experience, and I'm sure I'll be back soon!

The food was amazing, it cannot be faulted. The meat came out regualry, the sides were delicious, and the salad bar was superb with an amazing selection. We were left disappointed though - we booked a table to celebrate our engagement, and noted this on our reservation, but no mention was made of it by the staff. It would have been nice to be offered a glass of complimentary fizz or even just a congratulatory mention as it was for such a special occasion for us. I don't understand why they'd bother asking on the reservation form if they aren't going to do anything about it. It's a lovely restaurant, just don't expect over-the-odds service if it's for a special occasion.

We went on a busy Friday night for the full Churasco at £55/head for 5 persons. Meat was bland, chewy and not seasoned. The cheaper cuts were always available while cuts like the ribeye were served only once and the fillet wasn't even served until we specifically asked for it, and even then it wasn't served off the scewer, instead we literally got trimmings off a tray that were well done instead of medium rare to medium as promised. The staff were attentive and cheerful, but overall this was a disappointing experience, and I do wonder where the people that have given it 5* have actually eaten before.

We had a lovely experience here during our trip to Edinburgh. The servers were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, and the food was incredible! We have to recommend the single serve churrasco, it is filling enough without being as expensive as the full one and I promise you’ll be satisfied! The meats were cooked perfectly. Overall a great experience!

Five stars across the board for Fazenda. I was thoroughly impressed by all aspects of my evening at this delightful restaurant. The food was delicious, with a fantastic variety, especially with the wide range of side dishes, of which we could order as many as we wished, as well as their market table which was well stocked with seafood, charcuterie, cheeses and anything we could ask for. That's to say nothing of the meat, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also appreciated the wine selection. I was given a very good recommendation by our server, which I very much enjoyed.

We went for lunch, not cheap but well worth it! The sides are amazing especially the fries with truffle and Parmesan. Amazing salad bar with lots of choice and all the meats were perfect. They asked us towards the end if there was anything else we wanted that hadn’t had. A nice treat and we will return for special occasions.

Impeccable service, friendly staff every time I’ve visited. My fiance and I love Fazenda, the meat is always so juicy, tender and fresh - you will definitely need to wear your extra stretch trousers for this place as the staff will keep coming to your table with all the fantastic cuts of meat! Our favourite is the minty lamb. Salad bar has endless options and lots of new vegetables and salts that we’ve never tried before. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to update the review due to a bad experience. After having previously good experiences we were extremely disappointed when we brought our family here. In summary: - The previous table was late to finish, staff were unable to manage the table and clean our seats. It took 30 minutes to eventually have our mains and staff not extend our time slot - We had to keep asking for updates while waiting and when we eventually sat down I asked if we could extend our time slot, staff said they would get back to me but they didn't. - Front house staff were not helpful and should have been much more on point,I felt they were not friendly -and we were the burden The only person who saved the day was our waiter called Rob. He was absolutely fantastic and made sure we got food as soon as we sat down. Rob was very helpful very friendly and only thanks to him did rev eventually have a good time, except we had to move to a table for our desert Hoping this feedback will help front house staff ensure they help customers in these instances. There are plenty of staff at the desk -they could have made the effort to keep us updated and apologise. Hoping this feedback gets back to Ron's manager as he was a star and clearly did the best he could under the circumstances he was given. Previous review: The staff were amazing!!! Really friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. Please give kudos to Sofia who was beyond excellent. Thank you to the kitchen for the very large selection of gluten free availability. Everything was perfect, from the food to the side dishes, from the atmosphere to the smell of the toilet soap.

Lovely restaurant with all you can eat meats. Great salad and pasta bar as well. The ham and pork were particularly good. Best to book in advance as very popular due to the high quality of restaurant.

Second time here and it didn’t disappoint! Incredible food so well seasoned and exceptional service very very happy.

We had to celebrate our New Year's Eve before moving to another city, they actually let us stay in the place for more than 3 hours which made the moment more than pleasant and, above all, full of magic and good attention from all the members of the place. From the moment we arrived they were friendly, during the meal there were two people from Spain who took great care of us but the best thing was that they were attentive to us at all times. It really is a place to go with family, friends or to have a romantic dinner. The bar is very good for waiting for a table so the wait doesn't take forever.

I had a fantastic festive dinner with my family, and it was a real treat! The food was absolutely superb, with a brilliant variety and everything arriving promptly. Service was spot on, making the evening feel even more special. The atmosphere was lively, and our drinks were always topped up. Ali was a great host and served. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent! Everyone at Fazenda was very friendly and helpful. I have to say, as Argentinean, the meat was amazing! Just one thing, We were expecting to eat Argentinian chorizo and empanadas but neither of them were on the menu. The empanadas I could say it doesn't matter but the chorizo is almost important like meat! It has to be on the menu.

Wow! Calling all meat lovers. The churrasco experience was superb! If you’re hungry you won’t get better meat anywhere, really excellent food and service from Tim and Ricardo. Brilliant!

Booked a table for 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) Food was amazing, service was prefect and all staff very helpful and nothing was a problem. The Picanha was the best, tried all the meats and full market table. Well worth the price. Even the sorbet to finish off the meal. Will be back again

We were recommended Fazenda a while ago by a Brazilian guy. We just never got around to doing it which we now regret greatly. We ordered the full Churrasco experience in the evening which also included unlimited sides and access to the market table. The Market table has a variety of salads, sides and dips including a fascinating spiced cauliflower, a very smooth guacamole and hummus. They also do some cured meats such as serrano ham and tiny salamis. One side of the table also holds an impressive cheese collection that we would have loved to try but our stomachs were too full in the end - and cheese is something you should only eat at the end of a meal. For the unlimited sides we got the Boniato (sweet potato and feta cheese) and the Batata Frita (truffle and parmesan fries). The fries were lovely but since you can get them at multiple locations nowadays we would not get them again. The Boniato was heavenly smooth and creamy with a slight crispyness on top. It was like a little flavour explosion in the mouth and we will definitely have it again, potentially even two portions. The full Churrasco experience comes with a round sign on the table that you can flip between red and green. If it is green the gentlemen in the red shirts will come and offer you the meat they carry. They always let you know what it is and you can say no if you want. When we had it on red and the fillet was brought out they came over anyway to ask if we wanted some and of course we did. One of our signs went missing halfway through but one sign was enough either way. Our somewhat surprising favourite was the rump steak. But we tried everything they gave us, including the chicken hearts. We did however miss out on the chicken thighs. Since you can ask for specific cuts we could have requested it but in the end decided against doing so. Whilst we enjoyed everything, the lamb and the pork collar with honey were our least favourite option. Originally we wanted to decline the pigs and blankets as we thought they were too simple but they were incredibly juicy and flavourful and the best pigs and blankets we ever had. As a dessert cut they brought out roasted pineapple with cinnamon and it was so delicious we got seconds (and thirds) even though our stomachs were on the verge of exploding. It is safe to say that we did not require breakfast the next morning. We also tried one of their cocktails, a spin on a Piña Colada. Whilst it was nice, the portion was tiny and overpriced so we will not go for cocktails again in the future. Since it is overall rather expensive we will keep it as a rare treat. But we can’t wait to return and munch for an entire evening again.

I celebrated the festive season with a meal that completely exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for our Christmas gathering, and the service was spot-on, with drinks always topped up. I loved the variety on the festive menu, especially the lamb rump and picanha – absolutely delicious! Fazenda is my go-to spot for celebrations, and this visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Can't wait for the next occasion to indulge in more!

The best restaurant I've been to in Edinburgh! The price for the meat buffet for dinner is high but it is well worth it. The meat is delicious and from time to time they ask if we have any meat preferences so they can bring us a little more of that. All the waiters and waitresses who served us were very friendly, especially Douglas, our favorite! Highly highly recommended!
