Paul was very attentive! Great waiter!

The staff was rushed off there feet and genuinely tried there best but what am awful place! Couldn't hear myself talk! £5 for a coke cola! And the food was over cooked and very small portions for the money. Slug n lettuce, nar your alright.

Helen and Scarlett were incredible. So patient with ours needs to wheat intolerance and a type 1 diabetic. Much appreciated and a great experience

Brilliant bottomless brunch with amazing swift service, the vegetarian cheese burger is divine. Gracie was very polite and fast with service, couldn't recommend her enough.

Exceptional Service That Made My Day! I joined a brunch with friends and was the only one in the group who was pregnant. From the moment we arrived, Paul made sure I felt completely included and cared for. He went out of his way to check on me regularly and created the most delicious mocktails so I wouldn’t feel left out of the fun. His attentiveness and kindness truly stood out and made the experience extra special. It’s rare to find such genuine, thoughtful service — Paul turned what could have been an ordinary brunch into something unforgettable. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re expecting and still want to have a great time!

Disabled toilets are upstairs via a staircase. When questioned the practicality, the bar man agreed it was awful, then his colleague advised there was a lift further down the Mall, via the cinema 🤔 guess there not disabled friendly at this establishment.

Excellent food place right on Portsmouth marina by the Spinnaker tower. Had the burger and steak sandwich, both are excellent.

Sadly disappointed as I have had a decent meal here before. Food was cold, staff members made fleeting appearances behind bar, certainly no-one checked to see if all was well. One chap constantly dashing up and down stairs. Food delivered by staff member who was having a conversation with another.

Sadly this establishment has gone downhill in our opinion. We used to regularly visit and often bought the small plates to share. However this visit left us disappointed and still hungry! We had fish goujons with tartare sauce, there were 2 goujons, or to be precise 1½, 6 tiny peppadew bites with a ketchup and a few: near enough chickenless; shredded chicken slivers! All plates garnished with some withered rocket! Left hungry and disappointed after paying extortionate prices for not a lot. We know prices have gone up everywhere, but the prices here have been hiked up whilst the quality and quantity has gone down. Disappointed.

Naslia was very attentive and helpful throughout our booking. She made sure out next drinks order was in even before we had finished the previous order. She had a very friendly and warming nature with a bubble personality. Would love to return and have Naslia as our host.

Can't comment on food except when my salad turned after 39mins it looked part cooked, when l spoke to the server about it All she said was l was being rude to her ? This is what passes as staff service in the UK @large everybody is being rude to them not lm sorry for the delay, state of food. It's become the goto excuse for poor service. Sometimes it's the fault of managers putting bottom line profit before the customer.

Ordered food, waited nearly half an hour, but nobody suggested the food would be delayed. Asked 2 people when we could expect the food, told "it has just come down". Only 2 staff working. Eventually appeared after almost 40mins, server approached our table, my husband said that "we had waited half an hour" and the salad looked half cooked, was accused of being rude. I said we wanted a refund. They did this without question, and said it had taken 39mins, but no apology for the state of the food. I said the company should know that people are not happy. Server said the company have told them to cut staff hours. Had to ask what about the paying customers? Shall not be back, have been a number of times before, and food was always great - cannot comment this time. Bottom line figures appear to be the rule in this place.

Came to this venue today for some food and a couple of drinks and we received great service from a lovely girl called Gracie, we will definitely be back.

Went for bottomless brunch with the bestie for their updated brunch on the 5pm+ menu. Food was great, drinks were kept flowing, staff were lovely. We had Liv and Ruby as our servers.
