Domino's Pizza - London - New Malden in Kingston upon Thames

Only ever collected, it's always hot and fast service.

I ordered some pizzas from this Domino’s branch and they took more than two hours to be delivered! I called to try and find out what was happening and the staff were rude and wouldn’t let me cancel my order. Shamefully poor service.

We have ordered a pizza today on date 24/01/2025 arounf 7:15 pm and there is a hair in the pizza. After eating 4 slice we have seen the hair and now its awkward about hygeine. Very very bad experiance. We have sent a feedback but yet no one reply from Dominos App.

Not the best pizza in town, and not the cheapest, but it's delivered and you know what you are getting with Dominos wherever you are in the world. The hygiene is ok and there is normally a special offer available if you check the web

Ordered a half & half Pepperoni with The Cheeseburger. It was missing cheeseburger sauce (which makes the pizza).. Domino's sent me a whole new pizza straight away. Thank you for your customer service

Domino's delivered - quick and nice.

I ordered dominoes for delivery and did not receive the big sauce I paid extra for. When I called up to point this out the person on the phone said next time I ordered they will give me the sauce which is not really helpful. They said they will transfer me to manger so this could be sorted out and the person then just hung up the phone. Very unhelpful customer service.

Waited 15mins for a pizza that they got wrong so had to wait another 20 for them to remake it, but we did get the one they messed up for free so all in all totally worth it. EDIT: As we just went again and they said £7.99 for a medium and £10.99 for a large- then after we ordered - oh actually, no deal for vegans, £21 for a small pizza- RIP OFF!!!!!! Won't be coming back again after that.

Worst customer service. Ordered pizza, waited for an hour and when I rang they said my order was never processed! Very poor customer service and I am still awaiting the refund.

I couldn't take a picture because we ate it quickly, but it was really delicious. 'American hot pizza'is always delicious no matter when we eat it. I think I could eat a whole large pizza in the blink of an eye. If you order through the app, it's half price, so it was nice to be able to eat it cheaply. 12 pounds for a large pizza !!!

Amazing if you collect, inconsistent when delivered

The place is very organised,clean and the pizza is 🔝🔝🔝 comparing to other pizza restaurants in the area and the price is extremely convenient.I highly recommend it

Staff incompetent. Well one in particular to be fair. Timings for collection all off and then tried to charge more than was quoted over the phone before collection. Poor service in general. Food was fine.

Nice cheeseburger pizza, however toppings could have been a bit more. Buffalo chicken wings are also good.

Delivery driver got lost so pizza and side arrived cold, but the worst part was the quality of the pizza! They didn’t give me the crust I requested, there was literally no tomato sauce on the base, mostly just crust and the toppings which were on the pizza hadn’t been cooked properly, plus it was dry and pretty much tasteless. I know it’s not a gourmet pizza (still £21) but defo the worst Dominos I’ve probably ever had.

Ordered the cheeseburger and tandoori hot for dinner today for collection. Got home, and to my disappointment, the jalepenos on the Tandoori Hot pizza tasted out of date. I called them to let them know just in case they get more complaints out of courtesy to them. The staff picked up in a very condescending manner speaking to me as if I called to get a free pizza. I did not expect anything from them and simply called to make them aware. I do not expect to have my Sunday evening ruined in return for an act of kindness. He then proceeded to cut me off and hang up the phone. I pay for a food that tastes in date, not to be given food that tastes mouldy by rude staff. Please re-train your staff's telephone manners.

Always comes fresh and piping hot delivered by friendly staff. Great offers all the time, too! Thanks guys!

Very disappointed! Pizza was cold and thin base was like cardbord

I do like thin crust but this time it was more like a thin roti and overcooked and literally falling apart because it’s so crispy. Definitely the worst dominos pizza I ever had.

She was really rude to Me and she said there was inly card but I only had cash and they where very rude to me.

Ordered for delivery. They messed up my order. I had to drive to the store In hopes of resolving it as they asked me to send a picture to their personal email. I thought driving would be quicker and easier. It was not. I have left with no pizza and apparently the refund will take 2-3 days. Therefore, I now have no dinner for this evening. To ‘compensate’ me for it they offered me a free drink… no thank you that is not compensation when I was after an easy takeaway that I have now had to drive and sort out! I will be taking it further if you do not refund me the £2.49 delivery fee you made me pay for a 0.3 mile journey and no pizza. Toppings were very very frugal as well. Do not bother wasting your money at this store.

Sometimes they get it wrong. I have pizza stuck to the top. Wrong toppings. Etc.

Worst Dominoes EVER. Toppings are ungenerous to say the least compared to other branches, usually luke warm at best even if you collect, but the single worst thing about this branch is their inability to deliver even when the address is local and by no means difficult to find! This has happened so many times its unbelieveable and then you always have to ring the branch and argue with the VERY rude manager to get a refund - after they try to arrange to redeliver your cold pizza - something which Dominoes seem to think is acceptable and people would want (why I have no idea?). Basically, avoid this branch like the plague (try Tolworth or Kingston instead in you live local to this branch).

Brilliant experience of ordering through the website to collect. At the time of day I ordered parking just around the corner couldn't complain. Food was tasty and service was brilliant. They even dealt with a rude customer with quality customer service far better than I would have in there situation. The only down fall I could raise was the counter tops customer side could do with being cleaned and also not have a delivery driver who didn't appear to wash his hands or remove his motorbike gear before jumping on to food prep. Hence only 3 stars not the full 5.

Absolutely disgusting. Took my money and failed to deliver my food. Kept telling me lies after lies and even hung up the phone. Lets see if they give me my refund!!!

They have taken money twice from the bank account for the same order. Very unprofessional. Said the money will be back , but nothing .

It was a bad experience. I have to wait about 45 mins to get the pizza. When ordered at the counter, the girl said that it would take only 15 mins. Though the pizza was ready and was sitting in the box behind the counter, none of the staff called us.

One of the best, very impressed with service. One time they made a mistake with my order but gave refund promptly so I am happy.

Wrong toppings - Dissapointing. As having peppers instead of jalepeno is a huge difference

The taste is all similar, but only the New Malden branch has buy1 get1 free. I was most jealous when I lived in Worcester Park.

A wide variety of pizza to choose from. You can order online or by phone in this pandemic. Delivery is prompt.

Nornally order Domino pizza monnthly to trear kids. Yesterday we ordered Cheese burger & mighty meaty and we were very surprised that the topping have been dramatically reduced and we were very disappointed. Reasonable amount of topping makes pizza to replace meal for our family and it was not satisfied dinner.

delivery time is excessively long. It's never less than 70 minutes.

Ordered a pizza recently and it came within 20 minutes! I would just like to say I've never seen such high standards of customer service than what was provided to me by Haseeb. He made sure I got all my sauces and I will definitely be ordering from Dominos again. I hope I will see Haseeb for that delivery too!

Easy to order on the app with reasonable special offers during the week. The pizza delivery was quick for a weekday lunch, and the pizza was warm and tasty with lots of toppings.

The pizzas are nice, its the staff here thats the problem. I ordered a pizza that arrived with no tomato sauce or burger sauce, just cheese and toppings. I complained and I was told I was wrong and she said, "my job isnt to lie. I put everything on there". She eventually agreed to remake the pizza which came over cooked, still no tomato sauce, the pizza wasnt cut and, no chorizo as I ordered, and for some reason she added bits of mushrooms which wasnt on the list of toppings and which I hate.

Ordered pizzas for a kids party that arrived nearly 1/2 hour late, despite pizzas being ready early. 30 disappointed kids!!

Very good pizza and the garlic seasoning has a good flavor. Good service and well-predisposed employees. It does not have a public bathroom. Small room. It has two tables. And a long table with high chairs. If you go through New Molde and want a quick meal you can stop by Domino"s pizza🍕.

Very helpful staff and lovely pizza. Much nicer than or local Dominoes, so we travel further for this. Sufian was very patient with us 5 minutes before closing time and we hadn't made up or minds. Thank you.

I ordered Chicken Tandoori Topping pizza But when opens the box it was wrong pizza. Call them and asked them about it all they said that no this is what you ordered. I asked them if I can speak to the person who took the order then manager said he was the one. So I guess that manager was trying to cover up.

Below my expectations. Food is always a meh.

I have ordered a pizza under a month ago. It took 1h20 mins for it to be delivered. After an hour wait I had ring the branch and they apologised for the delay and stated they only had 1 driver on their shift that day. Domino is only a 5-7mins drive from where I have. Having made that order for my family and a 5 year old it was unbelievable to wait so long. I was told I would get a free pizza next time when I wanted to make a complaint but I have not received an email or coupon for the free pizza

wow! i ordered gluten free pizzas with a few veggie toppings and no cheese (I add leerdamer cheese at home as it's lactose free) and wow! so yummy, the base doesn't taste like other gluten free awful ones elsewhere, it's just as good as the normal wheat base. The pizza arrived after 45 min and it was still hot :)

This place does really great pizzas but the only concern is that the waiting in unbelievable

I order twice from domino's new madden and both times pizza took long time to arrive .. 45 first time and 1 hour second time .. reason I gave it 4 Stars because pizza was really excellent .. just took really long for food to arrive .
