Been here 2 times and had issues both times. The ladies that run the store are rude and the majority food is out of date. Id save your money and go to east molesey then waste it in tolworth.

This was my final visit to this shop. I have tried to give it a benefit of the doubt over and over again. Previously have purchased out of date items but my current frustration is that what you are being charged doesn't match the prices displayed on the products. The staff was very blaze about it. Also, majority of products doesn't have prices anyway so one way or the other you never know how much you will pay. Very disappointed as the selection of products is descent.

Nice service, expired products have their own place and the shelves are tidy. I will be happy to come back here to shop 👍😊

Be careful, don't be fooled. There are products on the shelves with a low price on the front and the next ones without a price, and when you take the second product, it turns out at the checkout that it is twice as expensive because it is from a new delivery or the expiry date is different but the new higher price on Of course there is no packaging. I do not recommend it!!!!!!

Unfortunately, some products are expired. Before you buy anything, check the dates carefully, of the few I bought, 2 are after the date. I doubt that the staff is not aware of this. I definitely don't recommend it

Prices from space!!! Moreover, the expiry dates of products are covered with other printed ones. Be careful what you buy 🥴

The owner is a fraud, there are no prices on the products, he charges as much as he wants, he doesn't give the receipt, you have to complain, a different price was given on the product - a completely different amount was scanned.

It is only 1 Polish shop nearby and had a very good collection of food but only 1 problem is that lots of food is out of date! Was rushing today and didn't have time to check it because I have heard about it and realised too late choclate I bought was over 3 month out of date! It's not really safe selling old food. Please be careful and check every single item you buying

They have a wide range & good selection of stuff..but find the guy working here quite rude. Very unfriendly, & perhaps because of racial prejudice, he treats me different. I thought that's just how he is but he was completely different to a Polish? white lady, courteous & trying to go the extra mile. Not once, but I've been there a few times & every time same. I've heard a lot of Polish people are racist. I literally walked in, picked up some fruit, without even saying please or even a TRYING to be polite, in a condescending manner told me: don't touch the fruit, you're squeezing them too hard! He looks annoyed as soon as he sees me, & i asked him a question last time at the counter, & he literally ran out to the back of the store. I have tried to be nice & smile, so perhaps he'd see I'm not who he "thinks" I am, but he carries on. Obnoxious man. Lost a customer, not my loss! ☺️ BTW, this shop is very expensive.

When you come out the store you will smell of food and its not a nice smell

Bought fish, last 2 pieces, all mouldy inside. Be carefull with fresh produce, phoned up shop and they did not seems to care.

Wczoraj kupilam sernik, pytalam sprzedawczyni czy ciasto jest swieze… Zapewnila, ze tak! Dzis traci waznosc do spozycia. Uwazajcie na date waznosci!!!

Z przeterminowanych produktów to ten sklep słynie, ale polecił bym zwrócić uwagę ile np wędliny czy innych rzeczy na wagę się dostaje, Dziś prosiłem o 30 dkg wędliny dostałem 20 i za 30 mnie pani policzyła.

Someone pointed out earlier that the guy is very friendly, but the ladies less so - I couldn't agree more. Otherwise, the store is well-stocked, always have seasonal goods available, they provide also home-made meals and lovely cakes. Card payments accepted, including AMEX.

A little over priced, guy working here is nice and helpful but the woman is a typical polish recluse that doesn’t talk laugh smile greet you make eye contact basically a shadow Overall if customer service improved and prices were reduced a bit to match other similar shops it’s not bad, except for parking is horrendous

Myślę że data spożycia mówi sama za siebie. Dziś jest 27.10.18, grubo ponad 3 miesiace.Pozostaje NIEsmak, zarówno z sytuacji jak i produktu...

Please check every single products before buy. More important Meat and Dairy Products!!! Products all after the deadline!!!! Śmierdzące mięso, i stary nabiał... wystarczy spojrzeć na lodówkę z mięsem... Sprawdzajcie za kazdym razem produkty, jaka data spożycia.Bezczelnie wciska stare śmiecie, których już nie powinno być dawno w sklepie... Nawet teraz zjadłem jogurcik przeterminowany 17dni. Z czystej ciekawości tylko sprawdziłem. I co? I po ptakach!!! To już nie pierwszy raz, ale człowiek przymykał oko! Wk....ił mnie tylko co !!!!

The owner/manager is really nice, just a shame that they have stock issues so sometimes the item you really want may not be available. Adding a delivery option would really help too.

PÓŁKA OK - dobrze wstawiona i ogromny wybór . DLA WLASCICIELA - dobra rada , wiecej szacunku dla stałych klientów . Osoba która regularnie robi zakupy za £30-£50 F nie wymysla ze kielbasa byla nieswieza zeby odzyskac £2.50 .... chce po prostu spokojnie zjesc .... Chamstwo i prostactwo nalezy zostawic za soba .
