If you like you’re meat this is the place for you.cooked right full of flavor, so juicy and tender…plus when you order sides make sure you get cheesy bread absolutely unreal and so is the garlic bread!!!

Booked as a family of five- three kids (18,15,8) booked for an early birthday dinner( 4 pm) Arrived to a guy on reception who was very pleasant, he explained the process with the red/green etc. Waiter/ waitress were very pleasant. We were recommended to order 4 sides each. Although the bowls are quite small it was a bit much for us. The meats kept coming and were all delicious and cooked very well. Overall a lovely family meal, would I return- yes I would. * good food *nice atmosphere * lovely staff * clean venue.

With it being busy the night of our reservation Chicago Steve was amazing with entertaining us whilst we waited for our table. He is a credit for the restaurant. Food was amazing and even got given free cocktails for the delay which is always good. Will be back again!

Chicago Steve on the front desk was so so enthusiastic about the restaurant and very entertaining and friendly as we were being seated. He was very helpful as it was our first time visiting and our waitress Grace was really lovely and informative about the menu, we couldn’t compliment the service enough. We had an amazing Valentines and that really does come down to how amazing the staff were, they were even handing out roses which was a lovely touch. Couldn’t recommend the restaurant enough and will definitely be returning in the future! xx

Great food and service for those who like meat dishes, and the pineapple fried with cinnamon was very tasty.

I have been to Bem Brasil a few times and it is one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is amazing, the restaurant is very well maintained and decorated with class. The service is always excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly, especially Éder who was very attentive and Gabriel who always brought the best meats. I recommend it.

My daughter in law took us here whilst we were over from the States for Christmas. It was such a disappointment. The waitresses didn't listen at all, and several items from the order were missing. She never came over once to ensure everything was okay. We had to attract the attention of the maitre d' to get further service. The waiters bringing the meat skewers round kept missing our table, and some of the cuts were extremely gristley and from much poorer cuts of meat than advertised.

Fantastic service and food. Big thanks to Tobias, Ellie and Chicago Steve… ‘because of you’ (Billy Fury) we had a fab time 😂

Excellent experience, atmosphere with wonderful music, excellent and well-seasoned food, very friendly staff, we felt like we were in Brazil in the heart of Liverpool. Highly recommended.

Great service, tasty food, I felt at home….

It would be wonderful if the salad bar would be back again. I would like to see the food and choose by myself, and not order my sides. Patatas bravas were cold, the it is a hot dish.

A really nice all you can eat experience. The staff are great and the food was fantastic. They suggest 4 sides per person but to be honest 2-3 per person is probably fine (but it doesn't make any difference to the price)

We attended here for a NYE meal. The gentleman at the front door Chicago Steve was amazing and set the atmosphere for the night. We then went on to our table and was served within 5 minutes to order our sides and drinks. The meats were neverending and was served to perfection. This will be our third time visiting and I’m sure it won’t be our last. All the best for 2025 Bem Brasil.

We went to the restaurant twice, on a very busy Christmas day and in a very calm day, and I have to say that we were served at the absolute best way both times! The food is amazing, the service was excellent, from the front of the house to the man that serves the meat! I Absolutely loved it and strongly recommend.

On the evening of the 30th November myself and my partner visited Bem Brazil Liverpool. We had our main dishes delivered which we were enjoying and coming to end when the waiter turned up to take our empties and offer a 2nd round of drinks, on taking the empty pepsi bottle from the table and placing it in the carry tray it fell on the tray and exploded all over my partner. Shards of glass went into her wooley jumper, on her hands and down her collar. Needless to say a trip to toilet was required to shake herself off. Just as well shards on glass didn’t go into the eye. She was very shaken to say the least. On returning my partner had a small cut on the knuckle - nothing serious but how much glass was left in the jumper and also how much glass landed in the remaining food. The staff quickly tidied the glass and escorted my partner to the toilet. On receiving the bill which was well over £100 there was no empathy shown towards this bill as to what was an experience that shook my partner and spoilt our appetite. I since sent an email to Bem Brasil and was very kindly called, empathy was shown that they could have done more on the evening and therefore offered to refund my partners cost of the meal as a good will gesture. They then took a further 2 weeks to ring me asking for my card details to apply the refund …. Nearly a month on and still no refund. Great food. Poor empathy and customer service. I still await them to resolve this matter. Quick to take money but not that quick to meet their promise and refund it.

Myself and a group of 6 visited for lunch, we where greeted by chicago steve who set our dining experience off to a great start, happy, helpful and nothing was to much, then when were seated we had the pleasure of being served by Juan, he served us piping hot fresh cuts of delicous meat, served with a smile and continuously checked if we required anything else. Both employees truly made our experience one to remember, we will be returning, great food and great to see happy and motivated staff, both steve and Juan are a credit to your company.

A simply incredible experience! We were welcomed by Éder, who showed us around the place with great attention and friendliness, making our visit even more special. The food is out of this world – the meats are perfectly prepared, and the side dishes, such as fried banana and cheese bread, are absolutely irresistible. Each flavor is a true explosion of Brazilianness! To end the night on a high note, we enjoyed impeccable caipirinhas and a pudding that was pure delight. Without a doubt, a little piece of Brazil in Liverpool that is worth every moment!

Lovely food but not enough meat variety. Staff were mostly nice but there was clear tension between a few and how to order wasn’t explained to us correctly. They have the upstairs open vs the downstairs and it almost feels like you’re eating in a warehouse. It’s not cosy like it is downstairs. People like to eat in a cosy warm environment

Bem Brasil was a better place to visit six years ago. More calm/cosy and a better atmosphere. Absolutely not bad this visit, but Chicago Steve and one or two staff members more was very stressed. People, don’t be afraid to visit the other Brazilian restaurant only some hundred meters from this location. The food is delicious in both restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic food we paid for all you can eat, only qualm was the steak medium rare, i don't like it bloody, but all other meats spot on, and the sides were gorgeous what we ordered, even had a nice dessert even though not a extensive dessert menu. Staff were lovely, lovely atmosphere. 9/10

I went for dinner to experience a good brazilian food. The waiter's and the guys cutting the meat were pleasant but the managers were very rushed and not explaining how it works the menu when sitting us down. As it was the first time for us, we though that at least they would have the patient to explain without rushing and wanted to leave. The food was really good but the atmosphere more specifically the restaurant was to dark. The waiters and the guys cutting the meat were very polite and friendly but I felt the managers weren't that welcomed. But overall ,the experience was good as the main staff and food made the night.

Never disappoints this place (where as other locations of the same franchise have). Very accommodating staff (notable mention to Canadian Steve on reception), Food is exceptional, service attentive but not over baring. Will be back tomorrow

After an impromptu last minute decision. Turned out to be a good one. From entering at front desk welcomed and then met and shown to table. Attention to detail was without a shadow of a doubt faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and tobias the manager took time to ask how our evening was. 10/10

Ohhh amazing, meat is amazing, although best part is the desert, warm pineapple with cinnamon, absolutely gorgeous!

Came with a group of 5 for lunch, we were greeted by Tobias, the manager, who explained to us what to expect & how to order to get the best experience. Our waiters Joe & Juan were great, the food & service was excellent & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would definitely recommend it & hope to visit again one day.

Great food. Fun concept. The Meat is brought to the table on skewers and then sliced. You order some sides, And there is plenty to try out since you can order more.

Fabulous restaurant with well trained staff and a delicious selection of meats. A unique dining experience where the meats are brought consistently to the table until you say stop which you will not want to do! Meats are perfectly cooked with a good selection of sides to accompany. Attended for a birthday celebration and Tobias and team were good enough to provide a free house pint and cake, certainly not required but graciously accepted for the end. Attend hungry and leave beautifully satisfied.

Afternoon selection is a bit dire, service was nice the sides are ok, expensive for the day time sending plenty of chicken and gammon and the cheaper cuts out plentiful but barely any beef/lamb

The service from start to finish was amazing, the food was fantastic and very tasty, the staff were very friendly and understanding when we requested a table in the corner due to our two autistic children not wanting to be in between other customers, would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is planning on visiting, il definitely be back again

My wife and I had our first meal here on Friday 18th October. It was my wife's birthday celebration. Although the restaurant was busy we were looked after impeccably by the general manager Tobias and his staff- Wilson and others. There were plenty of side dishes to choose from and the varied meat options were delicious. The atmosphere was great and the bossa nova music perfect! We will definitely return on a regular basis. Thank you to Bem Brasil and all staff for making my wife's birthday a wonderful evening to remember.

Came for evening with 2 friends. Meat quality was very good and side orders excellent. Crispy fresh salad ingredients etc and good portions that flow as much as you request. Restaurant looked good and lovely ambience. Under new general manager called Tobias. He was very welcoming on our arrival and made us feel important with his detailed service and manner. Service was very good indeed on all levels. There seemed to be a quiet but very effective management of the whole restaurant which created a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return again and would recommend to others to try out this restaurant.

Went to Ben Brazil for meal with friends food was really good very enjoyable loved all the sides . The staff were amazing considering there were so few of them and it was quite busy . Felt really sorry for the guy who did the meat as he was working solo definitely need more staff and the assistant manager I think his name was Tobias was run off his feet there were no other waiters !! So he was doing everything while still managing to be friendly professional and very personable with all the customers he deserves a bonus for all his hard work . It’s very rare these days to find someone so dedicated to their workplace . We will certainly be back soon

I went out for food and stumbled along this place, I have been living in Liverpool and I spontaneously decided to call in. The food was amazing, it is the best in Liverpool.. I retract my words, it is the best food I've ever had, the hospitality from the staff is first class. The choice of meats, sides and seconds is constant and it was more than delicious. I never leave reviews, but Tobias O'Brien (from Manchester) is a credit to your company and I think he should be promoted to the top. He was so friendly and couldn't have done more to help along with Arthur the waiter who was great too, I really enjoyed my experience and I will be sure to bring my girlfriend next time (as she is in Germany at the moment.) These two guys know how to form a rapport with their customers and deserve a pay rise if I am honest, thank you again for the hospitality and I'll definitely be back and I will promote this restaurant to my friends in Liverpool, see you soon!

Had such an excellent lunch here, the owner Tobias was so generous, got to try some whiskey I've waiting years for and generally had a warm welcoming great place in the center of Liverpool. Highly recommended!

First time in Bem Brasil Liverpool in an around 9 months, what an experience ! Me and the family thouroughly enjoyed our meal. The greeting at the door to the service and food upstairs was fantastic, we had a Brazilian cocktail ( can’t pronounce the name 😂 ) and it was so refreshing, had to order another one ! Service from all staff was excellent and all extremely attentive, the new Manager Tobias ? What a guy, very caring to all tables with a good sense of humour with me and my family. Best experience in this restaurant out of all of them I’ve had and will be returning a lot more often due to this. Thanks again guys !!

Terrible experience at Bem Brasil. We've been here twice before and it's been OK but this time we were kept waiting for 45 minutes in the foyer, then after we asked if there was going to be a table we were moved upstairs to a half empty restaurant with more than enough staff to cater for us and others who'd been waiting ages. We were then completely ignored for 10 minutes and decided to leave. The manager looked flustered and just added to the misery of the experience. We won't be returning to this BB and doubtful of visiting the chain in future. We instead went to a restaurant a few doors down and during our meal we saw two groups of people we'd seen in BB waiting area come in and eat there instead so assuming they had the same time-wasting experience.

Excellent service, was well looked after by Ellie and Tobias. Quality food, will be returning in the near future with look to arrange our work Christmas do.

My husband and I, went here in September with some vouchers from a friend. The menu isn't too expensive and there is a good selection of wines to accompany a vast selection of meats. The sides are not too bad either. We had a great night overall and would definitely recommend to any friends and family to visit in the future.

I was at Restaurante Bem Brasil and had an incredible experience! The place is very well maintained and welcoming, perfect for a great meal. The bar service is excellent, with delicious options. And of course, a Brazilian barbecue is a true privilege.

Poor service only the cheaper meats getting offered knife real blunt wouldn't cut threw a sausage seen more teeth on a smack head toilet all overflowing took 25 minutes to get a drink

Our experience today at Bem Brazil was excellent. The food, service and atmosphere was very pleasant and very welcoming. We had gone for a special occasion. Met the chef M who came out to shake our hands and the table service from Juan and the girls was excellent couldn’t have made us feel anymore welcomed.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Excruciatingly slow service, the food was mediocre at best lots of low quality fatty cuts of meat. You have to wait ages to be served and get blatantly ignored. We were shoved in a tiny corner with a horrible draft and forgotten about. £100 for 2 people is extremely expensive considering the poor service and food. Left very disappointed and annoyed!

had a great experience today! lunch deal is an incredibly reasonable price, restaurant was very quiet and so we managed to get more than our moneys worth! great selection of meat (all cooked differently which worked for us as i like my meat more well done) and the sides came out to order, our waiter Edwardo was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit and even asked if there was anything specific we wanted to come out, definitely would come back again!

Never in my life will I go to this place again. 3 adults, 1 child, bill 100+ pounds, 0 pleasure. Different opinions of the waiter about their menu, the child was left without the chicken we asked about. No good impressions from visiting this place.

me and my partner went here and as a queer couple we worry about going to more upscale places, we had the warmest welcome, the staff were very attentive even asking us what meats we were waiting for after us turning down a couple, then proceeded to go get us a fresh batch! servers ellie and grace were lovely too checking in to see how our food was and if we wanted to order more sides.

Used to come bem brasil alot a few years ago but my God it's gone down hill you can't help your self to the salad or sides anymore they have to be ordered the meat was nothing special not worth the price
