Smashd in Bradford

Where to start it I could review this place 0 starts then I would but they are lucky the staff that was working were very disrespectful to me they kept on pestering me about it the food was good or not expecailly the fat short white lad who was there as well and everything was all over the place the tall lad on the till didn’t have a single clue what was going on at all and honestly the food was out of order the burgers were raw the fries were half cooked and I’ve never been more disappointed in my life

Dirty place , very bad customer service , food was uncooked and wrong order, that is dangerous to give raw meat in burgers , people can get food poisoning. 100% no recommend stay away they added Coca Cola for 2.50 in the menu and instead they give barr cola 😂 that is the cheapest drink . Well I understand that that’s how you make money but don’t rob people . Dirty inside and very rude staff and also the manager at the phone when I rang to say about my order didn’t want to listen it was keep saying il fix it next time . No mate you won’t fix anything after we get sick . I don’t recommend I will post this place on all facebook places and on Tik tok and everywhere . Everyone has to see how dirty this place and the staff is . 🤢🤮

Customer service was brilliant The quality of the burger I had (Hulk Burger) was amazing, well worth my money 💷, I'll be coming back. The lads working here really put in the effort to make sure every customer are happy.

Very very disappointing when this place first came on ubereats I ordered from here daily I ordered so much that I needed a break from having the same food to much I recommended it to many people today I decided to start ordering from here again and i got dirty fries beef and it's gone quite downhill what Is the most disappointing is the portion size was so small there was barely any meat on it just like 2 table spoons of meat not even that and I have eating problems and I'm unable to eat much at all I can barely finish 1 burger in a whole day and even I was able to finish it all and not worth almost 19 pounds for 2 of them I normally never leave a bad feedback unless it's quite bad

Driving down Great Horton after a long day of work and notice smashd is back open and tried it out wow these guys food is different.

After 2 months of being shut it’s back open and it’s here to stay the food is absolutely banging and the smash burger is out of this world new recipie new menu and new venue

Amazing food service is poor wait time is long

No chicken wings on any of the order and missing 1 x Rubicon mango drink, no skinned fries? Rang and complained they admitted the fault I asked for a refund they said they would sort it, but nothing yet?

I had high hopes. The food was very bad. The loaded fries were bland. The pizza probably the worse pizza I’ve ever had.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a takeaway! Ordered food for delivery, it took 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the order was wrong. They said the driver would come back to collect the food and they had me waiting for another hour, until I phoned the shop to ask where the driver is??! They happily lied through their teeth saying "the driver was ringing, knocking on my door and had to leave" this was utter bull####, I was promised a refund and still over a week later.. no refund! I was messed around from midnight to 3am, no food, no apology, just lies, excuses and appalling customer service. Been chasing them up but all I seem to get is more lies, and false promises. All businesses make mistakes but at least have the decency to speak the truth to customers and if a refund is rightly owed... to issue it! I ordered directly from Smashd and not through a third party delivery service.

Ordered from here for the first time and had a really bad experience with the food, the smashed box chicken burger was crazy spicy!, the chicken had been dipped into to much spicy sauce which overpowered the taste and impossible to eat,the smashed box smashed burger was way to bland and the meat didn't taste fresh. Stir fry Donnar was hard and not fresh. Overall food felt not fresh and had way to much spice and no taste.

The food was absolutely bang on with its flavours! We’ve had many Smashed burgers and loaded fries over the years, but these guys were the BEST! A must try! Jzk to H & Shoaib for the hospitality!

Burnt over cooked food stay away from this place

I ordered food from here and wow how horrible the food was. It came cold. The pizza had no chicken in it. The topping were like 1 slice of donner and 1 pepper on. The chicken was like it was drenched in chillies and taste so sour and had smell coming out. When I rang to complain to say we need proper food warm and the right order was told they can't do anything. Staff are rude. 32 pounds spent here and went down the drain. DO NOT ORDER GUYS go somewhere else were yoy know the food right and your are appreciate. And not spoken to rudely... appealing and rubbish food all of the food went in bin.

Shoaib recommended after asking for food, hands down one of the best food places I’ve been. Service was quick and friendly and food was top quality. 100% recommend!

Burger was ok, wings was tasty, fries was really nice, apart of the donner it tasted like 3-4 days old, like chewing gum.

Came here for a late night munch while in Bradford for a friend’s wedding, and it did not disappoint! The pizza and Nashville chicken burger really hit the spot, and the owner (Malik) was incredibly welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal, would definitely recommend and can’t wait for you guys to open up in London!

I'm happy to up the rating if they update their menu on just eat. I ordered a pizza (different from previous orders) for the third time in a while and there seem to be differences compared to what was advertised on just eat. All of the pizzas seem to show onions and peppers as toppings but I haven't received them on previous pizzas as well as the one I ordered today (peri peri chicken). Hopefully this can be fixed and I will change my rating to 5 stars after that.

Don’t even bother with this place. Just stick to Mr Ts. At least if the foods late you still know it’ll taste the same as it always does. Ordered food at 12:30. Didn’t receive it until 2:45am. The classic smash was burnt all the way through all I could taste was charcoal. The BD7 burger had hair in it. Worst tasting food I have ever had. They need proper management, the kids running it at the minute will be the end of the takeaway.

Ordered food from here and it had a big black hair init 🤮 and all they could say was sorry or i’ll send u another. Why would I want another when my first order had an hair init. Won’t be ordering again

It is honestly my favourite takeaway. I get the hulk burger, the jalapeño bites and the biscoff milkshake. The food is always cooked to perfection, the delivery guy Haych was polite and professional. There’s never an issue with their food or place I genuinely love it here.

I really like this place, I'm always ordering on Uber eats. The zinger burger meal is ALWAYS fresh, and crispy. The chips and sauces can't be beat. My favourite has got to be the full chicken, it's never disappointed. Seriously keep it up and thank you.

Some of the best pizza I have had, hands down, a friendly atmosphere and staff that helped me take the food to my car, I recommend it highly and would suggest you give the milkshakes a go aswell, definitely a hidden gem I wish more people knew about it!!

First ever place I’ve ate in Bradford and it did not disappoint. Ordered the Parmesan, pizzas and milk cakes and they tasted absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, would love to see this business grow theyre absolutely smashing it. Will deffo be back here when in Bradford again.

The most shambolic night of my life, ordered food at 1 and an hour later it still wasn’t here. rang the place up and he said “it’s on its way” okay fair enough, 2 in the morning and it’s still not here but we get a call saying it’s been delivered, like uhm no it’s not. we ring the place back and they say it’s outside but unless the food was invisible it wasn’t. this went on for like another hour until 3 in the morning when the driver told us the address he had delivered it to. we then had to walk around trying to find our food in some random estate at 3 in the morning. i’m 16, that’s such a dangerous situation to be in. anyways finally got the food walked home and it was disgusting. sent us the wrong pizza and the burgers were burnt and they sent us the wrong drinks. this cost my boyfriend £40 and it was disgusting waste of money don’t get from here

I just want to say a massive thank you and well done to the guys at Smashd. The initial order for collection was missing a portion of chips (these things happen) so when i called back the lovely lad who was working offered to drop them off (which was nice). When the order arrived it contained the full original order as well as a drink and complimentary burger meal. Lovely gesture and great customer service. Well done guys.

Good quality food and plenty of options on the menu, smashed burgers seem to be in trend these days and this place is defo doing it right.. the wait for the food was pretty long and the chef nearly made a mistake with the pizza but the guy at the front fixed it quickly overall good quality food and friendly staff

I orderd food from Halifax and they deliverd it from Bradford by goin out of their way out of their wat. The person on phone was very respectful and evan the delivery deiver Yusuf was very kind and respectful and went out of their way. 100% recomended

Firstly, the staff are brilliant efficient and friendly. Secondly, the food Is freshly cooked and to a very high standard especially with how reasonable and affordable the menu is.. Thirdly, the loaded Smashd fries are out of this world.. The family all enjoyed everything could not fault anything whatsoever from the parmesan to the burgers everything is always cooked to the best.. would highly recommend trying Smashd I’m a very picky eater but I can honestly give a solid 10/10 to this place.
