Slim Chickens in Dartford

We did not get the extra garlic toast we ordered. As usual, items were missing.

Very nice food, helpful staff, clean environment, i enjoy the food here and it tastes very nice it can seem a bit pricey compared to cheaper fast food but is worth it if you like good quality.

Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday, never again the chicken was like rubber and tasted like cheep supermarket chicken and they charged me a fortune for it

Nice clean inside out but unfortunately the food was over seasoned and bland at the same time makes no sense save your money and go kfc or nandos idk whatever. £28.00 wasted

Food turned up cold, which was surprising as we’re not too far from them.But a couple of minutes in the microwave and we sorted that. Lovely food in the end.

Filthy and messy. Way too packed with tables. The servers and kitchen can’t keep up. My order was missed. Waited ages. Nothing came. So I left.

£16 for burger, drink and chips. Waited around 20 minutes for food, delivery drivers getting priority rather than people waiting for food. Food not worth the wait. Won’t be returning.

Milkshakes are amazing. Service was fast as we only ordered drinks. So busy which is a great sign but they definitely need a bigger venue.

Ordered two burger meals and some chicken tenders on the side which came to £40 which is mental given it's fast food. The food was massively underwhelming and the burgers were soggy and very oily. Honestly, save your self a few ££ and get a KFC

1 Machine never prints out a receipt 2 Burgers was stone cold that cheese couldn’t even melt in the bun 3 the coke is so watered down might as ask for sparking water This place use to be my go to

The chicken is always good at slims in my experience. It’s tasty and moist. The tenders are better than the wings. The selection of sauces is great. The crispy onions though, they have to be the icing on the cake, they are really good. If you are comparing with KFC, Slims wins, but it is a fast food chicken place and not up market.

I recently visited Slim Chickens at Bluewater, and it was an outstanding experience! The chicken was incredibly tasty, cooked to perfection, and served piping hot. One of the highlights was the amazing variety of sauces—each one so unique and delicious that it was almost impossible to pick a favorite. They’re definitely a must-try! Whether you’re a fan of mild or spicy flavors, there’s something for everyone. The only downside was how busy it was—it took a bit of time to find a table and get seated. However, the food and overall experience made it absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Time of delivery kept moving and took over an hour but updated all time and arrived eventually

they cancelled our order after 2 hours of waiting and haven’t given us the money back, £40 waisted on this disgusting vile place

Came to a very friendly and helpful cashier, ordered 2 kids meals and 2 chicken burger meals and 3 wings costing a woping £50. Found a table and sat down, food was here in 2 to 3 mins, huge red flag. Felt like chiken in the burger was not cooked freash as it was barely warm and kind of dry. Chips were extremely salty. Wings were cold but tasty and super juicy. Milkshake was a hit. Sauces were ample. Good atmosphere and service.

my chicken burger was so dry it must have been kept for over an hour under a heat lamp or re heated in the microwave, these burgers are supposed to be juicy and tender, throw away if its past its best or dont sell it to me, 10 months later and ive tried again, can you believe the same thing happend, one completley dry burger with no taste, i came here when it was a new shop so i know what it was and should be like.

Good food, well priced and served quickly. Only downside is this place is always heaving and trying to find a table is really difficult. It's super tough when you have a crying toddler because he is hungry and people just barge past you get a free table before you do.

Food was excellent 2 drinks were unavailable so were substituted for milkshake which was a nice bonus, Thank you.

i received my food soon as i sat down i opened my box and my food was freezing the chips are soggy and cold and the chicken was so cold i thought they had put it in the freezer before giving it me. in total i paid £14 for 3 chicken strips chips , toast and drink as a meal this is not worth the price as at all its so small i bearly have any chips the box is not even full its smaller than a kids meal ! im never ordering from here again .!! 💀💀💀💀

Chicken was good, delivery was prompt.

This is the second time the milkshake has leaked everywhere from here . We waited ages ! Then when it came it was all ruined the milkshake had leaked into the box of food !! It was everywhere . Sent pics to just eat and at first only offered me a small amount of my money back which I complained about . Ended up getting just over half of my money back which was better than what they first tried to give me !!

Food was absolutely delicious but the place was an absolute mess with leftovers left on virtually every table ,tables were dirty and food was all over the floor as well but for some reason the staff just didn’t seem to care when we left the place literally looked like a dumping ground

First visit, nice and fast service. Food comes out very hot. Huge portions and great value for money. However, chickens and fries were so salty.

Didn't have any expectations going in. The tender and fries were really good, the fries were also great, Mac and cheese was nothing to write home about but nothing wrong with it in particular, just a standard mac and cheese.

Amazing service, 1st time here, caught the teem at closing after a movie and still provided fast fresh hot food. Will come again.

Great food and excellent customer service. We had a bit of a mix up - table was cleared when we were in the bathroom - but it was all resolved quickly, without hesitation, and in a friendly way. A top recommendation for families.

Had the plant based strips, chips were very very salty, price was a lot higher than expected. I was expecting around 8.99 for what I received and I was charged extra for a drink. Meal was nearly 14 pounds!

food is definitely worth it and it is quite affordable definitely recommended.

If you want to wait 40 minutes for mediocre fast food slim chickens is the place for you. If you are in bluewater there are much much much better options

Second times to eat here, everytime visit Lakeside shopping centre, will have lunch here. Chicken is fresh and juices and milk shake definite must try.

We loved their chicken and their variety of sauces! Cant wait to go back. There onion rings are a must try as well.

As far as customer service goes I’ve never met staff as welcoming and friendly as Milly she was absolutely amazing and has to be the best restaurant staff I’ve ever come across

Really nice restaurant, have visited a couple of times when in Bluewater and it is always spot on. You don’t always have time to visit the other restaurants as more of a sit down and order type meal, so Slim Chickens is the perfect mix of not quite fast food but definitely still fast.

From ordering to arriving it took 2 hours (I live 10/15 minutes away from the restaurant). The tracker said that the courier was in the restaurant for 1.5 hours and only left the restaurant 5 minutes after the restaurant closed. The food was cold so has clearly been sitting for a while.

We have visited a few times now. And the service has been perfect every time! You don’t expect such amazing customer service from a fast food restaurant the staff are also so friendly. The food always tastes great and is freshly cooked

Been to this branch a few times. The drinks machine is never working consistently- the flavours are always a bit off or the coke is only soda. The food takes ages to get prepared- 35 minutes was the record yesterday. As a result the burger came lukewarm and the wings came burning hot. The fries are way overseasoned. They always forget drinks for takeaways and also don’t give toast either. Service wise there is no way to know how long your order is taking as the screens are not updated so there is a crowd of people waiting hoping their order is next. In the rush the staff do end up barging forcefully into you and without apology. Only reason i have gone back a few times despite the poor experience is the taste of the wings is very good. The delay in preparation is counting heavily against the particularly when you can get a decent Nandos in a fraction of time.

I’ve been here a few times now and I must say, I’ve never left disappointed. The food is great quality. It’s served up very fast too and I’ve always found the service incredible! The employees are amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing, guys. It’s much appreciated 👍🏻

Food Chicken- really good. Chips- the restaurant should consider allowing customers choose to have their chips plain rather than putting add ons without customer consent. It was quite salty and too dry. Wrap: I had the buffalos wings wrap. The initial taste was great but I ended up with itchy lips and throat and no indication of allergens in it, my lips were swollen a bit after. The green wrap is great , but the wings and salad tasted awful, the itch was bad, the spices used were too strong, the salt content was high, nothing healthy about it. Also pricey Atmosphere- not bad Service- not bad

Food was pretty awful. Plant based burger was three things covered in a weird hot, vinegary sauce yet the burger was otherwise tasteless. Shakes were not very thick and fairly sickly. Never again.

Very crispy and delicious chicken with a wide variety of wonderful dipping sauces to chose from.

Pretty decent fast food experience. Burger was 'wet', which was fine but texture wise I would have liked some dried ingredients in as well for more bite. Chicken tenders were really nice, I had a Korean BBQ dip but it was quite sickly with the BBQ burger. Portion size was fine. Not much to write home about, just a pretty average chicken restaurant.

Service is quick and efficient.. Food comes out very hot. There is plenty of food , excellent value for money. Cooked perfectly . 1 of my favourite restaurants to go to, especially if time is short and you need to eat quickly.

Expensive for what you get, food tasted fine and a good selection of sauces but at the end of the day it's chicken at a high cost.

Food was good but chips were so salty almost unbearable to eat!

Had my first visit to Slim's Chicken and was disappointed with the Buffalo wrap – minimal chicken, only two pieces for a family order. The shift manager seemed unbothered, claiming it's how it's meant to be. Ended up adding chips to compensate for the lack of chicken. For £12, expected a heartier meal; too much lettuce, not enough substance.

Vegan strips and chips 3 for £12 . Very expensive for junk food.

literally never eating here again, food poisoning GALORE acc can’t deal with how horrible I’m feeling bcos of this food. Had to cancel plans cos been throwing up since last night. Had really high hopes but it’s a 1/10 for me

Really great quality, piping hot fresh to order food, the weekly deals in the loyalty app are great too and I always take a look each week. I'd definitely recommend it here, I've so far tried both the tenders and chicken burger which were both excellent. With sooo many dip options I never know which to try and usually always try a new one. 😃

Food was ok, Service was terrible! The guy walked over like he was on death row. He wasn't rude but clearly he couldn't care any less. Won't be eating here again.

Recently they have changed their cooking procedure and no longer coat the wings. Instead, what you get are standard wings absolutely covered in batter which is impossible to eat as its overwhelming. Seems to be a cheap way to cook with staff offering no real reason as to why. Almost £40 for 2 adults and kids meal for pretty much wings and chips you get from your local chippy. A real shame. Only saving grace in this review is the staff working non stop to keep diners happy.

Extremely quick in bringing the food yet it still tasted as though it was extremely fresh. Big portions and very very tasty. Buffalo sauce is awesome.

We and my kids love slim chickens, always busy (a good sign) but we always manage to squeeze a table! Portions are generous and the food is amazing!

Ordered the 5v5 Meal for 2 and a side of 'Mac & Cheese via the Uber eats delivery. I've ordered this before and it's been good however on this occasion they reduced the amount of chips barely enough for one person. The Mac & Cheese which is £6.95 is smaller than a a coke can size! If that's their normal size the price does not reflect the portion size and I would definitely not recommend this. I have since responded and emailed their customer service.. and have been ignored clearly its a way to show they care when obviously they do not

It was ridiculous how long I was waiting then I got told the driver was on his way and after 20 minutes he still wasn’t here so I checked again and he hasn’t even left bluewater yet. Then when my food arrived it was cold !!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I can’t get through to anybody to ask for a refund

Slim Chickens in bluewater is the best one of these franchises that I have been to. Food is pretty close to the pictures and tastes good. Would rate higher if the soft drinks options included proper coca cola and maybe some flavoured still drinks options.

I do not recommend anyone to eat here. The food was extremely salty. You can get better food elsewhere not worth you suffering from high blood pressure from all that salt. Your health comes first!

Korean BBQ isn't halal from what I was told by Muslim staff as it contains alcohol but they don't tell you

Tried this place for the first time and boy it did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, cleanliness but the food was just amazing. Great tasting chicken, great customer service and worth the price. Highly recommend this place ❤️👌🏻
