Moons Burger & Co in Bradford

I met Moons in 2023 and, since that day, it became number 1 and Mc Donald's number 2. Moons has become my favourite hamburger restaurant. I love the double smash burger menu, deal 12. Very cheap and very delicious. I recommend it 100%.

Absolute rubbish 45 minutes for an order, and it got canceled. I'd rather order from somewhere else.

I used to order from you guys it was good in the beginning but then the quality drop and chicken wasn’t cooked nice but this time whoever cooked it you should appreciate that guys bcuz he did an amazing job with it. I have order on uber and I got wrong orders and I try to call the restaurant there was no help at all never order from here again

Unfortunately we received the wrong order. We ordered kids cheese burger meal and dynamite parmo deal (which involved 2 parmesans and 2 fries) we only received the kids meal and a tiny pizza that we didn't order? Rang the shop and the person I spoke to was polite and apologetic but I don't know how this has happened. I was advised to contact uber eats.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but the standards of this takeaway need improving. One of the worst burgers we have had. The pizza were okay but nothing special. Price is cheap compared to most takeaways but please don’t compromise on the quality of the food. There’s so much competition in Bradford that you need to improve your game.

This place is the bargain eats of the century they offer some amazing deals and the food is of decent quality also

We ordered to eat in but the upstairs seating was so dirty that we changed and asked to take the food out instead. This should’ve been the first red flag. The food wasn’t nice we didn’t finish eating it. The chicken had an unusual texture and the bread on the burger tasted stale. The man serving us was lovely and I would never normally leave a bad review but this food has genuinely made me unwell. Would seriously recommend avoiding.

“Cheese” Burger was dry , tasteless and no cheese in sight even though we paid extra for more cheese on top of the “cheese” that was suppose to be in the burger already. might have ran away in the time it took for it to get delivered waiting about 2 hrs ish. Egg on my partners burger was slimey and strange looking so didn’t want to risk eating it. Tenders were nice only edible thing on the order. Absolutely terrible don’t bother. Disappointed is an understatement

I had a disappointing experience today at this place. I placed my order at 5:57 PM, well in advance of Iftaar at 6:31 PM. The staff assured me it would be ready in 5/10 minutes and that they would give me a shout. That never happened. Despite repeatedly asking for an update on the order, I received my food at 6:40 PM, a ridiculous 43 minute wait, 10 minutes past Iftaar. Meanwhile, they were already handing out later orders like Order #37 while mine (Order #30) was still pending. This clearly shows poor management and disorganization. To be fair, they did provide waiting customers with dates, fruits and water for Iftaar, the staff was apologetic, even throwing in a free parmesan as compensation. And yes, the food was as good as always. But none of that makes up for the frustration and disappointment of the delay, especially during the Ramadan time when you and family waiting for this food to break the fast. Also it's clear that they prioritize delivery orders over collection, so I’ll be sticking to deliveries from now on. Moon seriously need to fix their order management, great food is being let down by terrible service.

Ordered on Uber eats and it doesn't even deserve 1 star. No taste, cold, wings tasted like rubber, chicken in the burger tasted old and like it had been frozen and refried. Disappointed as for some reason this has such good reviews?!

Family meal ruined!!!! I am expressing my dissatisfaction with today’s experience I had while ordering from your establishment through Uber Eats. I ordered a meal that was missing an item—specifically, chicken wings. After noticing the missing item upon delivery, I called the shop to report it. The assistant I spoke with insisted that the wings were included, despite the bag being sealed upon arrival. After a lengthy conversation of about 15 minutes, she took my details and assured me that the wings would be sent out to me. However, it has now been over two hours without any follow-up or delivery. Upon calling again, I was informed that no one could deliver the chicken wings, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I was left on hold for an extended period while the assistant attended to other customers, which felt dismissive of my concerns. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as it significantly impacted our family meal experience. I would also like to request a follow-up regarding the missing item and any potential resolution. I asked for a manager and was told he’s on holiday.

We ordered through Uber Eats, and the experience was absolutely terrible. First, the drivers looked unprofessional and intimidating, more like troublemakers than food delivery personnel. One of them dropped cans and sauces on the road, and instead of owning up to his mistake, he blamed the packaging. It’s obvious he didn’t handle it with care. Secondly, we didn’t even receive the pizza we ordered. When I asked the driver, he casually said, ‘This is all we were given,’ while Moons claimed they had sent everything. Either the restaurant or Uber Eats is at fault here, and it’s disgraceful to see such dishonesty and irresponsibility. To top it off, there was no proper support or resolution from either Uber Eats or Moons. This was by far the worst delivery experience we’ve ever had. Avoid Uber Eats and any place that partners with such careless and unprofessional drivers!

We come quite often the food is lovely and the staff are always friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Service and atmosphere are okay, but the deals are underwhelming. Buying separately is almost the same price, and the Uber Eats menu is a nightmare! I'm very disappointed as I asked for NO SAUCE on my kids burgers . The next thing I know they is sauce on my kids burger and my kids were very annoyed that the burger had SAUCE as they don't like sauce .The pizza were okay but the size was not satisfying at all !! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A BIG FAMILY .

After travelling 12miles, I got quoted £7.00 more than it was online. I told the lady behind the counter but she shrugged her shoulders and carried on. The extra £7.00 won't really make me poor but a simple explanation would've been nice.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Placed an order for a parmo went in they said they forgot to make it wait another 15 mins. After I was biting the food tasted very funny the texture of the chicken was like rubber . If you compare this chicken to a propper chicken fillet it’s totally different. I hope management looks at this and replies. I wanted to ring but they are closed as it’s 11pm Disgusting. Did not even eat it

I ordered the loaded astro deal 9 and astro deal 2 and if I'm being honest most of the food was about average. I don't think the fillet burgers were freshly made, they tasted frozen and the smash burger wasn't too bad but I've had better. The Donner was decent but there wasn't much of it but the pizza and wings were actually quite nice. I'd probably eat from here again if I'm in the area so I can see the difference in delivery Vs Freshly made as Uber eats decided to show me this place even though I'm far away.

got a peri burger, not sure what it was looked and tasted steamed fillet with lots of salad and mayo, husband got a triple beef burger he felt same won't be going again, there are afew other fried burger places few doors down will try them next time we're in Bradford.

Very cheap but very high quality meals, fresh and delicious food. A must try!! The astro deals can’t be beaten by price anywhere. One of the best places in bradford.

I ordered 3 pizzas deal it’s cost £17 when I got home open the box it’s was 3 small pizzas they mist out my 2 chips when I call them they said they well add me next time they done that before they don’t bother about Costomer service because they think people well go back to them food is ok nothing special you can get normal size pizza from different places in Bradford for £15 this well be my last time

Terrible service, gone to order my food and waited 10minutes whilst the staff were on the phone taking orders, after us waiting shes then went to take our order and started answering the phone again, proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for her to take my friends order, dismiss me and make me wait whilst she takes another order over the phone so I just left, 0 manners fix up

Entire order was absolutely disgusting. Burgers were soggy. Chips were so oily and almost like they were re fried. Pizza wasn’t even a pizza. It was all binned!

Gave me an uncooked parmesan and when i rang up the said they would send me another the next day witha free dessert. Well i called up the next day. They completely refused it. I would never Buy food from here again you can definately tell their hygiene and customer service is disgusting.

We had a double cheese burger meal and macaroni cheese bites. The burger was really good, and the sauce had a nice zing to it. The chips were alright, but we had delivery from quite a distance. Cheese bites were good, very unique and different. Delivery was quick, especially for how far it was. Good quality for the price, lots of good deals too.

Hi.today I spent £24.99 for astro deal 4 but very disappointed because it's was collection order and was told me over phone that order will be ready 15-20 min but we waited 45 min there and the whole food was disgusting because peri peri burgers and wings were not proper cook on the grill and no sauce on it and there was a bad smell in these.even zinger burgers taste were also weird .sorry next time will not order from here because it's waste of money.thanks

Uber-eats order Ordered the astro 3 meal which was well worth it. Burgers were tender and suclient as we're the tenders. Pizza was spicy just how we like it but could have had more topping on it . Standard Ice drinks and chips . Dips were different and tasty especially mango one.

Visited moons today. The service was poor. We had to repeat the order few times. When the order came, we asked for smash burger which is chicken but they gave beef pcs inside the burger and claimed that that’s what a smash burger looks like. As my husband started to eat the burger, we realised it had off beef smell. This was our first and last time eating at Moons … very disappointed

me and my boyfriend ordered off uber eats today and when the food got here there was no drinks or dips. when we tried to call and sort it out the lady on the phone rudely disregarded us and told us to ring uber to sort it out.

I visited this place yesterday and all the meals we ordered were tasty and lovely. The portions sizes are generous and full some indeed. The burgers, strips , wings and pizza sizzler were excellent. My family especially the kids loved this place, and Insh'Allah visit again soon.

Had to change my review from the previous post this place is called moons now , the Service and Food is really good and have had numerous orders from them on delivery, has been always warm and fresh and tasty burgers definitely recommend.

Love this place I’m a regular customer in every morning I would say , everything is perfect , staff , hygiene & food , but the music omg , it’s not for everyone and it doesn’t fit for a restaurant , my brain is hurting every morning , I feel like I’m in a mosque praying , definitely change the music to smooth relaxing music it definitely hurts brains and it’s a huge downgrade for this restaurant

It's a nice restaurant with a good range of foods. From burgers to pizzas to peri peri chicken. It was all pretty tasty. The only issue was that some of the chicken patties were quite thin.

I ordered moons the other day and thought the food tasted quite decent such as the pizza and wings. But after some time eating I started feeling unwell such as having a headache and realised that the food may not have been fresh and probably off that time. Owner this isn't a fake review and I just thought I'd let you know to keep this for future reference.

I was a regular customer here but this is my last time because the owners have taken away the card payment machine because the shop next door have installed an ATM so they tell you to withdraw cash from there…FOR A £1.75 FEE! So they want to save on card terminal fees by sending customers to pay to withdraw cash! They’ve started cutting alot of corners and are trying to penny pinch at evry opportunity which is fine as long as it doesn’t affect service but here it has. Really gone downhill! AVOID! EDIT: i did ask the staff and they gave me a completely different story saying you will have another terminal after a minimum of 1 month 😳

The food here is very standard, hence the so-called cheap prices. The food is very basic and standard processed stuff. Then again, they charge you £1.20 for a fake cola, which is ridiculous. Didn't enjoy any of the food here. It was a straight regret even trying this place. They also have 1 toilet within the whole place which is out of order, shocking.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE “buy one get one free” yet don’t carry this out. They will fob u off and and the lady who speaks with an accent is the rudest lady ever. She argued with 3 of our family members. They will not accept responsibility. They said take it up with Uber eats.

Ordered off Uber eats buy one get one free and ordered a few burgers because of the discount which the shop did not honour and the Indian lady on the phone was really rude and speaking loudly saying with buy one get one free burgers we should only get one burger. She then cut the call on me and then blocked my number so I could not call. I tried to resolve it for half an hour but the lady on the phone couldn’t care less and would not let me speak to a manager as he was too busy. My sister tried ringing and she did the same. Poor poor poor customer service with false advertising

What a fabulous meal we had. Burgers were gorgeous like no other burger had really chicken chicken inside. Pizza was yummy. Portions of chips everything was A*.. We came as part of a cricket tour so there was alot of to be served.......Lady that served us was lovely. She happily took my order, the deals were amazing. I forgot to mention my dad doesn't like mayyo she gave me an additional burger without Mayo. She was so lovely when she came upstairs to clean the tables. I promised her a review so needed to fulfill my promise. Hopefully next time we're in Bradford I will pay you a visit again!

Googled "best burger in Bradford" and this place came up, and now I see why. Prices were unbelievable - £10 for Astro Deal 1, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks and 4 dips. They even had Diet Tango Mango! The burgers were really tasty, hot and spiced perfectly. The fries were also really good, and oh so many of them as well! Service was really good, friendly staff, clean premises, with plenty of seating. Only downside is that there's no parking. Highly recommended.

I've not been in so can't rate the building staff etc but ordered our 3rd takeaway in less than a week. Yes I know fat *******'s but we have just moved and she'll of a kitchen. Ordered our first chicken parmesans other day and would definitely have again. Was delicious. Ordered 3 x 9" pizza deal and ordered the 3 pizzas shown on offer and again was delicious. Ordered tonight full peri peri chicken and sure that will be delicious. We are 2 foodies that have high standards and for us to order a 3rd time means that they are doing something right. Great offers. Great food and we are in idle and always red hot when it comes. Please try chicken parmesans as will love them and please try this take away its been great and can tell they have high standards. I took my niece here for a family date night. The food is tasty but they made a fatal mistake: there was a fly in my burger and they did not apologise. While they did not apologise, they did make me a whole new burger. Here is the thing: I was already halfway through my burger meal when the fly was found! It strikes me as rather odd - the attempt to compensate a customer for poor food hygiene by giving them more of the same food. Rather, they should have apologised, asked me how they can make it right and perhaps offered my neice and I free desserts or even given us a refund. I don't much eat out anymore but on this occasion that I did go out, this was an experience that sort of confirmed my bias for staying home and eating in. They should maybe try apologising next time, it does do wonders for customer service ratings. More to follow... After having read the establishment's response I want to further clarify: We did not demand anything. We merely suggested what might compensate me for the unpleasant experience since the diner assumed we would want another burger (why would we?) Had we demanded free desserts it would not have been entirely incongruous considering the situation we were in.

Ah yes, yet another "fast food diner" in Bradford that serves soggy+mushy burgers. On the day I visited, a limited menu was being served due to kitchen equipment issues - so I can't comment on what the pizzas are like.

I recently had a burger at Moons, and it was delicious. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. The bun was soft, and the special sauce was perfect. Great fries and excellent service too. Highly recommend!

Called to do a collection order for take out at 11:30 and got told that i can’t do a collection order when there’s half an hour left and that i had to come in to order before 12 i told her i’ll be there quite late but it will be before 12 and the women on the phone told me to come in so i did i reached there at 11:49 and they turned me away and told me they closed even though the women herself told us to come in. Should not put the closing time at 12 if you close early very poor communication with staff

Come up from horsforth to go here, There is nothing in or around my area like this place, The strips from here are absolutely bang on 4 for 3 pound something, there is more chicken on them than a whole 20 wings from kfc. I'll never go kfc again 😅. Burgers are huge and there like 4 quid, proper nice recommend this place to everyone. That stir fry donner is the best I've ever had, just love this place, 10/10.

We popped into Moons Burger & Co after coming to Bradford for some shopping and I am so pleased we did! Tehseen was very helpful to us and was very friendly to our kids, took the order and came up to ask if everything was OK. Food was delicious, chicken fillet, flame and juicy chick were amazing, had astron deal that came with a large bbq pizza with crispy chips and chilled drinks, grilled chicken with rice was excellent too. What a bloody bargain for the food you get. Went as a two and we were reluctant on the quality of the food because of the prices being so low for what you get but this actually surprised us a lot, we went for the nitro and tnt burgers which came with peri wings, two chips, two drips and a 9 inch pizza with plenty of dips. We were both amazed at how good the food was and not one of them places where the food is cheap but the quality is also very rubbish. The quality of chicken was juicy with a good crispy batter, good amount of spices but would not suggest it to every one if your not so good with spices, even to our surprise the pizza had a nice kick to it but not overly done. Only feedback I would give is we were bit taken back as to why the sauces came in small tubs that we had to keep asking more for, even though the staff were accommodating and there was no charge for them. It would make more sense to put them in bottles or atleast bigger sauce tubs. There is nothing negative for the food even though the wings we were told were not the best but we actually enjoyed them. Maybe it was a good day. I would defo go back to this place and order more from there selections and just hope these offers are there to last a while, would recommend anyone to go whilst the offers still last.
