Terrible experience the waitress was rude and Obnoxious! And very disrespectful Took my daughter, partner & friends out for my daughters birthday, the lady made my daughter feel very uncomfortable due to only eating a little side plate due to having trouble eating and being out socialising, I explained this an made her aware that’s the meat was only for the adults and the child’s box was for my friend son when the waitress was made aware of this she made a seen an made my daughter feel like she was doing something wrong for only eating chips, I have trouble getting her out is public and that has made thing much worse now I love smoke an dough for how it normally is but this experience was shocking! I have the waitresses name an other staff members apologised for her behaviour, I asked for a manager who wasn’t at the restaurant at that time but I am mortified to be treated this way

A very good self-service barbecue experience, the meat is very distinctive and well-baked. It is a good dining experience.

Their sauce selection was diverse and each one complemented the meats beautifully. Prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. We left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic, delicious BBQ!

Loved the menu and the at table cooking experience (pre cooked in kitchen, but can keep warm or cook more at table stove). Then the Bento box for the kids was their dreams come true.

Alright dining experience, though a little on the pricier side for 2! Bottomless BBQ option was all that was available as it was a Saturday. Cocktails were well made and delivered promptly. Food was nice, although the ribs had very little meat on them. Bread was quite tough. Our waitress was lovely, very attentive and an asset to the team. Unfortunately, some of her colleagues weren’t so. Severs of the guys serving essentially plonked things down without saying a word (such as asking if we were finished with starters), so it felt like a bit of a rush. All in all, okay, just a little refinement here and there needed.

If honest we have been here a few times and always loved it but sadly the menu has now changed. There was no coleslaw , no belly pork , no sausage and no garlic chicken anymore ( everything we ate) We ended up having to go bottomless for more bread which is really all I ate , ( I can’t have mint as allergic so minted lamb was out , and I don’t eat steak ) so an extra £30 for some garlic bread worked out as as everybody on the table has to upgrade. Like say it used to be really nice but sadly I think that’s the last time il visit. Staff were ok place is clean ect the food let it down for us having been before we knew what to expect.

Stumbled upon this place quite by accident, never been before so it was a first for us while over for a premier weekend game. What a find, really excellent, worth coming back again for even if there wasn't a match on! Went for the 'bottomless' bbq meal deal. If you leave hungry, you have no-one to blame but yourself.

At first it was great. We had a table made for us in less the 5 mins. We ordered drinks and started to settle , but as soon as we mentioned we only want 2 portions of food it went downhill. They told us we could not share any food with other people as it was a buffet night, thats fine that was not the problem. The problem is 5 minutes after they gave us a unltmatiumn leave and pay the bill or move outside as we were "taking up too much room" by not eating. Mind you they knew full well that outside there was no space at all. We left our drinks full and left annoyed. This was one of the worst reasturants expericences ever.

The whole experience was really disappointing, it felt like we were rushed even though it was virtually empty. The hummus which accompanied the bread was tasteless, the meat selection wasn’t great either, virtually no meat on the ribs, the lamb was nearly all fat and the steak was very chewy and quite unpleasant, the only nice meat was the chicken skewers. After paying we left and bought a sandwich to take back to the hotel. Such a shame as we had booked a table and had heard such good things.

The food was good and really well made! Although whats not allowing me to give 5 star review is the staff. I once came here with my family at around 2pm, so the restaurant was not busy at all, but we left shortly after because we got seated right by the entrance. We kindly asked to be moved, at least one table away. We were told ‘no’ and to leave or stay where we are because ‘theres nothing we can do’ we weren’t greeted with smile rather just with a look up and down. No apologies were said either! As well as two staff were loudly talking by the entrance where everyone could hear them, nothing positive was said, just talking about their customers. Unprofessional. We left. Me and my family decided to come here the second time after 2months and nothing has changed, we weren’t greeted with a smile and we felt unwelcome, staff by the entrance looked lazy and seemed like they didn’t want to be there as their body language was sloppy and they kept on leaning onto the table, as well as we had to wait for staff by entrance to finish their personal conversation so they can seat us. This time the restaurant was a bit more busy than last time, and we weren’t getting service because staff were filming TikToks! I didn’t appreciate being in the background of their videos as I was eating and I felt uncomfortable, and staff making TikToks were obnoxiously loud, walking around and ignoring customers while making eye contact (we waited 15mins just for our bill!) We were also asked to leave or pick what we want for food because ‘you guys have been sitting here for 10minutes and picked nothing!’ Though the restaurant wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen other restaurants be, and there were plenty of empty tables, nor there were any queues, when we were genuinely reading through the menu and deciding what to get. I felt being watched in this restaurant, when I stood up to go to the bathroom immediately was stopped and asked where I am going as if I was doing something wrong. Overall I’d only recommend this restaurant for takeout or delivery, because the atmosphere and staff were rude. Thank You.

The overall dining experience today is pretty good. I think the chicken was grilled very well, but the sirloin steak didn't give me a good experience. The meat was a bit hard and the seasoning was a bit bland.

Generally good but I don't like the sirloin. Chips might be the dish I like most hahah. Drinks are fine and price are reasonable.

Found this place by accident as we were going to a gig at the Echo and couldn’t get in anywhere close.. Absolutely first class service. Table within 15 mins and food shortly afterwards.. Very nice too.. will be back 👌

Visited Smoke & Dough Liverpool ONE last night with family and the food was excellent. Maria was our server and was absolutely fantastic. My mother is a coeliac and Maria reassured her about what foods were gluten free. Can't wait to go back there again!

What can i say after being excited and travelling to eat here with my family we were left disappointed 120 pound to eat for two kids and two adults we had the bottom less meat and no sides the sides were charged extra meat is shocking and poor quality ive had better steaks in weatherspoons for less than ten pound with a gin we had 2 drinks each me myself and my two kids we asked for extra bread to fill up bread is the nicest part and hummis meat is so dry over cooked and chewy i say coughing and almost choked as was like chewing a dog toy it was so bad the only good thing about the place is the staff are attentive and the drinks are nice but way over priced am happy to pay 120 pound for a meal but dont expect to put the meat in a napkin and take it back to cut up for the dogs the smoked brisket i dont think has been in a smoker or slow cooker its like chopped hard beef no option of plain chicken for the kids not spicy despite the fact you all have to have bottom less we will never be back here and stick to ben or viva brazil poor quality meat chewy dry and over cooked ... despite not many people in resturant maybe thats why it was so quiet ... disappointing i wasted 120 pound of my hard earned cash on some think i could throw in the air fryer and dry out myself 😆

Staff were very attentive and accommodating. Bottomless platter was good value. We were looked after by many staff but our main host, Maria, was so lovely and made sure we were happy. Couldn't fault the service we received.

Service was slow but the food was good. We had a lovely server Dana looked after us very well checked on us and made sure we had every we needed.

Food was delicious served quickly, would visit again! The pizza bases were particularly nice, the decor in the restaurant was nice and the end table hot plates with a really good feature.

Halle was lovely, great food, great atmosphere, affordable price. The lamb and halloumi were our faves. Only downside is that the tables are quite large so can be hard to have a conversation but not a deal breaker at all, still a really nice place.

My stomach has been hurting since eating from this place on Saturday night. I wanted a to order a pizza and the lady told me I wasn’t able to I need to buy meat or a veggie all you can eat platter so I ended up going with the veggie platter not sure how you can go wrong with cheese and a veggie burger but here I am with an upset stomach days later the man serving us sneezed all over his hands and when asked to go and wash his hands he got defensive I honestly feel like this place still has rats and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Went in expecting to eat... I started with the sirloin which took more than 5 mins to chew the single mouthful I had, in the end I went to the toilet and spat it out because I couldn't break it down, the skewered chicken was pretty dry, customer service wasn't great, I was given the card machine to pay without being told what the bill was, wasn't even asked what I thought about the meal, it just wasn't a pleasant experience...avoid imo.

Wasn't sure how the menu worked but it was explained you get a bit of everything for 17.95 each or a bottomless for extra. Then you purchase the side dishes at extra cost. Due to place only having around 8 diners the food was delivered quickly. A mixture of breads to start followed by various selection of meats such as chops,steaks,chicken,brisket,ribs etc etc. The meats were ok but some really fatty got the impression they were not the most expensive cuts available from suppliers. Enjoyed yes go again probably not.
