Burger was scrumptious, Fries were absolutely delicious, best ones I've tasted. The only issue was the milkshake, it was supposed to be oreo which unfortunately had no taste or texture of Oreos at all but was a lovely chocolate milkshake! Thanks😋

no food has been delivered, why is it saying delivered

I dont l want to pay 3.99 for delivery when its less than a 15 minute walk from mine to your shop

They took my order said it would be over an hour which is bad enough to then make me wait 1 hour 30 mins and say it was delivered on the app when it was never delivered absolutely poor service never will I ever use this place again also has a rat infestation at the back of the shop

My burger was bland and not even hot, couldn’t even class it as warm. Only thing that had flavor was the chips seasonings. The cheese bits were stone cold and very disappointing flavour.

Absolutely appalling service! I ordered my food plain and asked for only cheese on my burger. Order came and had salad and sauce all over so I rang the shop and told them it's ment to be only cheese they then send me a new order covered in sauce... yet again my order is wrong so I rang back and was told that because I said plain cheese burger and didn't specify no sauce that ment he puts sauce on a plain burger and then told me that when I say just cheese it could mean no meat or bread too so supposedly it's my fault and he hung up the phone. I did however get the whole conversation on record. The way he spoke to me as a customer was disgusting safe to say that was the last time I ever order from here and I will be sharing the video with everyone else and telling them to avoid this place at all costs!

Disgusting service!!!! Messed up my order last time and told me that he will sort it out when next ordering. Ordered today and was literally given abuse and told that i should have mentioned their mess up when re-ordering over the phone, despite there being no mention of this when i initially rang them! The guy is so rude and said he does not have any customer service skills himself! Honestly! Avoid guys!!! We use to order from here at least once / twice a week!

Recieved a call from resturant over an hour after placing order to say they couldn't fulfil my order, which was a vegetarian meal, and they offered to replace it with a meat alternative instead. Says it all. Won't be ordering from here again.

My turn to buy for the team, placed a fairly large order, 10 plus burgers. All hot and delivered on time. They gave us all free dips and drinks.

said food on way at 17:10 and then said delivered at 17:40 it wasn't so used help and then got a text saying delivery would be by 18:10 food arrived at that time took food in kitchen to unpack and everything was stone cold tried to report but only offered £2:45 I paid over £20 for order so didn't go through with it. not happy ☹️ at all first time this has ever happened to me and I couldn't reheat it so was a wasted meal. I hope this is a one off as I love their smash burgers ♥️🍔

Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive food after ordering it. If you can’t offer delivery then don’t. Only 2 lots of food was warm. And we had to wait to go out and ended up late to an event.

absolutely ridiculous the delivery guy didn't want to walk to my house so my daughter had to go meet him n 1 of our burgers looked like it literally got smashed all over his car n maybe the road or maybe it was the shop, im heated because my daughter was having tea n that does not happen often so her burger was basically squashed. not the first time there has been a problem but kind of pushed me over the edge a bit. nearly £30 for 3 burgers n onion rings u wud at least expect them in tact

Although the food we received was good, there was food missing from the order. After contact with the shop, it was agreed the missing item would be sent. It never was. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not my mistake, yet I’ve paid for it

Best Burgers about! Always quick delivery despite the nearly 4 mile journey. Highly recommended and the milkshakes are lush too!

AVOID. £30 for a double meal deal. 2 of the smallest burgers known to man with a ridiculous amount of chips. Food was cold and they made the wrong burgers on order. The photos they use are fake too. The burgers look nothing like the pictures. They are half the size. Delivery took over an hour too. The biggest waste of money when you could get a McDonald’s which tastes 10x better and is less than half the price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
