Great night and great service from Nicole. Fast and easy to order drinks. The food was lovely. Would definitely recommend for bottomless brunch.

This lady is absolutely amazing. What can I say. See meeted. and greeted us and was very hospitable and accommodated all our needs. She is great at what she done and needs recognition. 👍🏽

Worst customer service I ever faced

Won’t ever go back in again, suppose I’m not allowed as I’ve been barred. My cousin come over from Dublin and took a week of work as he’s the manager of JD Store. We were in there for about an hour and the bouncer dragged my cousin out for speaking too loud, when he was dragged outside by the bouncer 3 customers attacked him brutally and left him with a broken nose, fractured jaw and scar on his forehead and our other friend tried to stop it and he also was brutally attacked. The 2 bouncers stood and watched and didn’t get involved or tried to protect him at all. The police eventually came and arrested the 3 people on the spot after checking CCTV and were really good with my cousin and my friend and they have pressed charges. I was inside when the attack happened but I tried returning 3 weeks later for a bottomless brunch with my family and the manager comes over and immediately stops me from sitting down infront of everyone and made me feel like I was the one who done the attack or I was the one who was to blame. It made no sense. He eventually let me speak and I explained it was my cousin who got attacked and I was the one inside, he still kicked me and my entire family out. I feel like it’s because we’re from Dublin and maybe he was threatened by our accent and the stereotypes around irish people with drink & fighting. But we just wanted to have a bottomless brunch and enjoy ourselves like everyone else in there. We didn’t argue after I explained myself, we all just left and said it’s more embarrassing and upsetting for us.

Couldn’t find parking so didn’t even go

Having visited twice on consecutive Saturday's for the bottomless brunch for various parties, i cannot recommend this place enough, especially the service on both occasions we were lucky enough to be served by the lovely Nicole, who could not do enough to make you enjoy the whole experience, with a friendly smile.

We had a lovely bottomless brunch. Our server Nicole was so friendly and lovely. She told us what was in the cocktails and made us feel welcome. She was ver pleasant and gave us great service. Food was great and drinks were good too. Will go again and would recommend!

We don't really venture in to Wolverhampton and so we aren't familiar with where is good to eat. We saw there was a Slug and Lettuce. Being familiar with the chain, we thought it would be a safe bet. I don't think I've ever received such shocking service. If I could give a minus, I would. The wait for our food was ridiculously long. I don't mind a bit of a wait, especially if it means freshly cooked food, but this was something else. To make matters worse, in all of this time, they didn't even bring us our drinks. They still didn't arrive when our meals came and we had to ask for them. It was only 1830, so early doors. Despite this the pub was full of raucous individuals, who clearly couldn't handle their ale. Food was mediocre. Nothing too bad about it at all (could have been hotter), but at the same time it wasn't special. Prices reasonable, but to be honest, I'd have rather paid more and sat in a better environment with better service. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Busy before a gig and trying to get served was near on impossible.

Visited on Friday 15th March, very busy most of the tables were reserved. Ordered 3 plates for £14. A very small portion, The chicken kebab was so so salty . Will not be in a rush to visit again

Quick bite to eat before a concert, smothered chicken was inedible it had been microwaved that long and the fajita pasta was stone cold. Not an apology can we get you anything else just plates put back on the table. Not sure we will be back in a hurry!

Nice place we went to one in Cornwall what was amazing food and services was spot on so booked this for Mother’s Day. Ordered starters and mains and they all come out together wasn’t even asked as who wants starters and mains at once anyway no big problem the food was a disappointment everything was burnt and deep fried so there was no taste just loaded with sauce to a point the kids would not eat it the table was full of our empty drink glasses we was done with food and then come out deserts but there was no room left on the table so I had to ask for someone to clear the table off I wouldn’t mind if it was busy it was dead so that gave it away that it wasn’t going to be good and even after asking for them to clear the table they still left all the empty glasses so I had to move them myself to the next table! I would not be going here again and it’s a shame as I say the one in Cornwall was brilliant food was nice. Please avoid Wolverhampton branch!!

Had an amazing time with my friends. It was my first time visiting Wolverhampton for a spa weekend in the park hotel. The staff were so lovely especially Andrea + chloe D they really looked after us.

Came here for a meal for a friends hen party Saturday the 2nd of March at 12.30, food was nice but the girl that served us at the bar when we ordering our food and drinks was so rude with a very bad attitude and a face like thunder,we all ordered individually and she was the same with every single one of us, terrible customer service and put a dampener on our day! I have since emailed but heard nothing back

Attended the slug and lettuce for lunch, had the buttermilk chicken burger with fries decent portion and it was tasty.

First visit to Wolverhampton halls,as was early we walked to find somewhere to get a drink,this place first pub we came across,place was heaving found 1 small table for 3 of us, (my 80yr old dad and disabled sister) to find it was reserved,6.15 pm...

We came for a brunch today and Nicole and Jess were amazing

Walked up to the bar and asked the barmaid what bitter do they serve. I was quite shocked to be met with the question WHAT IS BITTER?? That's when I realised it was time to spend my cash elsewhere In reply to your response. The barmaid did know how to answer my question over Bitter. She asked me what is Bitter so as a barmaid she didn't know what drink bitter was maybe staff training is needed.
