Snappy in Aberdeen City

Pizza was awful, worst I've had in Aberdeen, smelled off, dry as a bone. Barely ate it.

pizza wasn’t good bottom was stiff struggle to eat, the pizza was oily, chips were cold when arrived,

Arrived OK but lukewarm / cool and soggy. NOT the standard expected for monies. Been a while since in Aberdeen but standard has plummeted. Friends advise this has been ongoing for a while. Suggest Snappy terminate this Franchise as your reputation is 1/10 now!!!!

Excellent delivery time. Food tasted great also

Rocky Mountain. Pizza was doghie, cheese crust was gloopy. Toppings were not as on description. Worst pizza I have ever had anywhere

Absolutely terrible - avoid at all costs Pizza tasted like disgusting slop and contained toppings that I didn't ask for

Food was cold, container for the onion rings looked like it was dropped as it was ripped and had black marks all over it.

Different staff on tonight usually lots more toppings

The Taste was terrible. Trashed it after having a piece. Chicken tastes unreal , It used to be a good place but not anymore

Ordered out of nostaligia. Was not worth it. Ate a slice and went to the bin. 2 stars for delivey but only due to the time of year. Would have been 1 otherwise. I would suggest ordering from AJs if you want a pizza in Aberdeen.

I do like this place. But the times can be ridiculous or the app leaves you constantly looking out the window. This time I was waiting for the app to say “driver at the restaurant” for an hour. Then to find food is already on the way for that last 5-10mins including whatever added time on top to arrive. Ordered 6:45pm and arrived at 8pm.

Thats twice now we have had delivery and the topping has been stuck to the top of the box! 😤

Didn’t get my delivery. Tried to call the store which should be open and it gets forward to the voicemail of some random guy. Dodgy AF. Don’t recommend.

Food was tasty. Unfortunately it was an hr and a half late. Wont be ordering again from here.

We absolutely LOVE the beast pizza! It feeda our family for two days and is a total bargain! We always do the create ur own! This was first time. Trying stuffed crust! WOW! AMAZING!

Took 1 hour and 25 to arrive after ordering. Usually get food quicker. Pretty convinced (if I can remember) it’s the same driver that always takes a long time to arrive as this time it was 30 minutes for him to deliver and it only takes 10 minutes in the evening to get to my house. Fries are usually bigger in portion despite being a large. Everything else is good. Food is always better when you add sour cream and chive with sweet chilli dips.

Was given a time slot between 7:15 -7:30 and my order didn’t show up until 8:15.

The food would have been good as I've ordered from here before. however the food came late and was stone cold. Nothing was warm.

assumed this was via kingwells branch, took a bit longer from town. but pizza was excellent and delivered with care.

Still haven’t received a refund from when I used their faulty online app. Staff told me 3 times the refund had been processed and have had nothing for a month. Bank is now involved. Such a shame because the pizza is great.

Pizzas half decent and as you’d expect from snappy. The loaded potato skins weren’t particularly loaded and were dry. The brownies were straight up inedible as they were so burnt. Like biting charcoal with baking paper stuck to the bottom.

Really tasty pizza, ordered few times and always baked to perfection, fab toppings, great prices! I have a dairy allergy and the staff is really accommodating towards that, although I get my pizza with no cheese - you genuinely cannot even sense the lack of it because of how GOOD it is (choose a BBQ base its literally to die for😋).

Probably the best burger I have had in the UK so far!

I used to love this place and decided to order a South of the border Pizza which was my all time favourite. Delivery came on time to my hotel but I was sorely disappointed with the pizza. Huge pieces of green and red peppers, and quite bland. The s.o.t.b. of old was spicy and had jalapenos to knock your socks off. The so called meaty parts were tasteless and all in all a very disappointing pizza. Come on Snappy, get a grip and get back to the old recipe cos this one ain't right.

Our food arrived at appointed time, an hour after ordering. When it did the pizzas were lukewarm, tough and inedible so we had to reorder elsewhere. This was disappointing as we have always received good service from Snappy Tomato Pizza in the past.

Food is okay. Use to be amazing. Burger is usually a little bit burnt. Pizza is pretty good and chips are lovely but better with their cheese if to have with. Biggest problem is dips were out of date. Not the first time I’ve received out of date dips from here.

Fantastic tasty pizza best ive had in aberdeen so far and ive tried alot they had beaten pizza hut ,dominos and all others i implore this establishment not to change the way they make their pizza this is now my pizza place and will stay that way for as long as the quality stays the same

Ordered fries, got fries with cheese, not great. The pizza was not bad.

Hawaiian pizza states ham mushroom and pineapple there were no mushrooms on it!!!!!

Food was good. Only disappointment was that the bottom of the bag was soaked and when I received it, it gave way and my food fell on the floor. Could tell it was soaked from the restaurant as the driver had a just eat bag, so wouldn’t be him.

Just what I needed, as I didn't fancy cooking. The food was great as always and was piping hot on arrival.

Chips were that salty I couldn’t eat them and I like salt in my food. Pizza was tiny, 7’ more like 5’ and was topped full with jalapeño. All of the pizza was soggy

Disgusting and inedible getting refunded. Not cooked properly and grease running off each slice.

Everything is always great. Only thing is they always charge a bag free when there's no bag.

Used to be good, Ingredients have changed. They are using cheaper alternatives for sure! Collected Pizza from here yesterday and it made me and my partner feel unwell. Can only imagine the ingredients are all frozen nothing felt fresh about the pizza and cheese slid off the pizza which was made with a runny base almost as if had been watered down! Wouldn’t class this as a sauce! Will never be going back don’t waste your money on these guys! Asda make your own pizzas do a better job than these bandits save your money!!

Terrible..and that's being generous...wrong order was sent out placed an order for a stuff crust pizza and no stuffed crust pizza was delivered...phoned the shop...asked for correct order and was refused....then staff hung up

Didn’t deliver all items ordered

Food arrived early, was hot, delivery driver friendly and courteous

1hr and 10mins for 2 burgers, 2 chips, onion rings, garlic bread. Items was kept in polystyrene box's so condensation made items soggy. Forgot my coleslaw. Forgot my Bbq wings. Phoned and they asked for details to refund but still waiting a email of confirmation. So I doubt I will get the refund! Won't be ordering again 😒

The last time I order from here. They have a bad history of putting late times as soon as you order and then order later. They are always late and to wait over 2 hours just for getting a burger and chips is a massive joke.

2 hour’s delivery time is completely unacceptable

Food tasted great, reasonably good value for money and they found our address ok. The only downside was the 25-30min change in delivery time which happened right as we reached the original forecast delivery time.

Everything was good except I asked for a half pounder and got a quarter pounder.

Haven’t had Snaopy in years and it was better than I expected, also great value for money definitely coming back.

Food was great, pizza was delicious and had the best chips & cheese I’ve ever tasted. Delivery came quick and earlier than expected. Very impressed. Will be back!

Food was very greasy, and burger was undercooked. Bacon was very undercooked and slimy.

Food was good but the price you pay for a large chips and cheese is ridiculous when the portion is small. The container is only half filled when you expect it to be full.

I got 1.5l fanta instead of the 2l
