Smacks Hamburgers in Sutton

Beef in cheese burger was soo dry and the sides of that beef patty were burnt and the chips were all very very small broken pieces of chips , I ordered from Beddigton Lane branch where the Head Office of this company is based so they should have better quality checks of their food but very disappointed after spending £25

The food was cold, fries were not fresh and the beef was very salty. Highly disappointed.

Food was still hot and food came quick, thought I was going to be waiting ages but I wasn’t, definitely recommend

double cheese burger party's are so thin, they actually had gaps in them and the edges were so burned.... I wish I could upload a picture here. I asked for no pickles... the burgers had pickles...this place used to be so good.... don't know what's happened. not ordering again.

Chips were not as hot as usual but just warm today

Burger were really small, had pretty good flavour, buns were a bit dry for my preference, closer to a bap. The fries were super thin so didn’t travel well, cold when they got here so ended up in the bin, I think they would be okay if you were eating them fresh though. The ice cream was bland. The worst thing was the apple pie, it was really watery inside, flavourless whilst a little bitter. Paid extra for dips, tasted awful. Overall, just a cheap quality shop, trying to sound premium. 0/0

I recently placed an order ,unfortunately, found it to be overly salty. It was difficult to enjoy because the seasoning was quite overpowering.

By far the best burger in town.. quality meat, smashed beautifully thin, melts in the mouth.. the bread, the sauce absolutely everything about it.. even the fries are crispy and thin.. one word of advice tho, ordering for delivery won’t do it justice as it always comes coldish, either dine inside or call for collection! Hands down for the smack down!

Kitchen 4 mins away from me.. I waited for over an hour.. still no show. The kitchen number is invalid you can't check.. place closes at 11.. it's 11.05 pm now.. I thought ill give u a 2nd chance as u apologiesd last time but never again!! I will not recommend you to anyone as ur burgers are smaller than mcdonalds and the service doesn't exist

I ordered 3 chicken nuggets wow’s dry and they a a ham burger which was also DRY and there LITERALLY was no sauce given to me.

Criss cross fries were good and so are the chips. Cheeseburger was underwhelming. Ketchup soaked into the bun. Red onion was hardly there and only 1 slice of pickle. Patty was tasty but crispy and dry. I would order again but would order y a different burger

I want a refund as the food was late plus I had to travel to collect it as the driver was having trouble following his sat nav also driver was very rude

27/04/2024 - ordered food for me and my daughter for the second time from here. First time was bad enough was stupid to give them a second try. Over £30 later for two people including delivery charge and says ‘delivered’ however NO SHOW!! Called restaurant was also told JUST EAT drivers are not contactable. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It was very tasty, everything I ordered was good quality. I also like the fact, that it was delivered early.

Ordered here today. Unacceptable customer service. Items missing however owner claims he gave driver both bags. Driver claims only one was given and I requested a refund for BOTH missing drinks and a refund for one is being sorted which is ridiculous… will never be ordering from this shambles of a restaurant again. AVOID THIS ONE go to the smacks in Southend croydon much much better there.

The driver spent 25min driving to another job I assume in the wrong direction before delivering ny order. As a result the food was cold. I would remove this driver ASAP, useless human being with no care for customer service.

I ordered a smack down burger nuggets and a milkshake they gave me 2 kids cheese burgers and a milkshake

Easily the best cheese burger I’ve ever eaten great value for quality food please don’t ever change this will be a firm family favourite for take out thanks guys

Waiting for 30 minute for get 1 burgher meal and 1 chilli bites My food it had been ready for 15 minutes But no one put it in the bag an give me After I ask and they remember about my order the burgher was very nice but the fries and the chilli bite they had very bad taste becouse oil is very very dirty

This food is rubbish and overpriced. The buffalo wings were so salty and the criss- cross fries were stale.

I only order from here because of the Oreo milkshake. I decided to try the food items. Big disappointment. That smicken sauce they use is absolutely foul. It was in the burger and on the wings. It’s horrid, overbearing. Ruined what would have been a fine burger otherwise.

Honestly one of the best smash burgers in London

Ordered at 01:00 and got better food than central ldn restaurants. Seriously. Filries, amazing. Fish burger is real, flakey fish. Good Brioches buns on every burger. This place is quality and I've never had such good delivery at 01:00.

The Don burger was lovely! great flavour and a sauce that had a nice little amount of spice to it. Chips were decent though I do prefer a little crispier the flavour was good and most importantly they weren't horrible cold and soggy when they arrived. All the food arrived still hot. The price is steep and to be honest without the 25% off I wouldn't of ordered as even with that its still pricey but I'm glad I did and when there is a good offer on I will order again. it's just down to whether you think any burger is worth that expenditure and I'm not of the mind that the regular price is worth it for any burger even ones as good as what I ate today.

Still one of the best burgers around. The first place that came to mind on National Burger Day. This is a delivery only venue. However this time I found the burger (smack down) way too salty, usually the salt isn't too strong. Hopefully a one off. The smicken fries were great - first time ordered.

The wings were undercooked and smaller rancid. Stupidly this is the 2nd time I've ordered from this place where the wings were undercooked. Don't order from here...

Burger was great not as hot as normal but hot but unfortunately the chips were cold and not great today. First time I have ever experienced this and hopefully not again.

Stumbled across this place for lunch on Monday, 100% will be coming back. Best fast food burger I’ve had in a long time, meal for £10 seemed brilliant value for money too against similar places.

Burgers are on the same level as Five Guys or Honest Burgers! My chicken wings with parmesan sauce isn't my thing which puts me in this position to try all of them!

First time coming big disappointment the buffalo wings( buffalo wings are red with hot spicy sauce )is literally dump in oil and and cheese powder they ask you what sauce do you want but instead they put powder and the burger is so small.

Only gave 3 for atmosphere as it was a ghost kitchen. Staff were very polite and food was on point. Hidden in industrial estate but definitely worth ordering from if in the area. Good double cheeseburger and chips were massive . All fresh

One of the best burgers in town- we all love beef burger and the fresh non-frozen burger taste delicious. If you are more hungry, make sure to try with their Buffalo Wings and chips.

Crispy chicken burger criss cross fries was amazing

Ordered from the Slough franchise and I was incredibly disappointed. Cheeseburger had a particular smell and didnt taste great. The chicken wings felt like rubber and didnt taste like it had been marinated but just dipped in sauce. Really sorry guys - its doesnt "smack" at all.
