HFC in Bradford

Best chicken shop in Bradford food was so tasty and at a fair price. Toilets were a tad dirty though.

The spicy grilled wings wow!! They hit different!! Spice, juicy, cooked to perfection! Came back for them 4 days in a row 😅 overall, the things that I've tried, i have been impressed with. food quality is brilliant, at a fair price and portion size is good!

I'm alwaze a regular hfc oaklne I order cheese burger meal x2 zingi burger meal x1 peri peri chicken and peri peri wigs meal x1 The peri peri chicken was raw not been cooked everything else was fine.. I called the shop n explain the guys seem not too bothered I spent 30 pounds I wouldn't recommend anyone Upsetting not customer service :(

Quality of food has been erratic over the last years. After a year away I tried it again and it was very good. Can recommend the wings box with rice.

Ordered 5 burger meals and 1 extra burger. We were charged £37 and then only given 5 burger meals, 3 of the burgers were not the ones we ordered either. I then rang as we didn't have enough food for all of us, and was told a delivery driver would arrive at our address in 15/20 minutes. He will collect the incorrect burgers and exchange them for the correct ones and the missing one. An hour and a half later we still hadn't received this delivery. 0/10 would not recommend, and won't be coming back here again.

I’ve tried wings from several branches of HFC, and I can confidently say this one is by far the best! Hamza assured me they make them with ‘love,’ and I must say, he wasn’t kidding. These wings were nothing short of phenomenal crispy, flavourful, and downright irresistible! If you’re looking for the ultimate wing experience, this branch is unbeatable. Highly recommend! Really great service and budget friendly food

Tikka burger is thick, juicy, flavoursome and has the grill texture. Delicious a must try. Peri peri burger is also a popular item, but you can also have the chicken with different flavours. The fries are crispy, a good portion. When combined with the in house sauces, all flavors are enhanced. A few tables to sit in, suitable for families. Has a bathroom too. Takes card, online payments and cash. Hamza the manager at this branch is friendly and very accommodating. I asked a few questions about the menu and he knew the prices and menu in detail. Plenty of off street parking. Overall I prefer this branch over others.

Rotten salad as usual. We asked saucy grilled chicken (mixed platter 3). The chicken strips in the meal were dry and the whole chicken too. Not happy with their food. Used to be good before. My hubby got diarrhoea.

Absolutely excellent service. Had an item missing from my collection order. Called the branch, they arranged for it to be delivered and it arrived within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service which matches how good their food is.

Great taste of food, something different to what others are selling. Their unique blend of flavours on the burgers are incredible and you could taste the flavour of your choice. Like with any take away, improvements can be made. 1) Quality of fries are nothing special, they were slightly soggy, however I so like mine crispy. 2) I didn't get any tissues with my order, perhaps they forgot?

Food tasted ok but next day I was sick

Used to order from here quite often the food used to be good but recently going downhill. Last time I ordered they forgot my coleslaw and served me raw chicken. Safe to say I'm not ordering from here again! Can't say the same about the other hfc branches though but this is definitely not it!

Was going to have KFC but they were closing. So glad they were. Ended up getting HFC. Great value for money and tastier chicken . The only complaint I would have is that if you advertise Pepsi, don't send Barrs Extra Cola instead

Had fried chicken and chicken wings from here... fried chicken went straight in the bin as it was mere salt and nothing else... wings were a bit better but the whole food was definitely not worth the money...

The staff are a bit dopey and slow and did not have a clue what was going on. That being said, their peri peri chicken rice box meal was 10/10.

Decent food across the board and reasonably priced for the overall quality, however their fries let them down. They are tasteless and tough. If they change their fries would be 5 star.

I have been using it for over a year and I can say that: Great food, great service, short waiting time to order! I recommend!

The food quality was absolutely shocking. The burger was reheated and almost impossible to bite into. The piece of chicken seemed as though it was from the night before. The coleslaw tasted bitter and off. The chips were soggy and again tasted like they had been reheated. This is not what I paid for.

Needs to improve their customer service. Order from Just Eat hadn’t arrived after 1 hour 10 minutes, tried to explain the situation but kept on getting spoken over and interrupted. Food finally arrived, cold and soggy.

Really disappointing. The old chicken could not be disguised by the flavouring/coating. Chips were double fried so were rock hard. The hot wings were very rubbery. All in all unfortunately a very nasty experience compared to about 2 years ago when I last visited this hfc branch. End on a positive, the fizzy drink was nice 👍

The wings are really really good from here. Full chicken great too. Piri Piri burger sometimes dry and chips have a strange taste maybe the oil they’re cooked in? But overall great value

Ordered the Rodeo Burger meal, which was banging! Nice juicy chicken filelt, with hash brown and crispy onion rings!! Made fresh so it Came out hot I had to wait a little as I burnt my mouth on the first bite. Flavourful burger packed, they didn't skimp on the Jalapeño or the sauce. One of the best burgers I've had the pleasure of eating. It cost £6 for a meal which included a can of drink, that was nice to see as every other place you have to pay extra for a meal and drink. Excellent Value, Food, Flavour, Service. If you're local check them out!! 5 🌟

I went with my family after going to the park opposite and had a peri peri burger and 1/4 chicken with nuggets for the kids, we got all of it as meals as prices are really good and you get enough to fill you up and every time we have been here it is always nice and hot, because a lot of places you go to eat, the food is lukewarm.

Wow, what a difference a man and a year makes, I've left my old review below for reference. But since the management change in July 2022 this placed has bombed. The food is obviously suffering from supply chain or poor quality control, the last three visits the ingredients were old, withered salad, hard bread, stale chicken. The new front man is trying to shut the place down, late delivery, missing items and the angriest meanest expression in takeawaydom. Keep your chicken brothers, I'll try somewhere else. Peace! NB: Reading the other reviews it appears the good manager is Hamza, the other guy is a disaster. Advice = if Hamza is not there, do not enter. Old review: "Had the mixed platter: decent salad, full grilled baby chicken, 4 wings and some bread and chips. Clean presentable dining area, customer toilet and good menu. They do not try to be something for everything like many who fail do, but like any good restaurant, they focus on what they are good at. The young man that served us was great. He recommended me the piri deluxe grilled chicken burger meal with jerk & hot flavour. It was spot on! Give this a try. My only feedback to the owners is that the place could be cleaner.

5/5 One of the greatest establishment for grilled wings in bradford! They steam their wings before hand and then grill them giving succulent grilled wings everytime! And you get 10 grilled wings meal for £5.79 which is a great deal Highly recommended!

I Ordered grilled burger but wasn't grilled and very dry no flavour it's just steamed.

I tried the food that they recommended and spent over £11 pounds on a meal. Unfortunately the food was bland and had no taste just ordinary normal food. Its a nice shop but no flavours that gave me no buzz to come again.

They don't take cash but the food is AMAZING

I would rate this zero stars if I could. The chips are soggy and are wrapped in oily paper. It would have tasted better in a container. The burgers are not like they used to be, I have tried Leeds Hyde Park and they were a lot better. HFC in Bradford Oak Lane is very poor quality. Wouldn't order from here again.

First time ordered from here. Will definitely be back. Really good value for money and portion sizes nice. Food packaging also good with plenty of condiments. Only downside food wasnt piping hot but understandable due to cold weather. Maybe put food in insulated bag when out on deliverys just a thought. But still 10/10!!!

They bring disgrace to the branch of HFC the fat man on the counter is just despicable and rowdy. I was astonished by the customer service I did not feel welcome and the register big man was just rude and abrupt.

Probably the best place to go when you're craving something delicious, food always tastes great and is consistent, portion sizes are good and the customer service is top notch, I'd recommend the Cheesy Rider or the Cheeseburger 😁
