My sandwich arrived SOAKING wet and is completely inedible. It’s disgusting.

the bread was very dry and for a Philly steak sub there was very little beef, I wasn't expecting a lot but there was hardly any

the sandwich was a mess it was all out the rapper and everything very poor quality

I didn’t receive my order despite it being marked delivered very unhappy !!!!

Pepperoni slices did not have marinara sauce on them - disappointed as this was in the description

The driver picked the order up just before 1 o’clock I then watched him drive around on the map for 45 minutes before eventually heading in the right direction for me this is ridiculous and means my food is now stone cold

got one of the subs wrong and missing items on the sub absolutely ridiculous how can you mess up a sandwich

Orders a foot long we sides and cookie we drink for my work break and got the sides and cookie but no sandwich left hungry 🥲

it's been classed as delivered for 15mins and hasn't arrived also ordered 2 hours ago doesn't take 2 hours to prepare and delivery a subway

the driver was absolutely amazing he stuck with the note and actually delivered the food to my window as instructed

4th time in a row we have ordered from subway Union Square and items have been missing. Usually just a bottle of juice. This time it was the submelt itself and a bag of crisps. I called the store to inform and asked if these items could be sent out to us. Woman on the phone said she did said the item out with the delivery. I informed her the bag was sealed and stapled when it arrived and there was no submelt in there. She told me she would refund me but if I wanted the submelt I would have to order it again and pay the delivery fee again and then she hung up on me! Mistakes happen but 4 times in a row, refusing to send out the missing items and hanging up when asking if there was something else we could do is appaling

The grumpy old manager hurried my girlfriend through her order so that she could go home. Never come here. The servers are only doing her bidding, it is the manager who is the nasty angry old evil witch that runs it all. Sorry you work at a subway for your career mate but it wasn't my fault.

Horrendous service. Barely any customers were present and who I believe was the manager (the old nasty person who works there) snapped at the person I was with and hurried them so that she could leave (we saw her leave as soon as she finished the order), food was sub-par. Do not go to this terrible branch of subway. Will never return.

No sign of customer service,table was filthy,when told server to get it cleaned please,after that she was so arrogant and table was properly cleaned.did not redeemed club.

I have spent almost £50 on this delivery. It wasn’t even hot. Absolutely disgusted with the service and would like a full refund. Thanks.

ANCA - so rude!! Shouldn’t be in service, definitely not a manager…rolling her eyes at customers whilst speaking to people with terrible attitude.

I am very upset my order has been messed up twice now. The first chicken tikka was completely fine but the second one had the wrong sauce and it wasn’t meant to have red onions in it either it was meant to be peppers. I can’t eat this sandwich anymore and I would like a refund for that please.

Delivery was fine. Food was really poor. One sub had absolutely none of the requested salad on it. The other wasn’t cut and the bread fallen to bits. Unsatisfied given the price of it.

Absolutely disgusting, I had a tuna sandwich with Chipotle sauce, And they didn’t even add the Chipotle sauce, Something also tasted rotten. And all the food was cold, Took almost 2 hours to arrive. I recommend not ordering from this subway if you’re hungry.

Ordering "the baller" that's all I got! No offer to add other ingredients nor sauce. Poor service, no customer skills nor eye contact. Foods were nice, much improvement could be made. Disappointing

Absolutely shocking service. A box of wedges is less than half full. Clearly says to be toasted but has not been and waited over an hour. After paying £30 at subway.

Keep away Lady-Boy Romanian store manager got to much testosterone .She is shouting at her staff like they were dogs. Worst subway franchisee ever seen. She cannot hold her own hormnones so the same is at the shop. Avoid x3.

Just Why!!!!! Ordered 4 items 3 of them the same and 1 the same but with no Tomatoes. Why can't Subway mark on the wrapper which one is the non Tomatoes. I had to unwrap every single one to find the correct one. Just such a simple thing

Went in yesterday with my friend first problem is staff don’t know difference between a 4 inch to 6inch sub had to be pointed out then I asked for we bit of sauce on my sub but drenched it in mayo and sweet onion so was leaking everywhere, pls train staff btr should’nt be that difficult to make a sandwich, Thanks

Me and my partner have been going to this subway for years and for the first time today. Lovely woman called Alex has given us the best service we have had in our time do going there. She was polite and cheerful. Full of energy and the sandwich was banging. Thank you for that sub. And we appreciate the way the sub was cut ;)

Not impressed. The man behind the counter seemed to not care about his job. He was getting orders wrong and throwing the receipts at customers. Wouldn't recommend. Horrible customer service.

I payed for a poached egg and it did not come but says on my receipt and I payed for extra cheese and there isn’t any cheese on it.

Mixed order completely, late and ruined our lunch.

This is happening more frequently with this restaurant, our order before the last one was over an hour late.

In addition to being late the order was wrong, I received the wrong filling for my sandwich (regular chicken not buffalo, which was the whole point of the order) and the meatballs had no jalepenos.

Delivery was over an hour late!

Waited about 2 hours for the food and when it finally arrived it was cold as if it had been sat out the whole time

3 weeks in a row that my Veggie Delite has come with zero veg! Just bread and cheese? Don’t get how it can be wrong so many times when on the receipt on the bag it’s clearly states the veg I want..

Driver did not deliver my food, ending up driving off and stealing my order. Marked it as delivered. Theft and will be ensuring he is relieved of his work as it would not shock me if this isn’t the first time he has done this.

Racist behaviour and worst experience ever had. Not sure what kind of training is Subway providing to staff to treat with customers. They are pathetic. I initially told them I want to take a deal red haired lady utmost rude told me I need to go other corner and order. Honestly a joke. When I went there at the corner to order I said I wanted a deal and guy didn’t understood standing confused and said I cannot order a deal basically he was saying to ask about sandwich only and take a deal later at till. Ok I agreed and pressuming veggie delite as veggie pattie I requested that when I saw only salad was being put I kindly requested to add patties in it. he started making faces and complaining about policies and all! Seriously what kind of policy when your customer isn’t happy with what you made??? Then red haired lady went inside and said only 3 veggie patties left. I need 2 for kids in one footlong and other two for me and my husband in another. Although I agreed they are running out of patties and I requested red haired lady to put two patties in kids as it was without salad and one pattie in ours with salad agreeing I will take salad one. But they again did a mistake by putting two patties in salad sandwich and kept single pattie in footlong with no salad. So basically they were thinking one kid will eat just plain bread. I said I told two patties in without salad one and reminded them I told. The rude dusky guy started saying I made a mistake initially and all I cannot be rude to them. Seriously?????? @Subway kindly teach your staff ethics and customer service. Or if you need do take some to teach your staff. Else you will loose your customers forever.

The breads were a different kind too what we ordered they hadn't been toasted so they were cold. I don't normally have a complaint about here but this time I do unfortunately

Ordered both subs with extra cheese. Both arrived with no cheese. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who told me he remembered putting cheese on them “allegedly” but yet there is no cheese. Asked for them to send out a replacement but told they can’t do that? Even though they sent out the original order. Completely and utterly unhelpful and seemed to want to get me off the phone. Can’t believe how bad their service is, absolutely disgusted

I ordered steak and cheese sandwich, but I got completely different sandwich, I payed, didn't take the sandwich, because wrong sandwich was given to me.

I ordered at 12.39 it arrived cold at 14.36. Shocking.

My sub was stuck to the wrapper which meant it fell apart. The bread was soggy. Crisps were missing as part of the meal deal, and they also sent the wrong drink.

There is a cookie missing that I have paid for a white chocolate cookie can I get it delivered or refunded?

Poor quality. Food was chucked into the bag. Chicken all over the bag. Thrown it. Not happy.
