When I order the food was wrong then I asked for a refund of my pizza or my proper order and the said yes we’re a bit busy call us back in 30 mins then we called them back and the started shouting at us and said there not going give us it the hung up every time we called them .

3 out of 4 times the order has been missing items, have been refunded once, still waiting on the other two refunds

Food took 2 hours to come, it was stone cold and no sorrys, terrible service

After using mommas pizza since i was about 6 years old. (37now). I come home from a night out Google pizza delivery. Shocked to realise mommas pizza is closed down. (Devastated) decided to jump ship and order from slices. Food arrived hot fresh and tasty best pizza since mommas closing down. Although he owes me 50p 🤣🤣

also we was missing an item which we called the restaurant to ask if they could send it out we was told yes then we wait another hour still not here so called again to be told can't find my address my order ? takes another 10 mims to then say oh I have found you he will send now maybe he forgot just not good enough this is a first them tho to be fair but I wish the had sorted it better.

Food great as always but they did send me Pepsi max instead of Pepsi so unfortunately that will go to waste

this used to be the best calzone in Telford. tonight not so much. the dough and fillings tasted awful compared to our last order of exactly the same pizza. v disappointed

I ordered in cash the delivery guy came with no change had to give him a £20 note. They gave me a frozen cheesecake that I can not eat for another 6-8 hours. The only good thing was the pizza it tasted nice

Used to find them ok for the money. Last time I used them pizza was poor and cake was frozen. I complained and nothing. I recently forgot about this as I thought it was the other pizza chain and just ordered again. 15min later I have a call from Deliveroo saying they don’t deliver to my area which I know is false, as they did me and they did to my friend other week. I remember then it’s because of previous complaint they didn’t do anything about. Instead of trying to give a service they used to, they decline to give me anything. Should I just have accepted frozen cake and poor pizza when they are capable of better in past?

Food was poorly made I had half slices of pepperoni on the pizza. Not cut in half from it being cut in pieces. Like on the actual pizza. It tastes plastic and my chips were cold and soggy like they had been made the day before. Won’t order again especially not the pizza it looks funny. I had a 9” pizza and only had two slices as it was gross hut was hungry. The rest is going in the bin. The sauce pot was in with the pizza so squished it. Then the sauce was warm and pizza cold

Right you need to sort out your chicken burger meal. when i order it delivered. its always comes spicy hot chicken which i never ask for.. if i come to the shop in person its perfect.. so you need to sort out order issues.. or you have issues with your software..

Food was nasty worst pizza ever ingredients tasted off burger meal came burger patty in a bun no salad or source and it was like they fried the patty instead of grilling it. Waist of time and money never ordering from that dump again

Delivery in 20mins and all 4 burgers were cooked perfect

We use this as a takeaway There are four of us (Adults) so we tend to order the square and have a corner each with our own chosen topping. Staff are lovely, delivery staff are lovely 😄

I placed an order to be delivered at 6.30pm for when family would be home the food turned up at 5 30 whats the point in having a time slot if there r not following it so annoying

The food was delicious and well worth the money but the delivery driver was a grade A a-hole, called me to come out to his car to collect food that he’s supposed to deliver? I didn’t see he rang so when he knocked on my door, he wasn’t impressed he had to actually do his job and basically had ago at me for not collecting it from his car.

Joke of a restaurant. Called several times to ask where my order was and was told every time that it had left the restaurant just 5 minutes ago, when it clearly hadn't. Shocking customer service and shocking communication with the staff. Do better.

The food was delicious, delivery was exceptionally quick and the driver was polite. Our only negative would be the cheese, we had cheese on our burger, fries and pizza, it was flavourless and not nice at all to be honest, other than the cheese all food was fresh, well cooked, and the chicken burger was lovely and moist.

Ordered twice in 4 days ( both times late evening after 9pm) First time order 10 mins earlier that predicted delivery. Second time was 5 mins early. (Delivery to premier inn south water square) Both times the food was hot. Cooked perfectly. Great value for money. Very impressed.

I had to phone up twice to find out where my order was after having a notification that it was on the way and then delivered but hadn’t arrived.

Was our first time odering and i must say the pizza was lovely with generous topping a nice crust and dough wasnt chewy and well cooked. Only negative was that there wasnt any dipping sauces.

DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Delivery driver had EATEN some of my food! Cake slice had expired but been re-froze. Restaurant did not answer my calls nor did I get a refund for my food. Which has already been partially eaten!!!!

Once agen with this company both pizzas come well over cooked crust all burned looked like it had been reheated not cooked fresh I’m done now this is twice with this company never have this issue with domino’s

Ordered pizza as we do many times and always perfect food from here but last night the food was way over cooked and was barely warm threw it in the bin as kids didn’t want to eat burned pizza
