Best pizza I’ve had!!! Great service and lovely people!!

Food was very good and a very nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food service was very fast on a Sunday afternoon. We had Starters, a Steak, two pasta dishes, and a pizza. All prepared very well and came around the same time minimal waiting time.

Amazing quality food as usual! Proper pizzas, with great ingredients, none of this naff stuff from chain stores and never dripping in grease like a lot of other restaurants.

Order didn’t arrive and the restaurant ignored all my calls to try and resolve the issue , very very disappointed! Now I’m having to wait for a refund and still hungry not good enough

We are regular customers at Luigis & always have a great evening. Tonight we pushed the boat out & had Lobster Thermidore & Sirloin steak. They were both amazing, cooked to perfection & we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Thank you also to the staff as they are amazing & friendly, especially Sabina & Brooke.

Really great pizza. A tad on the pricey side and a bit on the cool side. Chips were totally cold and pizzas weren’t that hot but they were still lovely.

The food is okay. Hit and miss. There is much better around. Some of the staff are really weird. Feels a bit creepy from the men. They talk in Italian and stare at women. Making you feel like they are talking about you. The small one in Cleckheaton is much better quality & had a much more welcoming feel to it

food not delivered been waiting two and half hours

We love Luigi’s but sadly the quality of the door via delivery wasn’t good. Mozzarella in corazza was badly burnt and tough to eat. Portion sizes small. Probably will stick to going to the restaurant in person rather than delivery.

I can't ever remember having a better fillet steak than the one I had tonight. It was melt in the mouth, with chips, mushrooms, onion rings, all in garlic butter. The staff were brilliant and what a lovely atmosphere. I can not recommend Luigi's highly enough 👌

The canneloni was a big let down. The meat inside the canneloni was very wierd flavor and looked like as pasta meat very rich in tomato in other words too much tomato for my tasting, the canneloni pasta was a bit dry in same of the parta a bit too chew. The tuna and pepperoni pizza was nice and flavoursame, the only thing was the onions was a bit too thick and was mostly raw. The calzoni was delicious and havent disapointed. The deserts was the highlight of the night very delicious all of them was a pleaseant suprise.

Absolutely delicious pizza. The dough is fresh ,nice tangy tomato base with top quality toppings. If you sit in the right place you can see your pizza cooked to perfection in the turn table oven.

Pizza prosciutto and Toscana . Very good cake and tomato sodo . The rest are cheap ingredients without taste ... you come at your own risk . The staff is fine and the atmosphere inside. Food scores at 2 /5 points.

First time visit to this place with a group of friends.£5.50 is steep for a pint.. wasn't impressed when I paid £12.95 for a pizza I was feeling full so went for a cig was going to finish rest of pizza but they had cleared our table even though they knew we wasn't leaving yet due to fact we had not paid also some drinks was taken away too least wait or ask if we have finished..my friend wasn't impressed with attitude from staff either won't be back.did not want to make a fuss asking why food removed should of asked me when I returned to table plus a friend said you took her kids drinks too doubt people at table would of said that was okay to especially with prices

Genuine Italian restaurant that makes good quality food and has very good, prompt service. Been a family favourite for many years.

First time trying luigi's as we heard alot of vibe about they pizza and have to say it was absolutely delicious, thin crust hand made as we was seated next to the pizza section and was watching the pizza chef working really fast as it was a Saturday night , God mighty that chef was really good and fast absolutely would recommend this place

First time to have takeaway from here and was just as lovely as eating in. All food hot and fresh. Chips were nice and crispy. Garlic cheese bread was super cheesy, pepperoni really flavoursome on our pizza. A very happy customer who would recommend Luigi's to everyone!

Disappointed always get my pizza from Luigi’s..first time it’s come and been burnt and so salty.

Delicious. The prawns were cheaply big and juicy, and so were the scallops. The spaghetti carbonara was creamy and full of flavour. The staff were very nice. 100% recommend, would come again.

Food is always tasty and brilliant. However, it is slightly overpriced, especially for stake and chicken dishes. Pizza's are lovely, and i would recommend them. For the starters, i would recommend the meatballs or the deep-fried breaded mozzarella. The specials are always good, however, not always available due to popularity.

Chip where greasy looked like been recooked . Spaghetti bolognaise was pasta and not much mince no Parmesan cheese. Pizza was cold and not worth the price paid

I've been here 3 times now & never booked, they have always been super accommodating even when they are busy. & they payed extra attention to my old, dissabled mum. Nothing is too much trouble. So nice. It reminded me of being a child in the 70's & being taken to traditional Italian restaurant. Love it, thanks to all who work there who make it a very welcoming & pleasant experience. X

We thought we would try Luigi’s after its refurbishment. We ordered the food and it was served within 10 minutes. We thought it was quick but didn’t judge until we had tried. The food was nothing special and didn’t seem like any thought had been put into it whatsoever. Pretty tasteless. The veg that was served with the dish looked and tasted like it had just been warmed up. It definitely wasn’t freshly made. This place isn’t the cheapest place to eat, therefore, I expected the food to be a lot better than it was. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Staff hovering to take our starters while we were still eating them, then brought out our mains and put them in front of the couple next to us. Waitress assured us we would not be given those and they would be made fresh. A different server then came over and asked if we were ready for them now. Questioned him and he said they were the same meals that had already been brought out . When I expressed displeasure at this he said " they have been back in the pan though, just try them" We had ordered filet steak and a rack of lamb, the price of the 2 dishes was £60. It was ok but not hot, but my main problem that was it felt like a second hand meal that had been in and out of the pan and kitchen and put down in front of other people before finally maki g its way to us. Its not fast food, and its not what I expected for these prices. Servers attitude poor, no apology, made to feel like an inconvenience despite it being their errors. Really disappointed with the evening.

Lovely food , attentive staff. We went very early on a Friday so there weren't many people in so it's difficult to comment on the atmosphere. It has a nice ambience though

Lovely evening despite it being very busy. Service was attentive and food was not too fast nor too slow which was nice as we didn't feel rushed. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

We have been going to Luigi’s for years, and haven’t really had a bad experience, but since the refurb, it strangely seems to have gone down hill a little, they no longer serve bread and butter for some reason, I can’t imagine why, once seated it took for ever to get a drink, and even longer for our food, and once we did get it, both steaks were overcooked and were like boot leather, not wanting to wait even longer for more steaks to be done, we simply ate what we could and made a complaint, we were given a discount on the food, but ultimately, it just wasn’t the same level of food or service we’ve come to expect, looks like we’ll be finding someone else to go from now on.

Always good there's nothing to fualt

We had a fantastic family birthday meal. The food was hot and delicious, the service was prompt and attentive and the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit.

Quiet on a Saturday afternoon but that’s sign of the times unfortunately. Huge portions, I’d have liked some bread to mop up my meatballs and garlic prawns. Would definitely recommend!

Visited for takeaway pizza. Was a bit black around the edges, but other than that was fine. Restaurant was very very busy. Certainly wasn't a spot for a romantic Saturday night meal on the occasion I popped in.

Asked for chilli in pizza, none in. Waiter whistling loudly. Not in tune. Waiter singing like a strangled cat.

The pizzas are not eatable. They arrived upsidedown. I called the restaurant and I'm requested a refund and another deliverd. Please sorted as soon as possoble. I orders for 8:10 8:30 and now is 9:00.

Disappointing...Calzone was excellent..but not really hot.. my pizza was burnt underneath..no cheese to speak of ...Fries were hot!...Its less than 3 mins drive from the restaurant ..eaten there many a time amd no problems but as a takeaway I won't use again !

The chicken calzone made me and the wife very poorly, and as for the little one. She didn’t manage to stomach the pasta starter. We hoped to congratulate her and treat her to a nice dinner, but we were very disappointed with the results of our evening. I wouldn’t want to say this is the same for eveyone, but it was definately an issue for us!

Lovely place, food was nice although my daughter had chicken stripes with garlic butter, unfortunately the chicken was greasy. Myself and my husband had tge chicken kiev calzone which was nice, my son had the meat calzon which he enjoyrd, the other member of our group had spaghetti carbonara, which he enjoyed. However we weren't offered any black pepper or parmesan cheese, disappointing. We felt very rushed, before we even sat down someone came over asking what we'd like to drink, then completely missing out one of our group, he wasn't asked until I mentioned it when they brought the drinks to us. Once the food arrived, we weren't waiting long and it was nice and hot, again the service staff were there reaching across the table whilst we were eating to retrieve empty pop bottles, different service staff. As soon as you put your knife and fork down again the service staff were there asking if you'd finished even whilst others were still eating. Once the table was cleared two different members of staff asked if we'd like dessert, straight after each other. Maybe each member of staff should be designated their own tables/area? Please let us sit back, look at the menu, chat, soak up the atmosphere, enjoy our food and relax.

Pizza was cold and both pizza's had been tipped on there sides so no cheese or toppings on pizza. Very disappointing especially as it not cheelap from luigis. Tried to ring to complain no answer won't be ordering from there again

Garlic mushrooms were made with floury white sauce which was gloopy. No fresh cream in sight which you'd expect from any good restaurant. The lasagne was vile. Tasteless, undercooked chewy lumps of mince in-between sheets of pasta with more gloopy white sauce. The 'ragu' was practically non existent. I can make better myself at home. This went in the bin. Will not be ordering again

Food was all cold and very bland wasn’t best pleased as i eat here a few weeks ago and was very nice but I spent a Christmas present voucher on this and probably won’t order for delivery again but may be back to the restaurant

Came here for an anniversary meal with my husband. We have only been once before years ago. The food was delicious, hot, and very good portion sizes. I had cannelloni, which was very tasty, I loved the sauce. Atmosphere was relaxed, and we were allowed to eat without being over pestered. We will definitely be returning.

The Mozzarella carozza was like rubber . The chicken alla creme was full of veins , pink inside and very chewy and really bland in taste .. We had booked a table for NYE but cancelled it .. Will not be going back . 👎👎👎

I always liked Luigi's food when he had the restaurant and the cafe in Horsforth and his son's place, Gigi's, in Pudsey. This didn't disappoint!

The food was marvellous as per usual, but it took far too long to be served for a small table eating two course meals. Seems like they may have spent too much time trying to service the takeaway side of the business. Its a real pity as the food is great and I would love to eat here more often.

I went on Wednesday and the atmosphere was good the staff so helpful. The spaghetti bolognaise was to die for unlike most places you don't have to play hunt the beef there was plenty and they did not treat the Parmasan cheese like it was gold dust you got a generous portion I will definitely be coming again
