Food and service is amazing whoever said the sausages are bad YOU ARE WRrONG

This is the best chip shop by a mile. The fish are beautifully cooked to perfection. Lovely and golden brown. The cakes are to die for and the sausages are delicious. The staff are polite and friendly and the banters great !!!

Don’t do it ! Pay no attention to past reviews it’s rubbish ! with uncooked batter (see photos) applied too thickly to the fish (I’ve battered hundreds of thousands of fish in my time) and as cheap as possibly can be sausage tasting foul and processed (macwinneys are the best) in fairness good chips and to cap it all a horrible middle aged woman serving with attitude for whatever reason, this is a place to avoid … no wonder it’s for sale !

This is the best fish shop for miles, Lovely white fish in crispy golden batter, well cooked chunky chips, and real mushy peas. . Also thick tasty cakes and crispy scallops! All cooked and served by two lovely friendly ladies who are always having a laugh with the customers

Good traditional one of the best I have tasted in Bradford. No waste of money. However, a little pricey and fish portion is a little smaller than other places in Bradford. The taste was fantastic, and one can easily forget other things as you enjoy the wonderful 🐟 and 🍟.

Absolutely delicious nice crispy batter big fish and nice chips well worth the money.

Lovely food i’d recommend it to anyone however i never feel invited or comfortable when i order as the lady who serves has an ‘attitude’ which makes me feel like ive done something? apart from that highly recommend

This local fish and chips shop is the very best around no small portions here, unless you ask for them 5***** Very good menu to choose from and one of the best things and reasons to visit here is they always put a few chips in with everything that you buy what a bonus for nothing

I WAS a top fan of gee gees, however with gee gees shutting left and right I’ve had to find a new reliable local and let me tell you, this is it! Delicious, clean and fast! The portions are bigger and I’m sure if I did a price comparison I’ll find it to be cheaper. Happy new customer

Ridiculously overpriced compared to nearby fish shops, £6.70 for a fish and small chips, average quality fish, batter poor, chips poor Not a patch on previous owner who had set the standard, much nicer layout previously, why change a winning formula
